Brandy and Joey, are the Twins Quarreling?
It seems, even Joey's must trusted confidant, his one and only emergency contact on his arrest report has turned on him. Curtis Butler verified what Brandy has alluded to on here, that being that Joey, through attorney Mark Griffith, has threatened or maybe even has started legal actions against Brandy for some tell all stories that she was about to print. We also have the mysterious John Margetis tell all story that was only out there for a few minutes before someone forced it down. That story's editor was Joey, but did he really write it? I maintain it had to be either Joey or Brandy as there was way too much behind the scenes info for it to be anyone else. Joey even remarked on one of his shows that he swears that he and Brandy are twins in some form, but what is it now that has caused her to leave her mentor? Who is sticking up for John Margetis and forcing the removal of stories? Curtis speculated that maybe Joey had an understanding with John that he was to bail him out in this situation and when John didn't do that, he was to run his hit piece on John. This also raises another question, if Joey and Brandy knew all along that John was a fraud, why did they keep parading him in front of us at the ECO as a victim? Now the ECO site is completely off the grid, but we continue to get more questions and fewer answers as we dig deeper into the ECO cesspool.

ReplyDeleteI think that would be another way to put it. When you surround yourself with the messy characters that Joey has like Meissner and Margetis, I think you would build up a deep distrust not only for the government, but for your friends and people around you. I think Joey expected that by giving Brandy and John so much airtime and a free venue to voice their issues that they would at least have his back when "the man" came after him. It took about a week after they first slapped the handcuffs on him, but after that just about everyone has abandonded him except Brannon and his family. At this point he is probably wondering what is left to even come back to?
ReplyDeleteIs Mark Griffith working for Joey pro bono? If not, I wouldn't worry too much about threats. If Joey doesn't have the funds to make bail, where is he going to get the money to pursue a civil case against Brandy?
ReplyDeleteJoey just might have a stash of cash socked away from his prior dealings - ya never know. Doubt it, but ya never know. Plus, he has dirt to spill. That is gold to some. I don't see the point in going after Brandy cuz it doesn't sound like she has any money - he's just spouting anger.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny when those who say courts are corrupt then go and use the courts to exact revenge. Joey is just acting desperate to get out of jail. I would too. Who wouldn't?
Anyway, I guess a couple people including Stinky P don't like what's being said on here - especially during that drunk fest. I got about 20 subpoenas. Everywhere I go - coffee shop, home, everywhere - the process servers are making money. They keep apologizing cuz they see me getting slammed so hard. Bwahhahahahahahahaa.
I find it kind of funny that little ol me can piss off people so much like that when I'm drunk. Sorry about that Stink penis thing - really, I am... please don't take my kid...please don't put me in jail now for it. It was just a joke. heh heh.

ReplyDeleteThats the first thing I asked Brandy when she made the claim, but she didn't answer that. Seems like all Joey has to do is bluff Brandy and she goes running back to the forrest. Joey sitting in jail with no money for a lawyer or bail and Brandy supposedly is about to publish a story revealing the real facts that she has discovered and he threatens her with Mark and she shuts down totally.

First Ginger let me say I dont know who the lawyer is or is not. I have only done as Joey has on this issue and printed some third hand information that is or is not credible. I believe what has been posted on my site is what was the first of two articles slamming John Margetis. The second was written by Linda Lewis using Joey's passwords and sign in for the ECO. After two conversations I have learned of a second article appearing just before the ECO went down out lining John Margetis' buisness and criminal activity. While he has never been convicted of what was implied in that article it did make for some rather open speculation among Joey fans and followers that John Margetis owed more to the ECO publisher than he was ever willing to shell out.
ReplyDeleteI however believe that John and Mickey Margetis owe nothing to Joey. They have suffered for Joey's arrogance. Even now they suffer. They have lost face and what little credibility they might have had.
Anyone including myself who has been associated with Joey has lost face. And thaty John Margetis was not able or willing to bail Joey out of jail shows thatJoeys attacks are nothing more than petty accusations on those that do not deserve them.
Brandy said on this blog that is was Mark Grifith, but she wouldnt go any futher than that. When it comes to Margetis, I have zero sympathy, he deserves all the shame and ridicule he gets X's 10. Remember, this is a con artist that not only scamed people out of thier money, but he also day after day slandered good men like Bob Carroll in a way even Joey would balk at. The names and things he has said about good public officials has been done at protests in front of very populated areas including republican party meetings and so on. Margetis deserves to be sharing a jail cell next to Joey, and I think in due time he will be.

AMEN to that post MVZ! Here is a newsflash. The title of this post is bullshit too. Over a week ago Joey threatened some legal motions of his AGAINST ME! For putting my opinion out there for all to read. Io think we may be finding some common ground here MVZ. About about the LULZ…I am working on my own LULZ type database that may kick all ass of ass this year. Or make me a very rich woman. One or the other. I may go for the cash so I can move nextdoor to Alitwist and play deafening grind core death metal all day, just for the lulz.

I won’t elaborate too much, but he does have a lawyer. Maybe Griffith, not quite sure but I am pretty sure I quelled the threats with some inadvertent ones of my own. I will say it involves a computer he was going to sell me. Someone told him I changed the password to his paypal and bank accounts which I NEVER did.
I dont think I ever read that follow up Brandy made about the computer until now.
Wow that pisses me off that I have never been threatened by Dauben. I tried and tried just can't do it.

ReplyDeleteI will say that the things going on with the Joey crew makes me glad I am not affiliated with them. I see quite a few now jumping ship.
The logical ones left in December. Those in need of special ed have yet to leave. I do however believe that there is more to the changing of passwords that has yet to be revealed.
I guess Joey Dauben was assessed as at 1.1 by those freaks - you know? The religion that is not a religion. They got him. JM too. Brannon will be next I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteJoey likes to accuse others of computer crimes b/c he knows they are going after him for computer crimes. It may be that others DID commit computer crimes...who knows. I do know this. Joey accused me falsely of them and he KNEW he was accusing me falsely. So I don't know if anything he says is true about others' computer crimes.

Refuse to pay salesa taxes in the tobacco hut! The registrer is broken and I doubt he files all of his sales through the state. Stars Wholesale owned by Sam Shabani is one of his supplyers. Sam sells Charles tobacco off the books so he can trade RJR Tobacco products i.e. Winston, camel, and Pall Mall, cigarettes to myu dad. my dad then sells those traded products off the books to line his pockets. If you do buisness with the Ennis Tobacco Hut you shouldnt be paying taxes!
ReplyDeleteNo Linda Lewis did NOT write or publish the margetis article. I know that for a fact Curtis buddy. Certain passwords were changed others were not. Joey was instructed by 3 lawyers to keep quite for a bit and it was done to help him from himself and restrict the cunt whore Brannon pieces. I gotta say this is a really boring blog unless brandy is posting in the comments. As for your "opinion" you won't even allow brandy access to your stupid blog when you are talking mad trash that is FALSE about her. Joey removed your admin PERIOD. But my question to you is if Joey knew that all along, which clearly he did, why did he always take up for JM against me and Alfred who clearly ended up being dead on accurate about or problems with Margetis? To me this is one of the most shocking examples of where Joey knew what the truth was, but he choose to go with the lies because he thought they better served his cause.
