And poor Kimberly, her cats turned on her and viciously attacked and maimed her. She is in the hospital with 3rd degree scratches.

The New Dauben Narrative Begins
Its similar to the old one but with a new twist: we just want to get started with our new lives together and raise a family.

Joey and Presley still plan on starting a family together. Presley said:

Wait what? What does he have to do? Does she think he's about to go change in a phone booth or is this like the final words of a terrorist? Or does she know what he is about to do? 10-15 years hard time and registered sex offender.
"I just hope we can get the dollars to get him out of Navarro County Jail before his trial there, but who knows how it will pan out," Crowe said.
Yes Presley, here in America we use dollars, pesos or yen wont cut it. She speaks of acquiring money like its some ancient form of mysticism. "Well we prayed to the gods, I poured the oil on the candlewick and now we are waiting for these dollars to appear".
I think one of the restrictions that comes from the Navarro case should be that he is banned from procreation. The Dauben name must end with him, its certainly not fair to any child to bring them in to the world with terrible parents like Presley and Joey would be, the cycle must end here.

Joey Dauben Sentenced to 5 Years Probation, Sent to Navarro Jail
Wow, it turns out that the Ellis County conviction does have some major teeth to them. Joey can not use the net except for online banking, employment or bill pay. He can only have one email, he can't post anything anywhere. He must use tracking devices on all his electronics. He must delete all his blogs and social networking sites. He has to pass a polygraph each year. Basically his entire lifes "work" will be erased and only sites like mine and news stories like the Daily Light will be all people can ever read or see of Joey. His probation will kick in after any sentence he gets in Navarro, and speaking of that, Presley can put the strap-on back inside the drawer because he is not out of jail but being transferred to Navarro and will sit there with a $100,000 bond.
What this all means is we will never hear or see of Joey Dauben again. In a personal way, I'm kinda sad about that because he provided me with endless hours of laughs I couldn't possible find on TV. But on the bright side, he has slandered his last soul as he now becomes an internet ghost.

So Where Do We Stand Now?
Joey Dauben will have his sentence finalized today and most likely be released after that. Everyone in Waxahachie is waking up to their morning papers and will read a devastating article about Joey on the front page. Patrick Wilson's public bare bottom spanking of little Joey is going to be front and center for everyone to read, meanwhile the Joey camp must remain silent due to his restrictions. I know Joey is probably so furious right now he can barely see straight, his instincts are to lash out at Wilson and his conviction. Joey will feel like the world must hear his version of the story, because after all, if you haven't heard the Dauben version of the story, you haven't heard it correctly yet. But how is he going to pull this off with his restrictions?
Enter Presley. Presley has been living down here for at least two weeks now, most likely in the residence that mommy and daddy subsidized for Joey. This works out for Presley as she was most likely out of places to bum off of rent free to live in. The question is, will she become the new Joey Dauben as Joey is no longer allowed to be? But this is going to be a major distraction to his life going forward. No more running for and losing, public office. He will have to finish his career with a salty 0-9 record. His future employment opportunities took a big hit as well with this new conviction. And, probably worst of all, Joey is going to be in a two month holding pattern as his life still hangs in the balance as he waits for his Navarro trial to begin.
So lets have some fun and make our predictions on what will happen with Joey in these next two months of partial freedom. Mine is that Joey will end up being put back in jail for violating his parole by using others as his surrogate to get his message out.

Patrick Wilson Gets the Last Laugh

In his closing remarks, Wilson said that Dauben was not a newspaper publisher reporting a news article, but a vigilante holding a diatribe against the victim on the Ellis County Observer blog.
“This is a guy in Mabank, Texas hiding behind a computer in grandma’s house calling for a ‘public execution […] only amplified by my own comments,’” Wilson said, quoting Dauben. “If you type (the victim’s) name and city into a search engine this is what you will find. Dauben intended to harm his reputation, standing in the community and cause physical harm.”
Wilson encouraged the jury to give Dauben probation, but assess a maximum punishment of five years and a fine of $5,000 to “force him to be a productive member of society.”
“Give him the maximum hammer to hang over his head, so if he violates his supervision the court has the flexibility to give him up to the maximum five years. If you give him the minimum sentence of 180 days, no matter how he breaks his supervision, even if he commits another crime, the court can only give him 180 days jail time. And I suggest a hefty fine, at least $5,000 to obligate him to get out of grandmother’s house and work and be a productive member of society.”

Dauben's Clan Can't Understand Why Shane Crowe is Here to Testify: ItsCalled Cyberbullying
Daddy "I don't understand" Dauben and Presley "I love pedophiles" Tunafish are outraged that Shane is coming down here to testify in Joey's Ellis county case. Since both operate at a kindergarten level, we will try and hash this out for you.

Joey Dauben is a cyber bully, and thats not a debatable point. He was one when he went after this guy in Red Oak, and he continued that well after when he went after Shane. The Daubenistas won't understand what I'm talking about since they are sure that Shane is guilty of what Joey accused him of. But for the rest of us on planet earth, Shane has not been convicted of and therefore is to be presumed innocent of those crimes.....PERIOD. It doesn't matter what you believe, it only matters what you can prove. And so, when Joey went after Shane in the exact same fashion that he did against this guy in Red Oak, he established a pattern. Shane is here to not only show the jury members that Joey didn't learn his lesson, but that he has only become more violent and offensive in his cyber bullying.
