Joey was very active last night on his facebook page, publishing the list of jurors on both his Ellis and Navarro case. Leaving a link to his book (which doesn't work) and then taking more shots at the court system and Patrick Wilson. Joey wants to take on the martyr role, the problem is no one cares.
I feel bad for Jude Bob Carroll. Obviously he does this for a living but he and Joey were friends and Bob is a genuinely nice guy. He knows Joey is to weak and fragile to make it in jail and I think its going to really hurt him to revoke Joey's bail, but he may not have much of a choice if Wilson lays out a strong case for it. Anyway whoever is there please feel free to provide us with updates...
He should be in the courtroom 10 mins ago. Does Joey have an Inmate ID# yet? If so, does someone have it? I should be able to trace if he's back in custody with that.
ReplyDeleteJoey, whats the point of listing people on a grand jury? Other than you hope others will stalk and harass them. You really are effed in the head. I wish Wilson the best today, hope he gets all he's asking from the Judge!
Looks like Slutty Sister Shelby wants to take up Joey's cause once they put him down today. This is in reference to the names of the grand jury members:

That looks like it may be approaching a retaliation charge, though it doesn't cross the line.....yet (Texas P.C. 36.06). Maybe more than one Dauben will end up in jail if they don't watch their step.
ReplyDeleteIt should also be noted that Joey doesn't qualify as a martyr. To become a martyr one must have a righteous cause, otherwise you are just a fool who is prosecuted for your foolishness, not a martyr who is persecuted for a righteous cause.
