As I predicted, it wouldnt be long until the scum bag known as John Margetis, who Joey gave more airtime and storytime to on the ECO than to anyone else, is in jail tonight just like his buddy Joey. Brandy and Joey, are the Twins Quarreling?

It seems, even Joey's must trusted confidant, his one and only emergency contact on his arrest report has turned on him. Curtis Butler verified what Brandy has alluded to on here, that being that Joey, through attorney Mark Griffith, has threatened or maybe even has started legal actions against Brandy for some tell all stories that she was about to print. We also have the mysterious John Margetis tell all story that was only out there for a few minutes before someone forced it down. That story's editor was Joey, but did he really write it? I maintain it had to be either Joey or Brandy as there was way too much behind the scenes info for it to be anyone else. Joey even remarked on one of his shows that he swears that he and Brandy are twins in some form, but what is it now that has caused her to leave her mentor? Who is sticking up for John Margetis and forcing the removal of stories? Curtis speculated that maybe Joey had an understanding with John that he was to bail him out in this situation and when John didn't do that, he was to run his hit piece on John. This also raises another question, if Joey and Brandy knew all along that John was a fraud, why did they keep parading him in front of us at the ECO as a victim? Now the ECO site is completely off the grid, but we continue to get more questions and fewer answers as we dig deeper into the ECO cesspool.

I Wonder if the DA will put Joey's Entire Adult Life on Trial

Much like the final episode of Seinfeld, the DA in Joey's case will have the opportunity to put all that Joey has done over his career before the jury so they can understand the character of the man whose fate rests in their hands. That jury could hear about:

-Joey's lifelong crusade to slander public servants with little or even no facts or proof whatsoever. He called these people corrupt, pedophiles, and other kinds of sexual deviants. This eventually morphed into slander of any and every one, but it originally started with his target of public servants.

-Joey's shady secretive life and dealings with gypsy cops Michael Meissner and Jay Hoskins. This world involved homosexuality, under age porn production, and falsifying of official documents among other things and Joey was caught in bed with Meissner.

-His years as a "business man" where he engaged in cybersquatting. He and his partners preyed on customers looking for a particular, legitimate, business online but instead got caught into their evil spider web of lies and deceit. Courts proved that this financially harmed both the customers and businesses and Joey was slapped with massive judgments of which he completely ignored. Joey, like the good prostitute that he was, did this and took on the judgments while shielding his partners so that they could continue on with their fraud against society.

-His blatant and utter hypocrisy as he raged day after day about his religious beliefs and high morals, while delving into homosexuality, drugs, alcohol and possibly underage sex while supposedly being a mentor to young boys in his church group.

Yes, the DA could go on and on as he parades the ghosts of Joey's past in front of the jury who will hold his future in their hands. Might be worth a bag of popcorn and a seat in the back of the room, huh?

January 22, 2012 The Day both Joe Paterno and the ECO Died

Joe Paterno is fired for his handling of an alleged sexual assault of a minor involving a man and a boy and he died today after a brief fight with cancer. Joey Dauben was arrested for an alleged relationship he had as a 25 year old with a 15 year old boy. Because of that, the long run of the ECO died today with little chance of it returning.

In reality the ECO died when he was arrested, but it limped along as we got constant updates about what is wrong in Tallahasse as if anyone cares. But clearly today someone didn't renew the web subscription and it is now just a archive, nothing but a ghost of the past, much like Joey himself.

Joey's Last Remaining Heir on Barbara's Show Last Night Told us "to die"

So last night, well known liar, felon, and lesbian Barbara Farris does another one of her cackle fests and poor lost puppy Brandy Owen calls in to try and get her conspriracy fix for the night, and she makes this statement to me and those of us on this blog: "you know I'm starting to get on board with the de-population thing, I'm getting pissed off at these people that want to sit around and blog and talk about how I'm lacking an education and how I'm a crazy conspiracy theorist. Hey, if you dont want to listen to what I got to say, then fine, eat all your junk food crap, take all the vaccines, and die of cancer after taking chemotherapy and spending $100s of thousands of dollars on it. DIE, I dont care. You can tell I'm hot tonight, I was on my husband's blackberry reading some of the blogs and I'm pissed off tonight."

Breaking News, More Charges Coming

This has been suspected and rumored at several places, but today I was finally able to get verification from my sources on the inside that Joey Dauben will indeed face additional criminal charges this time in Ellis County stemming from the July raid conducted by the Red Oak Police Department. The exact counts as well as the nature of all the charges is not yet clear but it will relate to, amoung other things, content recovered from Joey's computers. My sources could not confirm or deny that charges could also be coming from Henderson County which also raided one of Joey's residencs at the time, but the indication was that its certianly possible. Needless to say, with no money and no friends left to support him, Joey is not going to be seen as a free man around here for a long long time.

The Cult of Joey Dauben

I think it’s important to think about and discuss the mindset that Joey and Brandy adopted, and how that mindset became so pervasive that they completely lost touch with reality. According to political scientist Michael Barkun, conspiracy theorist break down into three groups and the third one certainly describes people like Joey, Brandy, Brannon, Connie, Anthony, and Barbara: Superconspiracy theories. Conspiratorial constructs in which multiple conspiracies are believed to be linked together hierarchically. Event and systemic are joined in complex ways, so that conspiracies come to be nested together. At the summit of the conspiratorial hierarchy is a distant but all-powerful evil force manipulating lesser conspiratorial actors. Superconspiracy theories have enjoyed particular growth since the 1980s, in the work of authors such as David Icke and Milton William Cooper.

Now think, for a second, how your entire world view completely changes if you believed the things they do. It’s a belief system that can't be backed by empirical evidence. You have to buy the argument that the almighty "they" won’t let you hear the truth therefore they know what the truth is but you have to trust them on that since "they" won’t let us see it. At this point, everyone breaks down to either the true believers who have seen the light, and the rest of us who are the sheeple who are slaves to the "they" without even knowing what’s going on.

Psychologists believe that the search for meaning is common in conspiracism and the development of conspiracy theories, and may be powerful enough alone to lead to the first formulating of the idea. Once cognized, confirmation bias and avoidance of cognitive dissonance may reinforce the belief. In a context where a conspiracy theory has become popular within a social group, communal reinforcement may equally play a part. Some research carried out at the University of Kent, UK suggests people may be influenced by conspiracy theories without being aware that their attitudes have changed. After reading popular conspiracy theories about the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, participants in this study correctly estimated how much their peers' attitudes had changed, but significantly underestimated how much their own attitudes had changed to become more in favor of the conspiracy theories. The authors conclude that conspiracy theories may therefore have a 'hidden power' to influence people's beliefs.

Now, there are two points I would like to extrapolate from this, 1. Scientific studies have shown that people that go down this conspiratorial path lose their basic sense of self awareness. Paging Brandy, Joey, Brannon. 2. Conspiracy theorist fosters a need for communal reinforcement, this is where and what the ECO was for. Again, according to wiki:
Communal reinforcement is a social phenomenon in which a concept or idea is repeatedly asserted in a community, regardless of whether sufficient empirical evidence has been presented to support it. Over time, the concept or idea is reinforced to become a strong belief in many people's minds, and may be regarded by the members of the community as fact. Often, the concept or idea may be further reinforced by publications in the mass media, books, or other means of communication. The phrase "millions of people can't all be wrong" is indicative of the common tendency to accept a communally reinforced idea without question, which often aids in the widespread acceptance of urban legends, myths, and rumors.

Every story, Bible verse, cartoon or lecture that went on at the ECO had a hint of conspiracy behind it. Joey, Brannon and Brandy had to surround themselves with like-minded believers as they pontificated about the rest of us and cherry picked different news articles and put their spin on them to foster their beliefs on others. Those that professed to be true believers were given the microphone; those that did not were outed, branded a name (malcontents or trouble makers) and ultimately moderated or outright banned for their lack of belief. This is what became the cult of Joey Dauben, as he was the head of this, but it was never about him as much as it was about their beliefs. Notice now that even as they distance themselves from Joey, they still hold on to their conspiratorial world view as they now look for a new community of like-minded believers that they can regain their confidence so that they can boldly go back out to the world and proclaim their faith.

The Great Freedom of the Press Group, Where are They Now

Just three short months ago, Joey Dauben and his gang at the ECO where doing daily blog talk radio shows, at least 5 new articles (hit pieces) a day at the ECO, and promulgating his propaganda all throughout the Facebook world with new Facebook pages going up almost daily. It was getting so bad that if you were slandered by him Thursday and called in to his radio show Friday you would have to refresh his memory. His victim list was truly massive but he was always right and they would always be wrong because God told him so. Looking back at it now, it’s clear that Joey had to go to jail. It doesn’t really matter what they got him for, but for the sake of society and mankind his destiny belongs behind bars.

It’s also interesting to look at where his band of brothers are just a few months after the music stopped. Brandy, his right hand woman, is in witness protection (meaning I don’t want to be a witness) and hiding out somewhere deep in the woods with her youngins. Brannon was grounded by mommy. Curtis went fishing. Connie and Barbara took a quick cop out and took their drive by circus elsewhere once they realized that they can’t get any more publicity or money from this. Anthony still doesn’t know what happened and why everyone left. Lorraine is dealing with this by playing comment wars on my blog, and Joey's two dogs have run away while granny was sleeping with the door open. The ECO has turned into the "Tallahassee Told You So" and no one cares anymore. Funny how fast this titanic sunk, and how fast everyone jumped off.

Good news everyone! I spoke with some of Joey’s family yesterday and he is being bailed on in two days on Thursday. Its Time to Let the Victims Speak!!!

I want to take this opportunity to allow those that Joey Dauben or the ECO slandered over the years a chance to have their say. I'm not the legal or judicial system so I'm not going to say anything on the matter of what the real truth of your situation is, but we can all agree that if Joey did the story then the other side never had a chance to have their say. So, if you want, tell us when and what was said on the ECO and then give your side of the story so that all in cyberspace world can read it. I'll try and tack on your statements to this story so everyone can see it.


Here is a good one, and I think this will be the majority of cases and to why they don't usually want to relive it:

I am very close to 2 people employed by government agencies that were unfairly targeted and slandered by ECO. One article, written several years ago, was based on out right lies told to Joey by a disgruntled ex-government employee. The other article was written last year: Joey and one of his pals attempted to set this person up to be fired, then twisted the truth. Both subjects were aware of ECO articles, neither wasted their energy reading or responding to ECO. In both cases the people that know the subjects also know the truth and so do their employers. None of the information posted by Joey mattered to people that don’t know the subjects. If the subjects of Joey’s articles were to respond or tell their side of the stories, it would result in re-hashing and re-living all of the hurtful things that were said and done – I support their decisions to just let it go, both people I know still have their jobs. But, seems to me that people Joey wrote about that have been fired, had it coming and it was just a matter of time with or without Joey’s involvement. Texas is a right to work state: Joey would be subject to work interference law suits if someone is or was fired based on Joey’s lies or twisted truth.

Has the DA constructed this so Joey must take a plea?

Ok, first I got to get out all prefaces since people are so emotionally charged both ways on this: I have plenty of issues with Joey Dauben, Joey should sit in jail for years for the people that he has maliciously slandered. I don’t know the whole story about all these charges, I'm not trying to lessen child rape in any way shape or form, I'm not condoning anyone’s actions after the fact by way of hacking computers, slandering people or threatening. I don’t believe that there is any kind of conspiracy behind this because of what Joey pretended to fight for, but there is no denying that Joey has a lot of pissed off judges and DA's who would love to nail him if he ever gave them the opportunity, and that’s where I'm headed here.

Joey Dauben sits in jail with a $200,000 bond on a grand jury indictment that states: on Sept 30, 2007 (at a church camp in Navarro where he was some type of authority figure and that’s also key to remember) Joey and this 15 year old boy had some sort of contact. We don’t know the exact timeline of these actions but we have no reason to not believe they all happened sequentially at the same time. So let’s sum up the charges in everyday terms for us: Joey touched and aroused the boy's sex organ (one charge, up to 20 years and $50,000 bond), Joey then gave the boy oral sex (charge two, up to 20 years and $50,000 bond), the boy then gave Joey oral sex (charge 3 up to 20 years and $50,000 bond), they then had sexual intercourse with Joey penetrating the boy (charge 4 up to 20 years and $50,000). Ok, so in a regular guys vernacular you can sum up all this with Joey and this 15 year old boy had sex. Why the big breakdown per act?

In July of 2011, a father pressed charges with the City of Red Oak (where he resided) on Joey Dauben after Joey posted medical records of a child given to him by the mother. Turns out the father had full custody and the mother was not at liberty to show that info and Joey broke the law by posting it. Now, obviously this is bad and Joey was guilty on this but in the world of Joey Dauben we would call this a regular Wednesday. Joey made these types of errors daily. But once this father pressed charges the Ellis county DA pounced, and they seized everything they could get their hands on with Joey including his parents and even sisters’ computers. They took all his computers, phones, flash drives and as I remember from the search warrant they were very interested in his pay pal account and all financial accounting. No charges were ever brought but the DA still has all those items in its possession. They know exactly how much money Joey has, where he gets his finances and how he could raise money if he needed it. They most likely got long ago chat logs from Joey that may have even gone back to this boy in an effort to establish an unusual connection between the two.

After years of slander and abuse by Joey Dauben against judges, police officials, and district attorneys they finally had the ammunition and the chance to put Joey away for good. They knew what Joey's finances were and they knew he would be unable to handle a $200,000 bond. They knew he would have to hire a public defender that would be faced with the daunting task of trying to maneuver around 4 charges an 80 years in jail. Some will say they know Joey and he is going to fight this all the way to the bitter end. I would say they only know the cyberspace Joey Dauben; the real life Joey is weak, insecure and emotional. The real Joey Dauben is being broken down, day after day in prison as he awaits his charges. His defenders are dropping around him, the media has stopped caring and his ECO has become a sort of craigslist. By the time he faces this trial, I think he will be broken, and with his public defender pleading with him, he will take some sort of plea deal which is how the powers that be have arranged this all along. They made sure that by breaking this down per act, with the accompanying jail term and bond, which Joey could not get out and would be facing the rest of his life in jail if he doesn’t play ball. This is not me trying to blame or pass judgment on the powers that be, they played real hardball with the rules they had at their disposal and when someone makes it his life mission to destroy those people you can expect to be dealt with in this way. My point with all this being, that I don’t know if he really did this or not, but by the way they have set this up, I don’t see any way Joey can get out of this

Elliscountyobserversucks has allowed the paranoia to overtake them and they are pretty much shutting down the ECO sucks site. I have no idea what is going on at the ECO and who the hell is running it.

I'm not personally attached to either side here, I'm just a critic but I like to think that I try and be as fair as I can when doing so.
