The New Dauben Narrative Begins

Joey Dauben Sentenced to 5 Years Probation, Sent to Navarro Jail
Wow, it turns out that the Ellis County conviction does have some major teeth to them. Joey can not use the net except for online banking, employment or bill pay. He can only have one email, he can't post anything anywhere. He must use tracking devices on all his electronics. He must delete all his blogs and social networking sites. He has to pass a polygraph each year. Basically his entire lifes "work" will be erased and only sites like mine and news stories like the Daily Light will be all people can ever read or see of Joey. His probation will kick in after any sentence he gets in Navarro, and speaking of that, Presley can put the strap-on back inside the drawer because he is not out of jail but being transferred to Navarro and will sit there with a $100,000 bond.
What this all means is we will never hear or see of Joey Dauben again. In a personal way, I'm kinda sad about that because he provided me with endless hours of laughs I couldn't possible find on TV. But on the bright side, he has slandered his last soul as he now becomes an internet ghost.

So Where Do We Stand Now?
Joey Dauben will have his sentence finalized today and most likely be released after that. Everyone in Waxahachie is waking up to their morning papers and will read a devastating article about Joey on the front page. Patrick Wilson's public bare bottom spanking of little Joey is going to be front and center for everyone to read, meanwhile the Joey camp must remain silent due to his restrictions. I know Joey is probably so furious right now he can barely see straight, his instincts are to lash out at Wilson and his conviction. Joey will feel like the world must hear his version of the story, because after all, if you haven't heard the Dauben version of the story, you haven't heard it correctly yet. But how is he going to pull this off with his restrictions?

Joey Dauben's Ellis County Trail Starts Tommorow
According to my sources and verified by Brannon, jury selection gets under way for Joey's Ellis County charges tomorrow. I guess not being able to get a qualified jury pool has set the Navarro county trial back till possibly the first of the year. This makes things complicated both for Patrick Wilson and Joey because now this show goes on first and will be in the full spotlight. Will Joey take a plea deal as he could be out of jail instantly if he did? Will he stick to his guns and go all the way in this trial risking his freedom? Has jail changed Joey's outlook on this at all?
Joey is certainly guilty in the Ellis County charges, but is it severe enough to warrant a prison sentence? After all, it was just Joey being Joey, but then again maybe that will be the main point Wilson will try and drive home to the jury. How will Shane and Presley's presence effect the trail? Joey Dauben's Trial is Delayed Once again
I'm hearing, as Brandy first mentioned, that the Navarro trial is being delayed once again. This may only be a weeks delay as they didn't have a big enough jury pool and apparently there were not enough potential jurors that would consider probation as part of his sentence if convicted of the crimes he is charged. If this is true then obviously these objections are coming from the defence as it sounds like these jurors are going to nail Joey to the wall.
Its funny how none of his cheerleaders including his dad are saying anything about this. I mean here we have Joey's life on the line and all Daddy seems to care about is popping wheelies in his lawless blazer. Its kinda ironic, just as Joey never really had a media empire of any kind, turns out he never really had any actual supporters in the end.

They admit they are paying for everything for Joey even though they also admit he is more than capable of seeking employment. This isn't just "we are supporting and standing behind our son", this is we are going to continue to financially enable Joey so that he doesn't have to get a real job or enter the real world. They are both terrible parents in just about every category and still to this day they are repeating and doubling down on their mistakes. Joey also fails to mention the massive judgements against him in his civil cases.

Daddy Dauben, Whoring Himself out Now that Joey Can't
Its been hard work, its been costly and its taken a lot of his time, but there it is. And it certainly was worth it. His first-born is about a week and a half away from being sent to prison for at least a decade and instead of reading up on different legal defenses as well as spending his time working on Joey's defense, Daddy has decided that the most effective thing he can do is to paint his POS blazer for lawless america. He is now pimping out 24/7 for a scam artist out in California. Poor Joey, sitting in jail today wondering who and how he is going to be rescued while his dad and fiancée are out prostituting themselves to their new lord and savoir Bill Windsor.

Daddy Dauben, A Simple Man Who is Simply a Failure

Without a doubt the biggest mistake in Cheri Dauben's life was saying yes to a deeply confused and poorly educated red-neck named David Dauben. Her mistake is about to be culminated in the sentencing of her first-born son Joey.
Many poorly educated people have gone on to great things, but they all understood their limitations and adjusted accordingly. David, on the other hand, continues to double down on his stupid. His facebook page is now a constant update for his new messiah a huckster by the name Bill Windsor. David says that we could be cured from cancer from a certain fruit but the "corporations" don't want that out there so they can make money on people dying from chemo and radiation treatments which they already know don't work. Slush funds are set up so that judges can make money by letting their buddies and other pedophiles go free. David had to poison children's minds with his venom and it has led to disastrous results. It is rare to say this, but I can confidently say that all of the Dauben children would have had drasticly better lives had they grown up with only their mother as the parent in the house.

Jerry Sandusky Makes Statement, Decides to Employ the Joey DaubenDefense
I really can't make this stuff up any more. Tonight, Jerry Sandusky leaked part of his statement that he plans on making at his sentencing tomorrow. Someone tell me if you have heard this before:
"First, I looked at myself," Sandusky continued. "Over and over, I asked, why? Why didn't we have a fair opportunity to prepare for trial? Why have so many people suffered as a result of false allegations? What's the purpose? Maybe it will help others; some vulnerable children who could be abused, might not be because of all the publicity.
"That would be nice, but I'm not sure about it. I would cherish the opportunity to become a candle for others, as they have been a light for me. They could take away my life, they could make me out as a monster, they could treat me as a monster, but they can't take away my heart. In my heart, I know I did not do these alleged disgusting acts."
"A young man who was dramatic, a veteran accuser, and always sought attention, started everything," Sandusky said. "He was joined by a well-orchestrated effort of the media, investigators, the system, Penn State, psychologists, civil attorneys and other accusers.
"They won. I've wondered what they really won: Attention, financial gain, prestige … will all be temporary. Before you blame me, as others have, look at everything and everybody. Look at the preparation for the trial and the trial. Compare it to others. Think about what happened. Why, and who made it happen?"
Evaluate the accusers and their families," he said. "Realize they didn't come out of isolation. The accusers were products of many more people and experiences than me. Look at their confidants and their honesty.
"Think about how easy it was for them to turn on me given the information, attention and potential perks. I never labeled or put down them or their families. I tried and I cared, then asked for the same. Please realize all came to the Second Mile because of issues. Some of those may remain."
"It will take more than our effort," he said. "Justice will have to be more than just a word; fairness more than just a dream. It will take others: somebody apolitical with the courage to listen, to think about the unfairness, to have the guts to stand up and take the road less traveled. So while Presley is hanging with her "Scissor Sister" Connie while Bill Windsor is explaining to them how doing a lesbian adult film is the best way to fight judicial injustice, I think the best last name for her is to skip the Tuma and Dauben names and just go straight to her ultimate idol. Lets just call her Presley Sandusky the ultimate example of the falsely accused.

Joey Dauben's Best Friend While in Prison was:......John Margetis
According to Curtis Butler, oh wait I mean some mystery editor at the balch springs beacon who somehow isn't actually Curtis, Joey's most frequent visitor while hanging out in the Navarro slammer was Margetis. This would be the same John Margetis that Joey revealed in his book that he was only following him around to get dirt on Margetis so he could rat him out to the authorities. It would seem that part of Joey's "story" doesn't pass the smell test. Truth of the matter is both John and Joey are frauds and closet homosexuals. Are Presley and Connie Lesbian Lovers?
Word on the street is that Presley Dauben-Tuma is now freeloading with her BFF and maybe more Connie IBedwell-Tuma. They share the same pedophile last name, now they share the same roof and since no male in their right mind is going to mess with these walking disasters, its only a matter of time till they turn to each other. Less Than a Month Now for The Real Trial of Joey's Life
The distractions have been fun: Patrick Wilson, psychological evaluation, violating his bond restrictions, Daddy and Shelby, Brandy V Shelby, Brannon V Curtis, Presley V Reality....but now its crunch time and the trial that will decide the rest of Joey's life is nearly upon us.
In 3 and a half weeks Joey is going to go before a Navarro jury. He is charged with 3 counts of sexual assult of a male child. A grand jury and the Texas Rangers have signed off on the charges and evidence. So far from team Joey we have heard: its part of a plan by Wilson and Ellis County, the boy is a foster care kid and they make these charges all the time.
Joey better hope his public defender has it together, because no one else on Team Joey is even close to a winning argument. The farther away he can keep his slack-jawed yokel father from this case the better shot at winning he has. Not only does this trial hold with it a substantial prison sentence (I think he will get at least 10 years) it will also carry with it a curse akin to being a jew in Nazi Germany, that being a registered sex offender. Joey's life as he knows it will end if he loses this trial, and he will be only known as a sexual child predator and nothing more.

Wilson Gets the Joey Facebook Pages Shut Down, Daddy and Presley Find a New False Hope
Presley is a sucker for hucksters. As soon as she loses one in Joey, she finds a new on in this Bill Windsor. It seems the ECO facebook page and several sister sites have all gone offline at the same time. This devastates Joey's master plan B called "slowly leak all my info on to my facebook page through Daddy and Brannon". Well, they never really thought up a plan C so it seems both Presley and Daddy are putting all their rotten eggs in this Bill Windsor's basket. Daddy is hoping he might get his blazer repainted as a result of being involved (why not aim high huh Daddy), while Presley is just glad to have someone put a camera on her and let her venom fly. Meanwhile, poor Joey waits in jail with no way to get his message out, and everyone is turning their attention to another con man. This is like when Barbara Farris first came on to the scene and Connie and Presley where chasing her around like a couple of whores chasing a $20 bill blowing down the street. "Thou Shalt Not Have Any Other Hucksters Before Me" is a passage out of the Joey bible and his Dad and his former beard are violating it.

Presley Daubinates Joey
The summer of love is over. The winner is Mommy and Daddy Dauben's pocketbook as Joey is back on the dime of the state and Presley is out doing God knows what in California. Joey devotes an entire chapter in his book to the love of his life, his fiancé and his soul mate Presley. Well she isn't quite on the same page as she explained on her facebook the other day. Presley says they have a complicated relationship but at the moment they are not together. I guess she plans to wait and see just how Joey's fortunes go in his legal battles. She certianly doesn't have the courage and fortitude to stick by her man's side in his moment of trails and tribulations.
Presley, much like Joey, is a lazy, irresponsible misfit. She wants to pretend she is an adult but she always skips out when the waiter brings the bill. She refuses to hold down a job or work to better herself, instead she wants to continue to chase unicorns and leprechauns around with her partner in crime Connie IBedwell. Unfortunately for Joey, much like his professional career, even his love life was make believe.

Michael Meissner and Jay Hoskins, the Follow Up to the Combine Massacre
Jay Hoskins is lurking on this blog, as he has in the past and did also at the old Elliscountyobserversucks blog as he tries to "set the record straight" in the Hoskins/Dauben/Meissner rent a piggy scandal. Meissner and Hoskins are one in the same, they are both two low rent gypsy cops that are engulfed by their passion to get back at each other (especially Hoskins). Neither one can hold down a job for longer than 5 months and we are talking about small towns that will overlook numerous flaws.
Joey Dauben was unable to stay out of this little feud, and it landed him in jail as a result. He first played on team Hoskins by hiring Jay as a freelance reporter who only did articles about and against Meissner. Then Joey switched over to team Michael (for $50) and published the mug shot.

The lengthy arrest warrant for former small-town police chief Michael Meissner included a string of graphic text messages he was accused of sending to teenage boys, trying to lure them to sex parties. Television news crews flocked to the jailhouse to catch a glimpse of Meissner in handcuffs.
Yet a week after his September arrest, Meissner, 39, then the police chief of Little River-Academy, a small community south of Waco, walked out of the Dallas County Jail a free man.
The seven charges against him were erased, and his $1.5 million bail was dismissed.
Prosecutors in Dallas and Tarrant counties won't say why Meissner won't be tried on charges of promotion of prostitution, possession and promotion of child pornography and sexual performance of a child.
The dismissals baffled the investigating officer, John Hoskins, who said he uncovered the seedy texts during another investigation while working as an unpaid reserve officer for the city of Combine in Kaufman County, near the Dallas County line.
Meissner, who lives in Dallas, denies the charges and denies sending the text messages. He said the allegations are trumped up by Hoskins, an officer Meissner says has been out to get him for years. "I think ... [authorities] knew the charges were bogus; they knew about this guy and this vendetta," Meissner said.
While it remains unclear why prosecutors won't pursue a case against Meissner, documents reveal a bitterness between the two officers that began four years ago.
The rivalry is a convoluted tale of salacious allegations mixed with small-town politics. It pits Meissner, a peace officer who has worked for 18 agencies in 20 years, against Hoskins, an equally nomadic officer.
The two worked side by side in 2006 when Meissner was police chief and Hoskins was his officer in the East Texas town of Caney City. While there, Hoskins investigated a charge that his boss viewed pornography with a minor at the police station on a city-owned computer, according to a police report. The charge, like others against Meissner, was dropped.
Hoskins said his latest investigation isn't about settling a feud.
"I do not have an ax to grind. People like Meissner don't need to have badges," said Hoskins, who has left the Combine Police Department but will not say where he now works, out of privacy concerns.
Like Meissner, Hoskins has had peace officer jobs with several agencies. Since 1999, he has had 14 appointments with police departments, none lasting more than five months.
The investigation has sent ripples through Combine. In the wake of Hoskins' investigation and subsequent resignation, Police Chief Steve Allen, who authorized the investigation, left the department in November.
"The frustrating part of it is there's a criminal that's still out walking on the streets," Allen alleged. Of the charges, which have been dropped, he said, "It's not hearsay - 'he said, she said' - it's straight off his text messages."
The day Allen announced his resignation, the Combine City Council was scheduled to review his employment. In that same meeting, city leaders were scheduled to discuss the fallout from the Meissner investigation, his incarceration and the raid on his Arlington home.
James Heironimus, a former director of the state agency that regulates peace officers, is familiar with the history between Hoskins and Meissner. Knowing that, he said he's sure that Hoskins' investigation is motivated by his desire to settle a score. "It's personal for Hoskins for sure," he said.
Heironimus once investigated Meissner on allegations that he destroyed evidence and documents from a police property room. No criminal charges came of the allegations.
"Certainly someone needs to go in and really look at this thing with less than a jaundiced eye," Heironimus said. "Either ... [Meissner is] doing something wrong or not."
Hoskins has devoted years to trying to alert legislators and the public to Meissner's work history and criminal background through a Web site he established.
Meissner, whose law enforcement career began in 1989, also has faced charges including impersonating a public servant and operating a security company without a license. The charges have all been dropped.
'Barely legal age'
On Sept. 15, authorities arrested Meissner on seven felony counts in Tarrant and Dallas counties.
The affidavit says that while Meissner was police chief at Little River-Academy - and the small community's only police officer - he found a 17-year-old through the MySpace social networking site and began texting and e-mailing him lewd messages. According to the affidavit, the messages promised sexual encounters with others at Meissner's Arlington home.
Throughout almost 5,000 text messages that Hoskins said he obtained from Meissner's cellphone using a search warrant, Meissner allegedly attempted to lure the high school student and others to his home in the 1000 block of Glynn Oaks Drive to participate in sex parties with alcohol, drugs and video cameras, according to the affidavit.
The affidavit says Meissner also received nude photographs from people of "barely legal age."
Combine police seized the e-mails and texts through a search warrant Hoskins obtained in a related case. He had been investigating whether Meissner illegally e-mailed a Combine officer's mug shot to a blogger.
The Dallas County district attorney's office rejected three charges against Meissner, including engaging in organized crime.
"But we don't comment on how we make such decisions," spokeswoman Jamille Bradfield said.
None of the other charges, including promotion of prostitution, possession and promotion of child pornography and sexual performance by a child, have been brought to the Tarrant County district attorney's office, a spokeswoman said, because the judge who signed Meissner's arrest warrant later withdrew the charges.
The judge, Tarrant County District Judge Louis Sturns, said he didn't feel comfortable commenting on his decision.
Previous arrests
Although he has worked as police chief in four small cities, Meissner has been arrested at least four times, including on charges that he tampered with a witness and used a fictitious degree on a job application for the Dallas County Community College District. Meissner was not prosecuted on any of those charges, which have all been dropped.
"I'm not perfect by any means, but there has to be something good about me because I keep getting these chief jobs," he said.
Officials with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education, the agency that oversees peace officers, said it will not suspend or revoke an officer's license without a conviction. In Meissner's case, he has never been tried.
"You're innocent until proven guilty," said Laura Le Blanc, the agency's public information officer. "We have nothing in our rules and statutes that we can take action until he's been found guilty of criminal misconduct."
Hoskins said the state agency needs to have more accountability for who gets a badge.
"We should not have to police our own, but the state needs to do something about it," he said. "I know there are other cops just like him."
The Hoskins-Meissner rivalry began in Caney City in fall 2006 when Hoskins and Meissner applied for the chief position in the Henderson County town of about 225 people.
Meissner got the job and later hired Hoskins as an officer. Just weeks into his employment, Hoskins began investigating allegations that his boss viewed pornography with a 15-year-old boy on a city-owned computer, according to Caney City police records.
The investigation hardly began. According to Hoskins, 31, when Meissner learned about it, he fired him.
Meissner says Hoskins never worked for him, but city records show Hoskins led an investigation of allegations against his boss involving the 15-year-old boy.
Since then, both men have tried to tarnish each other's credibility. According to Hoskins, Meissner has called his supervisors to try to get him fired or to keep them from hiring him when he applied for jobs. Hoskins won't say where he's working now.
Hoskins established the Web site www.michaelmeissner.com - which he has since taken down - to gather tips and warn the public about Meissner's record as a nomadic cop and his arrests. Among the content on the site were copies of a federal tax lien against Meissner and documents accusing him of burning police records and evidence from police property rooms.
Hoskins also appealed to legislators and the media to look into Meissner.
Meanwhile, Meissner floated around, getting jobs with small-town agencies until his conflict with Hoskins heated up again in August, when Hoskins said he discovered the alleged text messages that led to Meissner's latest arrest.
"All I wanted to be was a small-town chief and be left alone," Meissner said. "But this guy does not want me to do it, for some reason. This guy keeps bringing up charges in the past, but they've never went far enough to go into court."
Meissner said that since he left Little River-Academy he has begun coordinating security for a family-owned business in Dallas that he declined to identify.
He filed a complaint of official oppression by Hoskins and others in Combine to Kaufman County District Attorney Rick Harrison in November. Among his allegations, Meissner said that following his arrest, "Investigator Hoskins notified several media outlets and made several press releases in the city of Combine's name to publicly embarrass me and cause harm."
Hoskins is frustrated that Meissner is free. He said there's no telling how many victims he has preyed upon.
"When the justice system has failed, I've tried to get it to the right hands," Hoskins said.
George Spurgeon, an officer of 18 years who once worked with Meissner and is familiar with Hoskins, said many agree - but he said they also feel the same way about Hoskins.
"Most of the officers I know ... would say we'd probably be better off in the law enforcement community if both of them were not police officers," Spurgeon said. Joey Dauben was unable to stay out of this little feud, and it landed him in jail as a result. He first played on team Hoskins by hiring Jay as a freelance reporter who only did articles about and against Meissner. Then Joey switched over to team Michael (for $50) and published the mug shot.

The lengthy arrest warrant for former small-town police chief Michael Meissner included a string of graphic text messages he was accused of sending to teenage boys, trying to lure them to sex parties. Television news crews flocked to the jailhouse to catch a glimpse of Meissner in handcuffs.
Yet a week after his September arrest, Meissner, 39, then the police chief of Little River-Academy, a small community south of Waco, walked out of the Dallas County Jail a free man.
The seven charges against him were erased, and his $1.5 million bail was dismissed.
Prosecutors in Dallas and Tarrant counties won't say why Meissner won't be tried on charges of promotion of prostitution, possession and promotion of child pornography and sexual performance of a child.
The dismissals baffled the investigating officer, John Hoskins, who said he uncovered the seedy texts during another investigation while working as an unpaid reserve officer for the city of Combine in Kaufman County, near the Dallas County line.
Meissner, who lives in Dallas, denies the charges and denies sending the text messages. He said the allegations are trumped up by Hoskins, an officer Meissner says has been out to get him for years. "I think ... [authorities] knew the charges were bogus; they knew about this guy and this vendetta," Meissner said.
While it remains unclear why prosecutors won't pursue a case against Meissner, documents reveal a bitterness between the two officers that began four years ago.
The rivalry is a convoluted tale of salacious allegations mixed with small-town politics. It pits Meissner, a peace officer who has worked for 18 agencies in 20 years, against Hoskins, an equally nomadic officer.
The two worked side by side in 2006 when Meissner was police chief and Hoskins was his officer in the East Texas town of Caney City. While there, Hoskins investigated a charge that his boss viewed pornography with a minor at the police station on a city-owned computer, according to a police report. The charge, like others against Meissner, was dropped.
Hoskins said his latest investigation isn't about settling a feud.
"I do not have an ax to grind. People like Meissner don't need to have badges," said Hoskins, who has left the Combine Police Department but will not say where he now works, out of privacy concerns.
Like Meissner, Hoskins has had peace officer jobs with several agencies. Since 1999, he has had 14 appointments with police departments, none lasting more than five months.
The investigation has sent ripples through Combine. In the wake of Hoskins' investigation and subsequent resignation, Police Chief Steve Allen, who authorized the investigation, left the department in November.
"The frustrating part of it is there's a criminal that's still out walking on the streets," Allen alleged. Of the charges, which have been dropped, he said, "It's not hearsay - 'he said, she said' - it's straight off his text messages."
The day Allen announced his resignation, the Combine City Council was scheduled to review his employment. In that same meeting, city leaders were scheduled to discuss the fallout from the Meissner investigation, his incarceration and the raid on his Arlington home.
James Heironimus, a former director of the state agency that regulates peace officers, is familiar with the history between Hoskins and Meissner. Knowing that, he said he's sure that Hoskins' investigation is motivated by his desire to settle a score. "It's personal for Hoskins for sure," he said.
Heironimus once investigated Meissner on allegations that he destroyed evidence and documents from a police property room. No criminal charges came of the allegations.
"Certainly someone needs to go in and really look at this thing with less than a jaundiced eye," Heironimus said. "Either ... [Meissner is] doing something wrong or not."
Hoskins has devoted years to trying to alert legislators and the public to Meissner's work history and criminal background through a Web site he established.
Meissner, whose law enforcement career began in 1989, also has faced charges including impersonating a public servant and operating a security company without a license. The charges have all been dropped.
'Barely legal age'
On Sept. 15, authorities arrested Meissner on seven felony counts in Tarrant and Dallas counties.
The affidavit says that while Meissner was police chief at Little River-Academy - and the small community's only police officer - he found a 17-year-old through the MySpace social networking site and began texting and e-mailing him lewd messages. According to the affidavit, the messages promised sexual encounters with others at Meissner's Arlington home.
Throughout almost 5,000 text messages that Hoskins said he obtained from Meissner's cellphone using a search warrant, Meissner allegedly attempted to lure the high school student and others to his home in the 1000 block of Glynn Oaks Drive to participate in sex parties with alcohol, drugs and video cameras, according to the affidavit.
The affidavit says Meissner also received nude photographs from people of "barely legal age."
Combine police seized the e-mails and texts through a search warrant Hoskins obtained in a related case. He had been investigating whether Meissner illegally e-mailed a Combine officer's mug shot to a blogger.
The Dallas County district attorney's office rejected three charges against Meissner, including engaging in organized crime.
"But we don't comment on how we make such decisions," spokeswoman Jamille Bradfield said.
None of the other charges, including promotion of prostitution, possession and promotion of child pornography and sexual performance by a child, have been brought to the Tarrant County district attorney's office, a spokeswoman said, because the judge who signed Meissner's arrest warrant later withdrew the charges.
The judge, Tarrant County District Judge Louis Sturns, said he didn't feel comfortable commenting on his decision.
Previous arrests
Although he has worked as police chief in four small cities, Meissner has been arrested at least four times, including on charges that he tampered with a witness and used a fictitious degree on a job application for the Dallas County Community College District. Meissner was not prosecuted on any of those charges, which have all been dropped.
"I'm not perfect by any means, but there has to be something good about me because I keep getting these chief jobs," he said.
Officials with the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education, the agency that oversees peace officers, said it will not suspend or revoke an officer's license without a conviction. In Meissner's case, he has never been tried.
"You're innocent until proven guilty," said Laura Le Blanc, the agency's public information officer. "We have nothing in our rules and statutes that we can take action until he's been found guilty of criminal misconduct."
Hoskins said the state agency needs to have more accountability for who gets a badge.
"We should not have to police our own, but the state needs to do something about it," he said. "I know there are other cops just like him."
The Hoskins-Meissner rivalry began in Caney City in fall 2006 when Hoskins and Meissner applied for the chief position in the Henderson County town of about 225 people.
Meissner got the job and later hired Hoskins as an officer. Just weeks into his employment, Hoskins began investigating allegations that his boss viewed pornography with a 15-year-old boy on a city-owned computer, according to Caney City police records.
The investigation hardly began. According to Hoskins, 31, when Meissner learned about it, he fired him.
Meissner says Hoskins never worked for him, but city records show Hoskins led an investigation of allegations against his boss involving the 15-year-old boy.
Since then, both men have tried to tarnish each other's credibility. According to Hoskins, Meissner has called his supervisors to try to get him fired or to keep them from hiring him when he applied for jobs. Hoskins won't say where he's working now.
Hoskins established the Web site www.michaelmeissner.com - which he has since taken down - to gather tips and warn the public about Meissner's record as a nomadic cop and his arrests. Among the content on the site were copies of a federal tax lien against Meissner and documents accusing him of burning police records and evidence from police property rooms.
Hoskins also appealed to legislators and the media to look into Meissner.
Meanwhile, Meissner floated around, getting jobs with small-town agencies until his conflict with Hoskins heated up again in August, when Hoskins said he discovered the alleged text messages that led to Meissner's latest arrest.
"All I wanted to be was a small-town chief and be left alone," Meissner said. "But this guy does not want me to do it, for some reason. This guy keeps bringing up charges in the past, but they've never went far enough to go into court."
Meissner said that since he left Little River-Academy he has begun coordinating security for a family-owned business in Dallas that he declined to identify.
He filed a complaint of official oppression by Hoskins and others in Combine to Kaufman County District Attorney Rick Harrison in November. Among his allegations, Meissner said that following his arrest, "Investigator Hoskins notified several media outlets and made several press releases in the city of Combine's name to publicly embarrass me and cause harm."
Hoskins is frustrated that Meissner is free. He said there's no telling how many victims he has preyed upon.
"When the justice system has failed, I've tried to get it to the right hands," Hoskins said.
George Spurgeon, an officer of 18 years who once worked with Meissner and is familiar with Hoskins, said many agree - but he said they also feel the same way about Hoskins.
"Most of the officers I know ... would say we'd probably be better off in the law enforcement community if both of them were not police officers," Spurgeon said. Jokileaks: The Combine Massacre
First of all, reading a chapter in Joey's "book" is like asking Angilina Mitchell to read me a bed time story. He can't stick to the point, he rambles, on and on like a lunatic.
Anyway, with that preface out of the way, Joey addressed the Combine situation that led to his arrest in New Hampshire in 2009. Now the theme of Joey's book is "I have never done anything wrong in my entire life, its always someone else's fault". And true to form he takes ZERO responsibility for getting involved with Meissner or Hoskins. He takes ZERO responsibility for publishing a mug shot of a police officer (a felony). He takes ZERO responsibility for his youtube rant against Hoskins where he says he wants to put a "bullet in his head".
Beyond that though, we learn some ingesting other tidbids. Joey first met Miessnerr as he was speeding through the town of Bardwell and Meissner pulled him over on foot. Meissner knew who Joey was and gave him his business card (and just a warning) and began calling Joey constantly after that for stuff to attack Hoskins on. Well Joey decided to hire Hoskins as a reporter and all of Hoskins articles were aimed at Meissner. This turned into war. Then Joey teams up with this guy named Barry Cooper who is famous for explaining how you can grow marijuana and not get caught. Joey says it "helped that his wife was smoking hot (but she was actually very nice)". Hoskins supposedly edited some comments on the ECO by another low rent cop who of course Joey took a liking too. So Joey fired Hoskins and Hoskins went after him as a result. Joey speculates that it was Hoskins that emailed him that mug shot just to catch him in the act (I guess Joey's pet monkey decided to publish it too). So Hoskins tells Joey he is going to put him in jail if he doesn't spill the dirt on Meissner, and Joey takes to Youtube and threatens to kill Hoskins. So Hoskins brings up charges and has him arrested up in New Hampshire. Barry Cooper has a show called Kopbusters and had teamed up with Hosksins to film a live raid on Meissner's house. But Joey sent a message to Meissner as soon as Joey got arrested and Meissner never showed up to his house and the raid was a bust (heh heh thats just a little pun of mine). About that time, Megan Gray who had been coordinating with Joey, found that the search warrant numbers didn't match with what Tarrant County had. So the whole thing blows up in Hoskins face and both Meissner and Joey go free, but it turns out that New Hampshire didn't get the message until 6 days later, so Joey had to stay an extra week in jail.
So Joey is in bed with two dirty rent a pigs, teams up with a guy who is famous for telling people who to grow marijuana, and somehow all of the crap that results isn't his fault. Oh, I forget to throw a convicted felon named Ali Akbar into the middle of the Meissner/Hoskins piggy fued. Sorry if this all seems disjointed and convoluted, I had nothing to work with.

Besides his book, Joey made a big docu-drop on the ECO2 page right before his bond revocation (I guess he knew he was screwed). The first one we will discuss is "Want to Know why the ECO was Shut Down"? Well it was partly Brandy's fault (passwordgate again).
Joey goes on to say "See, I fired Brandy L. Owen and Curtis Butler from their editor roles on Jan. 14 after I was made aware of postings, broadcasts and published articles that were outright, vicious lies about me after I was imprisoned".
He then goes on to say that Brandy lied and she tried to take over the ECO while not updating the Amber Hagerman story. Joey said "Ironically, Brandy’s takeover and betrayal came after a random reader from New York stumbled upon my Amber case articles…[it was this connection that produced a friendship that ultimately resulted in this New York friend wiring $5,000 to bail me out of jail on March 22, 2012.] This New York friend’s uncle is a Supreme Court justice. Friends in high places indeed. It was also divinely ordered, before Brandy’s mutiny, that the Amber case updates led me to Northern California; three custody and abuse cases I started investigating led me to my future wife, who is moving to Ellis County this month."
He follows up that with this doozy "In my letter to the DA’s office, which is now a matter of public record, I told them about Brandy, Curtis and John Margetis’ three-month campaign to deny me and my family access to The Ellis County Observer in which to mount some semblance of a defense against the property forfeiture. So, the official, public, court record now mentions and details Brandy’s “team effort” of betrayal. Don’t spend the 30 pieces of silver all in one place, Brandy. John Margetis"
And the beat goes on "She is and was a liar, just like Margetis, just like Curtis Butler. She should be a real woman and admit she lied about me. Her lies and association with demons to engage in what she did kept the Amber Hagerman case updates from remaining online; it also severely damaged my family’s efforts to raise money through PayPal for my legal defense and bail. He then goes on to say that Brandy lied and she tried to take over the ECO while not updating the Amber Hagerman story. Joey said "Ironically, Brandy’s takeover and betrayal came after a random reader from New York stumbled upon my Amber case articles…[it was this connection that produced a friendship that ultimately resulted in this New York friend wiring $5,000 to bail me out of jail on March 22, 2012.] This New York friend’s uncle is a Supreme Court justice. Friends in high places indeed. It was also divinely ordered, before Brandy’s mutiny, that the Amber case updates led me to Northern California; three custody and abuse cases I started investigating led me to my future wife, who is moving to Ellis County this month."
He follows up that with this doozy "In my letter to the DA’s office, which is now a matter of public record, I told them about Brandy, Curtis and John Margetis’ three-month campaign to deny me and my family access to The Ellis County Observer in which to mount some semblance of a defense against the property forfeiture. So, the official, public, court record now mentions and details Brandy’s “team effort” of betrayal. Don’t spend the 30 pieces of silver all in one place, Brandy. John Margetis"
And the beat goes on "She is and was a liar, just like Margetis, just like Curtis Butler. She should be a real woman and admit she lied about me. Her lies and association with demons to engage in what she did kept the Amber Hagerman case updates from remaining online; it also severely damaged my family’s efforts to raise money through PayPal for my legal defense and bail. The PayPal button (a special thanks to those who have contributed) was located on the sidebar of The Ellis County Observer." Damn you Brandy, you are the reason he only raised $200, its your fault.
Joey again repeats his earlier claim of "So, Brandy can allege all day long in phone calls about having “the dirt” on me, but she neglects to tell people the three years of “I’m in love with you” and “I want to give you oral sex so bad” text messages…while she’s a married woman of six kids, while her husband was cheating on her with a stripper; can’t forget the lesbian tryst with an ex-reporter." While saying that since he is better than a normal man, he has dealt with Brandy with great patience and understanding. He then goes on to say that she will be, henceforth, forever known as Brandy Van Hoskins. So let it be written, so let it be done.

The Joey Dauben/Presley Crowe Disconnect
Joey devotes an entire chapter in his "book" to Presley, the love of his life the one he is going to marry. Yet Presley is hiding out in Califorinia with her sister in crime Connie IBedwell. No facebook posting, no nothing from Presley related to her future husband going back to jail. Hmmmm, me thinks there is a misunderstanding between the two. Here is Joey on the topic:

My story with Presley is still unfolding. It is by no means worthy of a chapter, but of a journey. I am happier now, in the middle of my legal turmoil and travails, than I have ever been. Simply devoting one chapter to her does her no justice. Of all the womanizing and crazy antics I’ve gotten myself into, Presley looked past all that. I knew that one day I would ultimately meet my wife, and I knew that the day Presley text-messaged me with, “since guys mature slower than girls, that’s why it took you 30 years to find me,” she was someone special. When Barbara Farris lied and gave her (as she has done with numerous others) false hope of flying Presley to come see me, I was comforted with the fact that one of my sisters flew Presley down. I met Presley while in jail in Navarro County (she visited me two days out of the three she was here), and when I was released, I met her in Red Oak. Ironic that the two towns that my legal cases were based in were also the towns I would meet Presley in. No other person on the face of the planet means more to me than Presley Renae Crowe, and no stunt, legal trick or false allegation from her piece of filth “father,” Shane Sam Crowe (or anyone), will separate that bond I have with her. I’m pressed for wanting to write more, but it will have to wait for a much happier ending than the one this spells.

The ironic thing to me is it sounds like Wilson's case was somewhat shaky until Joey did the internet radio show those last two nights. He wasn't able to submit the show as evidence because it had just happened the night before but Wilson played a part of it on his laptop and got Megan Gray to confirm on the stand that it was in fact Joey's voice on the show. That was how they were able to get it in as evidence.
Then again, maybe he was doomed anyway as Joey's defense argued the Kimberly Harrington argument that "its possible that these are his enemies posting this stuff on his facebook page". I dont know why his enemies would post word for word what he was writing in his weekly manifestos as a way to get back at him, but it must make sense to Joey. Joey Dauben Rapid Fire
News is flying in all over the place and since this is the only place that everyone for their Joey updates, here is a very quick brush over some of the stuff going on.

Joey Dauben's Final Hour
Joey was very active last night on his facebook page, publishing the list of jurors on both his Ellis and Navarro case. Leaving a link to his book (which doesn't work) and then taking more shots at the court system and Patrick Wilson. Joey wants to take on the martyr role, the problem is no one cares.
I feel bad for Jude Bob Carroll. Obviously he does this for a living but he and Joey were friends and Bob is a genuinely nice guy. He knows Joey is to weak and fragile to make it in jail and I think its going to really hurt him to revoke Joey's bail, but he may not have much of a choice if Wilson lays out a strong case for it. Anyway whoever is there please feel free to provide us with updates...

On his Last Night of Freedom, Joey Announces He Has Completed His Book

Angelina Mitchell did a blogtalk radio show for Joey on his second to last and now last night of freedom. Tonight Joey revealed that his 12 years of extensive work in journalism has resulted in him publishing a "gurrilla style" book which he has published and made available (where you could find this, he won't say). He goes on to say that if he is put back in jail tommorow it will be due to Erica Moorse, Curtis Butler, Brandy Owen (where is your book Brandy?), Shane Crowe, Barbara Farris so on. The chemistry between him and Mitchell is awefull, they both talk over each other and I would much rather hear some good old fingernails on the chalkboard than to listen to Mitchell attempt to speak. He said he will go after santa claus, the easter bunny, and the tooth fairy for sex crimes. And he repeats that this is not for for my own glory but its for......well he couldn't come up with anything else so I guess we revert back to the orginal theory.
I personally hope this isn't the last we have heard of him because I'm gonna have to find other ways to amuse myself after this, but for the good of mankind I guess he must be silenced. Special Ed, where can we get this book of his and do we need crayons to "connect to rings"?

Joey's First D-Day is Tuesday Morning at 8
According to Daddy Dauben who is going to take a vacation day to watch his son who is is so proud of, Joey goes before Judge Carroll in downtown Waxahachie Tuesday at 8 a.m. For those looking to get that all important oil change, tire rotation, or state inspection done with David, you will have to re-arrange your schedule. Anyone going to be there and give us some live first hand updates? There are three possible outcomes:
1. Joey is ruled not insane and not in violation of his bond (not very likely but possible)
2. Joey is ruled insane and ships to the funny farm immediatly (I give this a 40% chance)
3. Joey is found to be in violation of his bond restrictions and heads back to jail (I'd say about a 50% chance on this one)

Barbie Farris Comes Out Of Hiding with a New Video
So after serving Joey and Presley her own made up cease and desist letter (written on her Barbie playtime legal kit), Farris pulled a Brandy and decided to shut down and go back into the woods and heal her cancer for the 4th or 5th time now. Well she couldnt stay out of the spotlight for long, and now she is back in her new version called Buster Bee and Buddies (is Brandy still a buddie?). She has a video on her front page that is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. The two thugs she hangs out with clearly made it, but its its well...I almost dont have any words for it. Brannon Vs. Curtis, the Freedom of the Press Group Civil War Goes On
Curtis has popped back up after pulling his drunkin youtube rants from the net, he now has a new blog called the Real Balch Springs Beacon http://therealbalchsprings.wordpress.com/. He is playing a little game of who's on first as there is some mystery guy that supposedly is the editor of this site but I can't see there being any difference. I have kinda held back on Curtis as I do like him plus he is the least entertaining of the group (brannon, brandy and Joey) and he could take that as a compliment. Nevertheless, his MO has been to get someone to post something that is a topic he wants to address and then he comes on and picks it up from there as if he didn't raise the question in the first place. On his latest blog he is going after both Joey and Brannon. He is still ticked about Joey saying he was fired and continues to argue about who's password was taken and why. As we learned from Curtis' first blog, he has some serious family issues that seem to affect everything else in his life. He is cut off from his family, apparently to the point of being cut out of his father's will and seems to be a complete outcast from his family at this point. I say this because he seems to be treating his old position in the FOTPG as some kind of family. He says he would have taken a bullet for Joey and resents the dissociation from the group. I think he is making a major mistake with this. The simple fact at this point is the ECO is now toxic, the radiation levels are higher than the Fukashima power plant. And this is going to be an internet ghost that is going to haunt Curtis for years to come. Joey has given Curtis an out by saying he fired Curtis. If I were Curtis I would go with that assertion and add on to it by saying "I can't in good conscience, stay with Joey because I have ethical problems with the way he is running the paper". That may not solve everything or even be the truth, but it would at least be a good ending to his time with the ECO in terms of future employers.
Brannon has created his own blog, the Special Ed show and he has fired back at Curtis for his comments http://thegreatspecialed.wordpress.com. I always have viewed Brannon as someone that just tagged along with Joey for the entertainment purposes. To him, this whole thing is kind of joke which is why he did his videos the way he did. Now, if we can just get someone to spook Brandy to come out of the woods and back on here to play, it would be a full family reunion.

Now in between that opening statement and then corresponding comments was an unsourced (I guess daddy doesnt know how to link something) story about sexual abuse among boys inside the Texas Youth Commission including a facility in Corsicana.
Two points, well maybe 3. The first is simply more evidence of my original theory that Daddy Dauben is a major cause to the current state Joey is in. One of Joey's biggest mistakes in his life was ever listening to his father at all. The second point is that Daddy is clearly taunting and most likely violating the bond restrictions of the Navarro charges. Can't you just see Joey saying "You didn't say my dad couldn't comment on the case in the ECO facebook page did you?". In fact, he is violating both of his bond restrictions with that one single post. The third point is the one he is trying to raise. David is saying that the accuser can't remember where the abuse occured. Now I take that to mean specifically on that church camp site where it was, not was it in ellis county or navarro county. There is no way in hell the Tesas Rangers go forward with this along with a grand jury if the kid can't remember where and when. All I can say is Joey better be thankful he has a public defender on this because the defenses I have heard for team joey are all losers.

The really interesting part is that they both put the name Tuma at the end of their names. Tuma is the name of Connie's father who is now charged with sexual crimes with....yep you guessed it, a child. Its interesting that as they devote their entire life to this public campaign against those they accuse of being a pedophile, they place their unwavering support for real pedophiles in the process. Presley had to drop everything and run out here to ellis county to shack up with Joey and now she wants to change her last name to include the name of her bff's father who is also accused. Just like closeted homosexual's who spend their whole lives bashing gay people, these two seem to actually have some kind of sick obsession and love for actual pedophiles.

Thank you fore the “education”. I’ve known Jim Pitts 20 years very nice guy not that there’s anything wrong with being Gay but it’s definitely an oddity in Ellis County. Now of cousre Jim doesn’t live in Ellis county. His main residence is in Highland
D park. Again a little odd. But Jim is a nice guy and seems to do a good job he definitely is powerful but his personal issues have hindered him in coming to the forefront. All in all as well cast vote. I’m not sure having a well financed machine is a powerful reason to vote for him or to not oppose him. And all though I am not up on the whole tea party thing. I welcome dissent it eventually gets rid of the boss hogs and Cronus

But that just opinion with some fact. Take a deep breath and put aside Joey the person a. Nd look into the Ellis county charges. The charges are bizarre there is no other DA that would bring them. They are non sensual basically. He posted info on his blog. That’s it. Now u are doing the same. Someone is giving you copies of things to post. About other people. Have u cleared it thru a lawyer? Take a deep breath the statute is worded “under five items” it distinguishes a State Jail Felony from a Third degree so that only sets the degree and is statutory not fact specific to this case. Okay the DL pictures are from the case with Meisener and Hoskins the “gypsy Cops” That’s the one where Joey got arrested in Conn. That case was dismissed. I am an attorney and I was present in the courtroom when Our great DA announced the basis for his case No medical records just the info of the father published one count of a state jail fraudulent use of info. I mean none of this as disrespectful or that I’m so smart its just what I know personally

Putting aside the rambling diatribes there is one excellent point. Presley and her mom are effectively giving the case to Shane by their overarching hate of him.
It does matter what happened in the past if Shane abused anyone etc or if mommy was psycho etc. it explains current actions did you note that skler is the only one with an attorney

I’m happy that the “fake degree” principal has been replaced. If you do not have a degree, then you should not be teaching or be in an administrative position in a school. This sets a bad example… I do not support anyone who has a fake degree, and their lack of knowledge will eventually catch up with them.
My husband and I are both degreed professionals and business owners, and I have a terminal degree. I expect the same for my children, so there is no place in our lives with anyone who condones fake degrees.

Joey Dauben Gets 'Snapped'
I dont really care who anyone is on here, but for a long while I have been pretty sure that Joey has been posting on this site and now I have my smoking gun. The latest from is a poster by the name BA Bararcus. This poster has also posted things on topix on the exact same day Joey put out other propaganda on there. This BA guy claims over and over to be an unbiased observer who doesnt even know Joey or Presley. But, they made a mistake, and put their email as the same exact one as a previous poster named beverly thompson. Oopps, and now that the two IP addresses are the exact same, we can put together what this mystery person has said on here (all along saying they dont know Joey or Presley). Some of your points are valid, by not abidingby a ruling they undermine a pillar of our society. If its wrong then appeal it or get facts to prove it. Joey was appointed a Court appointed attorney in the Fraudulent use of identity info case in February of this year after signing an affidavit in which he attested to being INDIGENT. The 40th District Court and the Ellis County Clown office received the affidavit. Hearing was had and joey was determined to be INDIGENT and an attorney from the indigency appointment list was appointed to him. Thereafter the Clown office tried to and succeeded in seizing the ECO. Joey filed a similar indigency affidavit in the 10th Court the appeals Court . The 10th Court referred it back to the 40th.for hearing. The Ellis County Clown show now contests this indigency affidavit. which comes after the 40th and the DA have already seen heard and ruled upon his claim of indigency. Now you see Lucy…. and Karl you are right you are really not that amusing more sad than amusing

Its always fun to watch the legal eagles tell everyone how the system works.
An Attorney can issue a subpoena in a Civil case or a party can have one issued for 20 dollars no Judge required
Per ginger’s comment he or she was served with a subpoena “What was subpoenaed from me ”
The subpoena has the name of the person from whom information is sought thus identifying the person.
yes it is a little more difficult to get the type of info discussed but Google and yahoo have agree to provide this info for the most part due to the number of idiots that run stupid blogs
IP addresses are fairly traceable and the actual service provider ATT etc will have the info on who pays which is just another subpoena away

I went ahead and read the skank article. This is the problem with the internet anyone with two fingers can posit on any subject and generally that is their sum total of expertise, The article mentions that each attempt would require a new lawsuit…not true maybe a hearing for the judge to decide what gets obtained but its still the same lawsuit.
And although Google did not just comply with the subpoena they didn’t fight. In effect they objected and said we will do whatever the Judge says we have to do it was the blogger who fought the subpoena…probably doesnt matter but be careful what you rely upon on the internet Just like anyone who read the ECO be careful what you believe or this too

Subpoenas require no “probable cause” in civil cases. It is the right of the ISP to contest it “move to quash” but they do that merely to discourage the practice and really have no dog in the fight as its not their identity that is being sought nor their “information”
I never said it was quick it would take about 3 to 6 months.
Actually law enforcement has to get a judge to sign off on it and have probable cause so it actually is harder for them because they are only supposed to do it for interests of “Justice” In a civil case you have two private individuals with a bone to pick with each other and it really has less of a hurdle because its really not private info. Think about it you are “publishing” online. If it was private you would keep it private.

It is abhorrent when people make false accusations about sexual misconduct. When the only thing they have is just their “word” and no proof or non prejudiced witnesses. Especially when they wait years to complain about it. These types are repugnant. I think we all agree on this point.
