Bill Windsor Wants to Become the New Hitler

I know, I know, the Hitler comparisons are always overdone and rarely applicable, but lets just read the latest manifesto from Daddy, Presley, and Connie's new Fuhrer:

http://www.lawlessamerica.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1202%3Aplans-announced-to-bring-criminal-charges-against-every-corrupt-government-official-in-america&catid=133%3Alawless-america-the-movie&Itemid=105

Windsor wants to take over everything, not only that he wants to stack the juries and convict those who are currently in power just because he wants to. He wants to create a new party that will control everything (guess who would be their leader). Evidence, facts, proof are not needed as he feels he can right the judicial wrongs by using the judicial system in the same fashion he accuses those in power now of using, just this time to his advantage. We should just go ahead and put a swastika on the foreheads of Daddy Dauben, Connie IBedwell, and Presley-Renae-Crowe-Dauben-Tunafish as this is where their Fuhrer wants to take them. Hail Windsor!!!!!!

  1. Wow, that's almost as good as Joey's book.

There is so much good stuff there.

Serial entrepreneur, ey? This wouldn't be a product of that would it?

A famous syfy author supposedly once said, "Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man really wants to make a million dollars, the best way would be to start his own religion."

Maybe Bill misunderstood the quote, or maybe he figured he go all-in and ask for 70million of the pennies, but it kinda seems like you substitute "political party" for "religion" and your pretty much proposing the same thing. Make a movie rather than a self help book. He can work in a little pyramid scheme. Create his own judicial system instead of a Sea Org . . . .

  2. Oh, and loads of BS propaganda telling you what he knows that you don't know.

  3. I think he said a penny knowing his followers would give much more. Remember that stupid look on Presley's face as she watched him walk by, look at how Daddy Dauben is acting like an excited grade school girl with her first crush when it comes to Bill. And I'm sure thats just the small sample that we happen to know, he probably has hundreds just like them. He is the god to the insane.

  4. He may not have nearly the 70million followers he wants, but he's definitely got a dedicated little few. Those goofy expressions say it all.

  5. Look, it's obvious there is something screwed up in the judicial system. I don't care about the rumors.

Count the days. How long has Joey been behind bars? How many hours, days weeks, months?
I know he was on bail, but before he spent a lot of time. This has been going on for 3/4 year now. Where is the trial already? I don't care if they dismissed jurors, it should not be this long. Period. On what, an ACCUSATION. So we can accuse somebody of something and get them locked up for months and months? 2 months, no lawyer? Months behind bars now.

Ridiculous. This is not America, and yes, I can clearly see this. I don't know about daddy Dauben, Windsor, or whatever the lady's name is with 43 last names.

Being locked up this long without a trial is not what this country was founded on. I think its been at least 5 months locked up now based on an accusation from 4 years ago. Absolutely ridiculous.

The trial should have started a long time ago. It's sad in this day and age that the accused (if they had a real life going on) would lose their job, home, possibly family in the months and months they are locked up based on an accusation. This is wrong.

  6. All the delays in this trial have come from the defense. He would already be in state prison by this point. His public defender has bought him months of extra freedom but Joey screwed it up by violating his bond restrictions in Ellis.

  7. Jimmy, I think you are wrong to be so horrified. Joey was arrested on the afternoon of December 19th. His bond was set the very next morning. The only thing keeping him in jail was his inability pay his bond. Yes, it was set at 200K, yes it's high, but there are 4 separate serious charges against him. A lot of home owners could do a property bond for the amount. The Daubens have very minimal assets so they couldn't. They could go to a bondman and pay about 10% to have him released, but again, despite the donation page, they never earned more than a couple of hundred bucks of support. So, yeah, Joey got to sit in jail. Now, he claims he filed for indigence on December 20th. The courts are supposed to appoint an attorney within 72 hours. If Joey filed because he knew this, I don't understand he didn't throw a fit before February? Anyway, he got his court appointed attorney almost immediately after he filed his paperwork (supposedly for a 2nd time). Bond was lowered to $50K after a hearing on March 2nd. It still took him 3 weeks to find somebody willing to pony-up the $5K for his bail, but he was out by March 23. He'd still be out today if he didn't violate his bond conditions.

So, yeah, there is a question about why he didn't get a court appointed attorney from December 20-Feb 14 which probably did impact the bond amount. However, I still think it's odd he'd file the paperwork and wait two months to refile. A couple weeks I can understand, but waiting 2 months for something that takes 3 days without double checking? But at no point was Joey being held without bond. And for nearly a month of the time he was in jail, he only needed his family to scrape together $5000.

The delay in the hearing itself is all on Joey's end. We all want Joey to have a fair trial. I'm sure Joey would like to pull the bandaid off and have a speedy trial - unless he thinks he's going to prison. But, part of that fair trial is his defense having the opportunity to go through the evidence and properly prepare.

Oh, and since I can't shut up today, I'd like to point out that these charges didn't come out of the blue. Joey alluded to the investigation before he was ever arrested. These charges took time to investigate. They didn't just arrest him the day the allegations came to light. He was free while they were investigated. He was free when a grand jury reviewed the evidence to decide there was probable cause. So it isn't like some kid points a finger and they haul him in for months on it. There is a lot more to it than your comments acknowledge.

  8. I know but as you said "December 19th of 2011!!!"

Of course, it's nearly November 2012!

    It is just ridiculous long.

    ReplyDelete
  9. you keep assuming these delays are coming from the DA or the court just so they can keep Joey in jail, its exactly the opposite in this case.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yeah, but he didn't have to sit in jail for more than a single day!

Without documentation on either side, it's hard to know why exactly it took so long to get a court appointed attorney to lower the bond. If he did file in December, I don't know why he'd just sit on his hands until February when the paperwork says it takes 72 hours. Even with those delays, he would have been out since March if he followed some simple conditions of release!

This amount of time to jury trial is not ridiculously long at all. Clearly you don't follow very many court cases. It can take time to prepare a defense. There was a long investigation. Would you prefer his attorney just take a quick glance at the paperwork before going to trial?

He was out on bail for 6 months and did NOTHING with his life except leach off his parents. Midway through the time he was denied indigent status in Ellis County where he was forced to answer questions about his career that makes no money, his negative bank account, and the fact that his parents pay every possible bill he incurs. And yet, in the following months he STILL never bothered to go get a job at McDonalds or Starbucks. ANYTHING. No, he'd rather bleed his parents dry.

I don't get how you are so sympathetic when Joey himself hasn't taken any action to change the outcome. All he did was continue with status quo. He expects tax payers & his parents to pay his legal bills, and he can't even get a simple minimum wage job to contribute. It's time he grew up and faced the music.

Guilty or not, his actions have kept him in the place he is. Poor poor Joey. Just words. No action.

Yeah, the kid deserves a fair trial and to wade through a mass of evidence takes time. Time that Joey could have spent doing something productive. If he's found guilty, it would look a lot better if he'd done that during his release instead of printing papers & going on internet radio shows. . . I'm just sayin'

  15. So he was denied being indigent when as you said, he made no money, leeched off his parents.... Nor did he have any financial resources. Despite him being this way, it seems idigent to me. Conspiracy? There is something not right here. Couple that with taking MONTHS to get his bail reduced or even seeing council while he sat behind bars.

Yes I do think it is wrong to lock somebody up for a year to wait for a jury trial. Despite how "common" it may be. It's exactly what would have happened if he didn't get his bail reduced.

I hope nobody ever accuses any of us of something illegal, and we sit in jail for a year waiting for a jury trial. If he (Joey) is innocent (or as they say NOT GUILTY), then the now adult accuser owes Joey a substantial amount of money.

Trust me, I'm no cheer leader for the guy. As I said, gaydar has gone off several times, and I do believe a lot of his decisions were immature. I'm trying to stick up for his legal rights to a "speedy trial", council, and having a jury of his peers.

If the setbacks were from the defense, it would be really interesting to read the specifics as to why. With my lack of computer knowledge and understanding of search engines, I simply can't find the cases (if they are available).

I have no idea why he would set back his own trial just to sit in jail longer. If it is to find easy going jurors, that does bring up issues to me. He is innocent or guilty of the crime accused of. If there is reasonable doubt that it happened, then there is doubt and he should be set free. If it is one person's word against anothers, he should be set free. If there were witnesses of him going into the kid's sleeping area, perhaps that's another issue. I have no idea on the evidence.

If he really did this crime, (and the Joey I know of would not have), then sure this is illegal to the core and the jury should decide the punishment. Probation sodomy with a 15 year old when you are 26, is too light. At the VERY least, a couple years of house arrest, mandatory work requirements when not at home, etc.

The whole accusation is disgusting, and one I hope is completely false. Even typing about it turns the guts. It's like "FOR THE SAKE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD, PLEASE LET IT BE FAKE!!!"

  16. Joey isnt the only one sitting in a County lock up for bond revocation. Bond is cash given in lieu of a promise. Joey failed on his promise and so he is back in jail.
He spent the ammount of time in jail because the court would not take his word that he would appear for his trial. Bond comes with conditions, fail to meet them and you end up back in jail. Simple concept.
Joey has a bad track record. An even worse journalism track record and a failed record as a publisher of anything.
I would say that Joey understood his bond conditions and the DA had to jump through multiple hoops to get it revoked. I would also say that the first radio show he did he was not on the host phone line. The second one he was. If you honestly listen you can tell the audio quality difference. Even without a Voice Spectrum Analizer you can tell. Listen to the Friday Night show where I will maintain that someone called in to the guest line then compare it to his radio shows and you can tell the difference. The Monday Night show he called in on the host line which suggest to me that he was sitting at a computer running things. The madness was much the same either way. The results speak for themselves. Joey was using the internet. CASE CLOSED

  17. The problem is, as you pointed out, that you haven't got the slightest clue what you are talking about and you continue to fail to listen to those that do. I'll will try and break this down for you to understand:

    1. Indigent-Joey was and is considered indigent for the Navarro case. Its a criminal charge and he can't pay for a defense himself so he is considered and granted the status of indigent and therefore he gets a public defender.
Now, in the Ellis county case he was also given a public defender BUT he decided to appeal the courts ruling on seizing his ECO website. This now has nothing to do with a criminal defense and is simply Joey wanting back his old webpage. The DA challenged his claiming indigence in terms of this appeal (so we the taxpayers don't have to pay for this as well) stating that Joey was indigent by his own choosing and apparently that doesn't therefore meet the legal definition of indigent. And the court ruled in the DA's favor and Joey dropped his appeal.

    2. Joey's imprisonment on bond. A grand jury indited and Joey was charged and bond was set. According to the Daily Light, Joey didn't sign his indigence request and that was what was holding up his public defender appointment. Whatever the case was, it was up to Joey or his friends or family to keep up with that and make sure that it went through smoothly and quickly, they of course failed at that. Joey could have posted bond and walked out of that jail cell on day one and could be free even right now.

    3. The Setbacks. The Navarro DA was ready to go with this case almost as soon as his bail was set. It was Joey's public defender that needed time and has been granted that time. Now up until a few weeks ago Joey was out of jail so all this time was working in his favor. Now its not, but he has only himself to blame for that.

    4. The probation. From what I understand its the defense that is objecting to the potential jury members who would not consider probation as PART, not all, of his sentence if convicted. This is once again Joey's public defender doing his job on behalf of Joey. He has seen all the evidence, he knows where this case is going and he is trying to get Joey the lightest sentence possible. I would say that the court is going WAAAAAAY out of its way to be accommodative to Joey at this point. They are giving him every possible consideration in this trial knowing that he is going to scream conspiricay no matter what.

Now, before you spout off again, read this very slowly at least 4 separate times. I have no problem with people that have different opinions or disagree with me, but I can't tolerate dunces.

@ Jimmy: Most trial delays are a result of the defense, it takes time to build a defense and argue motions. The prosecution's case is pretty much ready when charges are filed. Seems logical to me that Joey and a lawyer, really trying to do the right thing for his client, would delay the trial for however long it takes to find a jury willing to consider the minimum punishment or acquittal. If he picks the right jury, it could mean freedom from this charge forever. Had he behaved himself, he would be free during this process. So, since he couldn't keep his big mouth shut, it's sit there until he's satisfied with the jury or rush it, pick the wrong jury and maybe sit there for a really long time - maybe the rest of his life.

With regard to his status as indigent, it appears he is working with two different standards. There's one standard if you are accused of a crime and a whole other standard if you are filing a law suit.

  19. well damn, I meant that to be easy to read by including the quotes, but my spacing seems to have wandered off when I hit "post"

Gingersnap & nothingbetter have both responded in the time it took me to respond. Ginger's # system is tons better than my (way too long because it includes the original posts) response.

So, if you don't want to take the time to read my (not concise) response, I'll go with:

    "Yeah, what G&N said."

    ReplyDelete
  20. Regarding #4 of Ginger's post, I don't think they are going way out of their way for Joey in the jury selecting process. The law states that potential jurors must be able to consider the full range of punishment. Basically all that says is they need to be able to listen to the evidence before making any decisions on the case. If somebody walks into it knowing that if Joey is proven guilty, they want him to fry for it, they are already predisposed. That's not fair to Joey. If probation is an option for a crime of this nature, it needs to be considered.

I can understand that there are plenty of people out there that will never being willing to consider the death penalty no matter how heinous the crime. And I get that there are a lot of people (me included) that would love to say we should lock up all sex offenders and throw away the key. However, I have to wonder if the prosecution missed out on saying something to jurors that would have made them at least agree to leave probation on the table until they'd heard the evidence. Yes, Jimmy, that may seem counterintuitive because you are now saying "why would the prosecution want people that don't want to throw the book at him?" Well, they think they can prove Joey did this, and they probably don't want probation. But, they think they'll be able to prove Joey is guilty and that he deserves a harsh punishment. So if right now they can convince those people who think rape is terrible that there might be a case that deserves probation, they can get them on the jury. Then, all they have to do is prove their case against Joey and show the jury that this ISN'T one of the cases that deserves probation even though they gave an earlier hypothetical that could.

I will always remember the first voir dire process I experienced as a potential juror. It was a rape case with an infant that was molested by an 18 year old. When defense asked if there was anyone who couldn't consider probation if he was guilty, lots of people raised their hands, but then the state presented a hypothetical. They basically said, wouldn't you feel sorry for a mentally handicapped nephew/grandchild that basically knew better, but through a chemical imbalance had some problems at the time that are now being addressed through medication? And he doesn't live with the child so he doesn't have a chance to reoffend. Do you think it's possible probation might be a better place for him than prison? . . . Pretty much all of the jurors who initially thought they could never give probation to somebody guilty of such a heinous crime realized that maybe, with evidence, there was some scenario where probation was the right thing.

As a juror, you can't pull any sentence off the table before hearing the evidence. You just don't know. You can't already know what punishment fits the crime before you know the circumstances to the crime.

My point got a little off track because I figured I needed to explain to Jimmy Boy. Anyway, I just wonder if the Prosecution could have done anything better to sell the point that you might think you know what kind of sentence this type of crime deserves, but just like guilt or innocence, you really won't be able to form that opinion until you have heard all the evidence.

  21. Wow. I just read a really interesting article.

    http://www.texasobserver.org/cover-story/life-on-the-list

I really hope that Joey didn't turn down a plea bargain that would have kept him off the sex offender registry. Even if he did everything, the consequences of being a registered sex offender are really harsh.

In my opinion, this is an example of a failure of the system.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I sersiously doubt they would offer anything that didn't include registered sex offender. If they get that tab on him he is shut down for life. What someone needs to tell him though is that his life is effectivly shut down anyway. I mean no one ever goes to the ECO and they never will again, even if he gets off. If his family and friends were honest with him they would tell him to take any kind of plea because he is never going to get back the old life he had.

  23. But the problem with that Ginger is NO ONE surrounding Joey or his groupies Connie, Presley et al think like this. Common sense and logic is out the window replaced by all the crazed conspiracy hatred for their own Country. If Joey had anyone that truly cared for him and his future, they would be saying some really hard things he does not want to hear but needs to.

As for what Crazy Connie has posted about that woman's who's children were sexually tortured for years by her own father, is about as low as a human being can get. She pretends to be SO Godly but is nothing of the sort. That woman is pure evil and her sickly smirk she wears shows.

For the rest of the conspiracy groupies Billy Lawless included,.... seriously, get the EFF OUT of the USA if you truly think its as horrible as y'all post. These idiots NEED something or someone to hang their hat on because their grasp on reality has left them. Bottom feeders.

That's a HUGE failure in the system. Completely unfair to kids acting out because they were abused, I'm glad there are people working to change that law. This failure ruined the lives of this family. I can't stand thinking about the guilt Josh's mom must feel. Breaks my heart that nobody tried to figure out why Josh did what he did. I wonder if the over reaction by people that could/should have helped Josh had any thing to do with gender.

I sat on a jury for an abuse case, a girl was abused by dad. The whole thing came to light when the little girl was caught acting out with a girl cousin during a sleep over. The girl was 9 or 10 at the time of the sleep over, she was abused between 4 and 6. She told her mother about the abuse when she was caught acting out, mom called police, police went after dad. The girl was not punished for acting out, she was sent to therapy, as was her victim. Dad is currently serving 2 life terms in TDC.

If Joey is guilty, he should have to register - the intent of the law is to help protect kids from people that can't keep their hands to off minors. But, I don't think it's fair to blast their photos and personal info all over the place - the hysteria this causes does not serve the greater good. Joey should be able to go out and get a new career, since that journalist thing didn't work out. He's much too young and too broke to retire - if he is sentenced with probation.

Isn't it ironic? Joey delayed his trial so Navarro County can search for folks that don't have a problem giving a child molester probation and yet Joey blasted DA's and judges for giving probation to child molesters. My, oh my, funny how the world turns......

  25. The sex offender registry in and of itself is a good thing. The blanket posting of all offenders information including address and photos needs revision. It's only been about a year that Texas has had a Romeo and Juliet law. Prior to that, tons of consensual teen sex offenders were having to register. Also, while they may not be that frequent, I've heard about cases like urinating in public, streaking, sex in a car, or teenage sexting earning people a spot on the registry. In Lubbock, the city government channel played hours of a slideshow of sex offenders. It'd be virtually impossible to have a normal life or hold a job.

When I was about 8, I went to a sleepover. We played a typical child's game of doctor. After that, the girl hosting tried to have us play a game of "mommy and daddy." The role playing she instructed made me really uncomfortable, and I ended up feeling sick and having my mother come pick me up. It turned out other girls at school had similar experiences with her. We just labeled her a little weird. Shortly after, her family moved. While I wouldn't say I was abused, years later the encounter still makes me sick. She may have just been a curious kid who walked in on her parents or saw an inappropriate movie, or it may have been more sinister. It's quite possible that she was being abused. I really wish that I'd told my mother or her's. However, if she'd been treated like Josh, she might have been labeled a sex offender herself, and that'd be a terrible thing.

  27. Nothingbettertodo quote Isn’t it ironic? Joey delayed his trial so Navarro County can search for folks that don’t have a problem giving a child molester probation and yet Joey blasted DA’s and judges for giving probation to child molesters. My, oh my, funny how the world turns……

Yes isn't that ironic. Further to this, Joey would absolutely slam and attempt to destroy the reputations of men who had been investigated and cleared of any molestation, no evidence, etc other than a psycho exwife screaming bloody murder because she lost control over her man. Ginger may not believe he belongs in prison but I think that will be the only thing that will scare this jerk straight. Its his only chance to clean up his act. He is not some harmless little boy, he HAS destroyed lives, especially Ambers family. Can you imagine what her mother has gone through because of this sick little creep? The pain he caused to her and her loved ones alone deserves 10 years behind bars. This is not some 'innocent' sweet harmless little boy. He's a monster. I may stand alone on this board with anticipation hoping he will get some very hard time. He also raped a child. I don't care how mature the child was nor how immature Joey was, rape is rape. To define it any other way deeply hurts victims.

I'm all but certain the Rangers have the goods on him and if he's dumb enough to think his Yahweh will rescue him so he refuses any or all plea bargains, that too shows how stupid everyone around him is not giving him advice that would actually help him change his life and save his butt. He was already given a chance by a total stranger in NYC, wonder how dumb she feels knowing her little internet creature came out and continued his brutal attacks.

I'd like to state for the record and make this very clear to Jimmy....., Joey was not held without bail or without a lawyer for a long time. His IDIOT brain dead father was hanging on to every BS crap Farris in Florida was feeding him. She promised to get Joey out, to bring up a CPS lawyer from Sugarland, blah blah blah and told David NOT to get Joey a public defender.

Its Dauben's own gullibility that kept his baby behind bars thinking Farris was telling him the truth. Like Farris, there's zero doubt in my mind Billy will turn out to be the exact same. Lots of hot air but no real results by a narcissistic goof ball needing attention.

Seriously, a serial entrepreneur? Generally very successful business people own 1, 2 or 3 businesses in their lifetime. This dumbass claims to have started over 50 companies. That statement alone screams SCAM. Umm and the key word is "started". Alrighty, my rant for the week is done.

Oh, I would like to point out that in referencing that article, I wasn't trying to say that Joey had anything in common with that guy. I ran across that article linked in a local story that was on the news this week.

And during reading that, I ran across clarification of the Texas version of the Romeo & Juliet law. If two teens have consensual sex, the younger teen is over 15 and their age gap is less than 4 years, the older teen is not automatically labeled a sex offender. They may still have criminal charges like statutory rape, but they might not end up a card carrying member of the club.

My bet is she was probably abused. I don't believe God made bad kids, bad dogs or bad horses. I believe any of those species labeled as "bad" is having a normal, instinctual reaction to an abnormal occurrence or situation. An 8 year old human of any gender is naturally curious about it's self - usually, in private. If they are experimenting with others sexually, I believe there is a sinister reason behind it. I had a couple of similar experiences between 8 and 10. Looking back on it, I realize I didn't have the mental capacity at the time to process the situation, I was embarassed, confused and I have never told anybody. As I grew older, I learned to process it, see it for what it was and move on - thankful for my background and that I was mentally strong enough to say no and run away from the situation.

If Joey is guilty, I don't think he is a predator. I think either he was abused as a child and he didn't deal with it or he's mentally stuck at age 15 and has been hiding his attraction to males. Either way, if he's guilty, the encounter was not age appropriate and Joey had all the power to stop it or take it all the way. Since his brain is in his wanger, the police should keep track of him. If he's guilty, doesn't go to jail and doesn't get the help he needs, his "issues" will over ride his better judgement again.

The registry law, even with Romeo and Juliet, is too harsh. It's unfortunate that the law is what it is right now, but Joey put himself in this situation and it would be his own fault if he's unable to find a job because of it (yeah, like he really wants a job). But, registry or no registry, it's the parents' and employers of people that deal with kids that have responsibility keep kids safe. The registry wouldn't have helped keep Joey away from this boy - the church that sponsered the lake outing wasn't looking out for sexual deviants or registered sex offenders.

Hey Brannon: this is off topic, but I noticed you must be hanging out with Presley. She's starting to use your verbiage. She used the 'c' word on Connie's FB page.

Back on topic: I don't think you will win that argument here. Joey wasn't "held" without an attorney or bail. He was just "in" jail without an attorney, from what appears to be a result of his own negligence in filling out forms. He has a history of not completing necessary court documents on cases he, himself filed. I'm wondering what excuses he gave you for dismissal of those cases, I'll bet he blamed the system in some way.

  40. That one encounter didn't get very far because nobody wanted to participate, but it's always troubled me, not for me but for her. From what I can tell online, she now has multiple degrees and honors, works for a good company in Houston, and is married with kids. So, hopefully, she's in a good place.

Regarding bad children, I agree. And even with children that have been exposed to abuse (be it physical, sexual, emotional, etc), it's amazing what discipline, respect, and unconditional love can do to help turn that around.

I've wondered if Joey was abused at some point in his adolescence, it would fit a lot of his behaviours. It makes me sad that he's taken so many wrong turns in his life. He could be somewhere entirely different if he'd gone a different direction at any one of several pivotal moments.

Sooo yes Brannon Joey was in jail for 2 months, so what? Don't you recall Farris yapping her big ole cancerous mouth off to Daddy David on livestream saying to MAKE SURE JOEY DOES NOT FILE FOR A PUBLIC DEFENDER and she's coming out to rescue the great one herself ??? Umm and David agreed awaiting her $25K that was never going to appear. The only person to blame is Joey and his dad on this one, you can't call conspiracy on this one. And now he's behind bars again and still the only one to blame is Joey. He was told to stay off the internet period. That included not going through you or Presley or Daddy or anyone.. How do you guys not feel any guilt for this? Geez seriously be his best friend and kick his ass. Even though you still live at home, I think you hold a long-term full time job. 43. WARNING...This is a topic hijack in progress: I have a stupid question. There is something puzzling me. For about fifty + years I worked pretty steady. Never more than a week or two unemployed until I retired last year. Made a decent living for my family, not luxurious but decent. But I never could afford to run here and there, fly to California and back at a whim, not hold down a steady job and still have a place to live and food on the table. Yet many of the people that Joey is involved with seem to be able to live without working, travel at will, etc. (Brannon, at least you seem to hold down a steady job and I respect you for that). Will one of you wiser people tell me how they do it and where I went wrong? (I understand that Joey lived off the largess of his family since his "media empire" was a joke, but how about everyone else)

I've been puzzled about this too, especially with regard to Connie and Presley. They have no visible means of support and way, way too much free time.

I agree, good for Brannon that he's been at the same job for two whole years. But, he's living with his parents. Which is OK, if he is helping with upkeep, groceries and the bills.

  46. There is no excuse for the 2 month delay. And he asked about it alot. If he is guilty, fine, he deserves punishment. No excuse for 2 months though.

    ReplyDelete
  47. How do you know if he asked about it alot? I thought you were somebody who knew Joey at some point in the past?

I doubt he asked about it alot. If he was concerned about it, he would have made a stink about it then. He had plenty of people speaking on his behalf back then. I think it's more likely they were all waiting on Barbara Ferris to come through for them.

Anyway, how do you know he asked about it alot? Have you visited with Joey since last December?

    ReplyDelete
  48. I probably shouldn't speak for Funday, but I'm pretty sure that going to Cali thing was a joke. ;-)

Personally, I do have the ability to work from home & a bit more on my own schedule, but it actually ends up with me putting in more than 40 hours a week of work. My family jokes about me not taking a vacation in the last 7 years. The best I manage is a 3 day weekend somewhere with in Texas or a bordering state. And, even if the three day weekend is planned months in advance, it usually ends up beginning at 2, 3, or 4 PM on Friday because things never fall into place right. I live a frugal day to day life so that I can afford nicer more permanent things like my home & vehicle. I'd rather have those assets than nicer meals, drinks, or clothing, but that's my personal preference - to each their own.

Brannon appears to have held down the same job for a couple of years. If he has the independence he wants at his family home and he is able to save up money by saving on rent, I have no problem with that as long as he pays the majority of his bills like car, phone, and food. Hopefully, he's able to sock money away so when he moves out, he can go right into a pretty decent lifestyle.

Connie is an aging waitress. I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing, but it usually doesn't signal a very settled down lifestyle. I don't know if she drinks or not, but it still usually indicates a lot of play time. For somebody who has said her IQ is in the top 30th percentile, that isn't exactly using her full potential.

Presley does nothing that I know of. I can't imagine she can fund her lifestyle without the charitable donations of others. She and Joey are really two peas in a pod.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Usually IQ's are not reported by top 30th percentile but rather from the low end of the scale. However, even if it is accurate that she is in the top 30th percentile in would still mean an IQ of about 107 or slightly higher than "normal" (whatever that is, IQ score of 100 is considered the average or 50th percentile). I can't fault her for not living up to her potential as I missed mine by quite a bit but I have a pretty blessed and happy life.

    ReplyDelete
  50. She may have said in the top third of population. Simply put, in a room of 100 people, 29 or 30 are still smarter than she. 50, are arguably dumb - well, below average, but that's not where I'd want to be.

I was really just making a jab at her since she had made the comment regarding what she says a court psychologist reported. I actually thought it was an absurd thing to brag about because if it were the case, it pretty much puts her in a very small window before she'd be at top 1/4 of population which is something like 111. Honestly, I wouldn't consider a person to be noticeably or functionally smarter until an IQ of at least 120, and in all honestly, I'd more likely put the line around 130, but I'm an asshole.

Honestly, IQ has a lot to do with how well rounded a person's intelligence is. And you're right, the bottom end is a lot more limiting than the top. Most people with even slightly above average intellect will be able to find particular aptitudes where they can excel given effort.

But, Connie makes a point of saying how smart she believes herself to be. She could probably find something more a bit more challenging.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I know it because Joey was in contact with somebody I know pretty well. He was complaining about it a lot and told him that he kept griping to the jailers and writing letters to people. Isn't there even a hand written letter he sent out about this?

  52. So is this blog basically about making fun Joey, Connie, Presley, their famillies and issues anonymously?

    Are you all cowards?
Don't you feel like a coward doing this anonymously?
Do you feel better attacking people online where they can't retaliate (he's in jail)?
Does this make you bigger people, standing tall, engaging in adult styled cyber bullying?

Silly silly.... This whole entire blog is nothing but cowards too scared to post their names and personal information while smearing somebody. Scared children do this. I've read this blog over and over trying to make sense of it all.

If Joey is a little kid, then so are all the people ducking behind their screens playing the "I know your IP address" and "did you see on facebook" and "I can edit photos" game.

Last I checked, none of us were putting up pics of little kids of lawyers and judges stating we hoped they'd get raped. Joey did that more than once.

We have only critiqued the very public profiles. They have the control of the information/opinions they put forth. Just as I have the same ability. Presley Renae Dauben Tuma & Aailiyah Connie Bedwell Tuma aren't their real names either. Feel free to critique any information I've given about myself. It's all true.

Are we immature? Not at all, we are adults that hold opinions based on facts, evidence, and personal experience. Of which, I'd ague Joey has none. He ignores facts, abuses evidence, ,and has about as many adult experiences as child playing dress up. We have very real conversations about Joey's actions & his future. Pardon us for blowing off a little steam with some jokes here and there.

And, I'll have you know, regarding the silly photoshops, my family, friends, and coworkers all get the same treatment. But they usually have to wait for birthday cards. Funday only does it because he cares. Awww. But, I must say the practice has really helped the novice skills set.

And regarding anonymity, we've been over this before. But, you appear to have failed the original course & the Summer school version.

@ O & G: Too true. But, I have hope for Jimmy S. The photos are brilliant and intelligent. The fact that Jimmy is high brow enough to enjoy the satire and admits it, puts him a step above other Joey supporters. Expect Brannon. Jimmy is just mad at himself for laughing at Joey's et al, expense.

    ReplyDelete
  76. There is a difference in laughing at photos, and watching people go after somebody in prison consistantly. The photos are hilarious. I'm sure Joey would even laugh at them.

Joey has campaigned against taxes many times. I've seen him go against people raising taxes many times and protesting against them. I'm heavily against schools and cities raising taxes. I've read and seen photos of him doing this in several cities.

I've seen a few things he's published years back when he was at the ECO. I've also seen a few things he's published that I thought brought some stories to light (Such as the pink elephant in Waxa) The times I've known him he was either dating WOMEN or gawking at women.

I don't know about all the child porn cops, and shag happy gay church camping trips. I would consider him somebody I somewhat have known for a while (seen once or twice a year) and generally seems to want to fight for a good cause. I have had my "gaydar" go off a few times around him (I can't explain what that is), but he's never said anything of being gay/bi to me, and talked a lot about "pretty/hot women". So by his own words to me, even in private conversations between me and him, HE ONLY spoke of women.

Obviously by this blog, there are obviously people who have problems with him. From my standpoint yes I could see him as immature in his work ethic for sure (because he wasn't on his own), however, his fight against high taxes, exposing wasteful spending by governing officials, and his willingness to take up a sign to protest against that stuff is what I know him for.

I come on and see all kinds of gay pokey pokey at church camp accusations, and his girlfriend's names all tuma ish and junk, and his girlfriend (I guess that's what they were) had some kind of abuse junk on her ex... Also gay cops making gay porn of minor boys, and all kinds of stuff, is seriously like walking into the twilight zone.

I don't know Joey for all this twilight zone stuff. I do know him to "blurt" stuff out because his mind is running too quick (controversial stuff sometimes).

Perhaps I didn't know him well.

I just want to see the guy get a fair trial. It bothers me to see a lot of attacks on him while sitting in jail. He's obviously in the trial of his life right now, and if convicted, many years of the guys life will be lost.

I'm not his cheerleader and all this "Joey's gang" stuff is weird and I don't know about all that..... I don't know him like that. He was in the press, had a name at least to me about fighting taxes & wasteful spending.

I just want to back off now, and see what happens.

    ReplyDelete
  77. I'd argue that what you (and many other people) interpreted as good deeds were more of an exercise in power and political platform for Joey. I've said this before, but I absolutely believe Joey is the embodiment of the saying "you have most in others what you see in yourself." All Joey wants in life is to matter. To be important. To have a voice. Joey begins his mission to out people that he sees as motivated not by public good, but by power. Is Joey really trying to clean up politics? No, cognitively or not, he's found his platform, his pulpit. He sees a way to get people listening to him. Joey may not be a bad person, but his motivation wasn't just helping people. If it were, you could point to dozens of things he did in private to help people. Those stories don't seem to exist. Nobody has come forth and said Joey helped them privately. Anything he did, he made sure to publicize.

Now, I can see how the information in this blog could appear to be an attack if you weren't previously involved enough to see the complete picture. It takes your eyes a while to adjust to the sun after your rose colored glasses are plucked away. The things that are explored here generally come directly from Joey (or Connie, Presley, or David's) own writing. They have made these things public. If you put it out in a public forum, you'd better be prepared for the public having an opinion. Opinions are not attacks. Joey was the master of attacking people. Both his language and his tone were anything but civil. The majority of comments on this blog are drastically less venomous and vengeful than anything Joey wrote.

Now, if you don't know much about Joey other than his political protests, I suggest you seek to educate yourself. There are very good articles written by WFAA, D Mag, and the Dallas Observer that are pretty fair and balanced (even while acknowledging how convoluted some of the events are).If you want to learn about Presley, Connie, Bill Windsor, or David Dauben, go read their facebook pages and blogs. Make sure you find the blogs that Connie has created about her ex & her father's accusers. I'm sorry most of the blogs that Joey created to about politicians or the Meissner/Hoskins feud are gone. They were truly dirty and filthy and awful. They make this blog look like rainbows and sunshine. But, if you find the one that Connie created as a "journal" for her father's accuser, you will understand what Joey and his buddies are truly like.

Now, if you want to just back off & simply follow what is going on with the trial, go for it. Just be aware that Joey (& friends) have an extensive background in characterizing themselves as less than honorable people. This isn't breaking news or investigative reporting by Ginger. They put this all out there themselves.

    ReplyDelete
  78. Joey has not paid one red cent in taxes in his life. His quest against taxes was simply a way to get people like you to follow him. Much like Joey's crusade against child sex offenders was mostly a pre-emptive strike against his own charges he knew was coming all along. Joey just wants an audience, and he doesn't care what or how he says it as long as he says something that will create a following. Since he was born and raised in Ellis County his message needed to be staunchly conservative with a libertarian twist to it, and so he adopted one. If he were born and raised in San Francisco it would be the exact opposite views.

I don't know about your gaydar or whatever but Joey admitted he had a homosexual relationship right out of high school. Thats not urban legend thats straight up fact. I don't think Joey is simply homosexual, I think he is a try-sexual. Whether we are speaking sexually or socially, Joey just wants to be accepted and liked.

All of my "attacks" on Joey are done based off of something either he or his followers have publicly stated along with correlating that with his long history of past statements and actions. Nothing that we do or say is going to have anything to do with what kind of a trial he gets in Navarro. We are just the back seat commentators, but I feel this is a situation that needs some commentary in it.

    ReplyDelete
  79. Fair enough.

Honestly, its such a mess I probably won't do any more research on him. I would rather not read of kiddie porn, sex offenders, etc. It's gross and turns my guts.

I'll just take a back seat, make a few comments, and just be updated from time to time. The Joey I knew was way different from all of this. I may have not of known him though like others.

Just to clarify, his crusade against taxes didn't get me following him, we just ran into one another while I crusaded against them. Don't know if he's ever paid a penny, but I have a big fat bill sitting here from county right now :(( Been getting ripped by it for years (side issue).

Anyway, I have not heard about his situation or current court case since the delay. Anybody got news?

Ditto, what OReader and Gingersnap said. People like Joey, only smarter, start religions and take over countries. Names like Ron L Hubbard, Joseph Smith, Jim Jones and Hitler come to mind. I don't think any body really cares whether Joey is gay or bi-sexual. I think it matters more that he acts like a screaming queen while he denys his attraction to men. I can think of one or two posters that may actually hope Joey is guilty of the Navarro charges, but we all want Joey to have a fair trial. If he did it, punish him. If the State doesn't prove he did it, let him go.

But I do hope Joey is convicted on the Ellis County charges. Our interest in watching Joey didn't start here and it is apparent you have not read enough of the ECO to understand what we are talking about. There are a lot of old articles still available for your reading pleasure. You'll find them under ECO2 press releases (or, something like that). Don't just read the articles about politics, read everything, including the comments. He should be punished for posting things that were not true. He hurt a lot of people at his whim.

  81. I'm going to double ditto NBTDToday!

I believe he's guilty of Navarro charges, I think he's a monster but not once will you find me saying anywhere on this blog Jimmy, that I want actual harm to come to him. A fair trial I would want for every citizen. Legitimate justice to deal with the criminal I believe Joey to be - absolutely - yes!

Since we are going through a Joey drought, here's some interesting stuff. This is a slightly different version of the Dauben/Margetis/Farris/Bedwell-Tuma dramas. But, in this drama, one man plays Dauben/Farris, another man plays Margetis/Bedwell. I can't decide whether to laugh very, very hard or to be very, very scared.......there are more Joey's out there......

    http://cherokeecountytexas.wordpress.com/tag/randy-kelton/

I saw a news (a real one) article on Randy Kelton, which led me to the blog linked above. Kelton has/had a blog radio show. The news article said Kelton was arrested on charges similar to Joey's Ellis charges. His radio group begged for money, he needed $30,000 for legal fees. He got $1,500. He went to court pro se, was convicted and sentenced to a year in jail and $4,000 fine.

The guy needs mental help if he thinks the gov't is after him for video'ing some of the most mentally ill all on taxpayers dimes the past few months. ROFL!! Seriously ridiculous crap he LOVES to feed the conspiracy mongers doesn't he??

Lawless Billy's statement: 11-7-2012 -- 8:00 AM -- JACKSON MISSISSIPPI: I am thinking that I may need to go into hiding for a while. It may be prudent for me to go to an undisclosed location in an unmarked vehicle until the Congressional Testimony DVDs are prepared. I may choose to delay Alaska, Hawaii, Portland, and Olympia until just before you Meet me in DC on January 9, 2013. My concern is that I might be arrested while seeking to board an airplane. I'm gong to think about this some more. I need to ensure that the bad guys can't interfere with the January 9, 2013 presentation of our testimony to Congress.

  84. I may not have been following this as closely as I should, but does anyone else find it interesting that Mr. Windsor intends to present his video "testimony" to congressmen on the day they, in joint session, canvas the electoral votes for the President?

  85. I can't even venture to guess what is in Bill's head.

Why has he picked the day they count/certify the electoral votes? Could be that he is dumb and just picked a random day they were in joint session. Could be that he's considering this a challenge to our voting process (go Revolution party!!WOOP WOOP). Could be that he wants to get shut down and not heard so he can claim that the powers that be don't want him heard.

It's funny we get to holiday season and he wants to go into hiding.

I just wonder if he believes anything he says . . .

I pick that choice. Conspiracy theorists love self-fulfilling prophecies.

  87. I vote for the holiday season and he is tired of driving around the country and filming nutcases. He needs some home time so this is the lie he makes up.

  88. Those are some weird characters too. Who is the writer behind that blog? Fox himself? Even with the obvious slant and crazy underpinnings, it's really well written. That's the tone Joey was going for - sort of an "I'm up here, you're down there. Let me tell you how you are being abused." (cough, Windsor, cough)

Randy Kelton has some Bill Windsor in him too. He's a self proclaimed legal expert because he is a pro se litigant. He also hasn't corrected the numerous articles that refer to him as an attorney. He seems quite intelligent. However, he's developed the same strong anti-establishment conspiracy theory mentality. I'm guessing that like Joey, he has some under developed social skills and is very hard to be around or have a coherent conversation with.

  89. I think you are both winners. Right now Billy is about to take a little vacay back home. (Where is an investigative reporter when you need one? Somebody needs to watch that house & bust him when he goes out for fancy meals. I highly doubt he will do any "hiding.")

Then, after the holidays, he might head up to DC where he won't be heard. Who really expect congress to sit and watch 30something hours of people giving basic statements. Those 3 minute statements have no meat to them. I can't see how this "plan" ever made sense. Besides, didn't he say he had 1500 people giving testimony? That's more like 72 hours. So half are already on Bill's cutting room floor before he even starts?

Bill claims that this movie is going to be in theaters, at Blockbuster & Redbox, on Netflix, and at Sundance. Those are some pretty big claims. Who exactly has the ability to professionally edit all of this? And, how in the world are they going to make it interesting? I've watched hundreds of documentaries. Even with the best independently produced documentary, I have to be in a really patient place to watch them in full.

  90. Maybe this little "take it to congress" scam is his way out of explaining why its not going to end up in theatres. You see he is a few steps ahead of his conspiracy following nit wits, he says he is going to have a big movie in all the theatres (knowing all along that this wouldn't happen) so he stages this little congress show and after that he comes out and says "they have banned in from theatres". Can't you just see the reaction slack jawed yokel Daddy Dauben would have to that?

  91. I think you guys are all being to hard on Mr. Windsor. Clearly you don't understand the hardship this man faces.

It looks as if he's going to be forced to make his own omlet. The horrors!

Speaking of, what do you wanna bet they've never spent the night at a place that didn't serve breakfast?

  92. sorry about the typos

  93. well from that pic its pretty clear Bill has to be getting back home so he can get ready for his seasonal job as Santa at the local mall. All his jobs involve fantasy and make believe.

  94. :-)

Look at the stress on his face. Nobody gave him a wheelie blazer to drive to work . .
Push through the pain, Bill. Push through the pain.

  95. Sorry about the silliness. This is a serious matter. The guy is actually worried about getting on a plane. How is he going to get to Hawaii to tape testimony????

I read somewhere on one of Bill's blogs from 2010 that he believed he was on a government hit list. He was afraid for his life and was proud of the fact that he outlined the whole conspiracy to kill him to a judge in GA, while looking the judge right in the eye. At least now he's just afraid of being arrested. Has anybody figured out why he thinks he will be arrested for getting on a plane? Boggles the mind how people like he and Joey think they are important enough for mulitple branches of the government to conspire against them.

I vote for he's tired, wants to rest and wants all those losers following him around to quit tweeting, facebooking, calling, texting, etc. until after Christmas.

Here is part of that article from 5-14-11
Judicial Reform activist Bill Windsor has just added his name to the list of political activists reportedly targeted for assassination by the U.S. Government.

William M. Windsor was informed yesterday by a reliable source that he may be targeted for assassination by the U.S. Government. Windsor is an activist seeking to stop government corruption and judicial corruption.

Windsor was a guest on a radio talk show on Republic Broadcasting on Thursday, May 12. Following the radio show, Windsor was contacted by a known, reliable source who informed him that the U.S. government may be targeting him for assassination.

The report comes from a federal prisoner through his wife. Windsor has been told that the prisoner was approached by government agents offering the man a deal. That deal was for him to infiltrate efforts of people, including specifically by name - William M. Windsor. Assassination of William Windsor and at least one other named individual was mentioned.

Windsor made this comment: “I know this sounds like something out of a movie. I am naive enough still to think this is probably not true. BUT I will assure you that the radio talk show host who called me to tell me is someone very reliable -- not a person to communicate something like this unless he believed his source to have sounded legitimate.”
