Presley-Rene-Dauben-Tunafish Comes to Ellis County to Defend Joey

Presley loves pedophiles. She is apparently devoting her life (if you want to call it that) to defending accused pedophiles. I'm hearing that Joey's Navarro trial is delayed maybe till January, but he is going to have his Ellis County trial soon. This would be what Presley is talking about:

Presley Renae Dauben-Tuma Bill, Shanes flying into Ellis County to testify against Joey. Corruption connected in all states at every level. www.the-truth-stands.blogspot.com

Presley Renae Dauben-Tuma His Ellis County charge involves a man who was falsely accused of molesting his child by his vindictive ex wife. Joey wrote a story accusing him, once he looked a little deeper, he realized the woman was lying. Shanes flying in Im assuming to try & say that Joey "falsely accused" him as well. Im planning on testifying to counter Shanes lies. Shane feels that this is another way for him to "abuse" me. Classic sociopath pedophile.

  1. I'm sorry but I don't think these sentences make much sense:
"Shanes flying in Im assuming to try & say that Joey “falsely accused” him as well. Im planning on testifying to counter Shanes lies. Shane feels that this is another way for him to “abuse” me. Classic sociopath pedophile."

In the Ellis County charges against Joey the "falsely" accusing a man is basically irrelevant. The release/use of the information is the offense and it would have been an offense even if the accusations had been true. I can't see the D.A. putting Shane on the stand and if the defense put Presley All-The-Other-Names on the stand he should lose his license to practice law in the state of Texas. We expect more competence than that. Just MNSHO. :)

Presley appears to be indoctrinated or "Daubenized". She's uneducated and too shallow to under the charges against Joey or what Joey did wrong. She probably expects the court here to allow the same type behavior she's seen exhibited in CA by all of her lightening buds.

I agree with you. Wilson seems to be a lot smarter than to allow his big show to be upstaged and
de-railed by Presley's he said/she said freak show.

OMG! If they don't look like a religious cult with a pedo leader, nobody does.

  5. ya, I'm going to actually, try to go to the court hearing, cause I don't know how Shane would have anything to do with the original charges, unless, there just gonna let everyone who hates Joey testify

Maybe Shane isn't coming anywhere near Ellis Cty, TX. Maybe he's just yankin' Presley's chain. Not like she has a great big 'easy' button in the middle of her forehead.

    Is Jury selection on Monday?

  9. maybe he is just listed as one of the many possible witnesses, or maybe he might be coming down to testify for the penalty phase. He Brannon, is Joey going to take a plea deal?

@ G/snap: I had the same thought, makes more sense that Shane would be called to testify for the penalty phase if there is a guilty verdict. Based on what I've seen of Wilson, he's a take no prisoners, kick 'em while their down, kind of guy. He doesn't pull any punches in convincing a jury the defendent is deserving of the maximum sentence.
