Good news everyone! I spoke with some of Joey’s family yesterday and he is being bailed on in two days on Thursday. I had the chance to speak with Joey and he wants to thank everyone and their support for making this happen. Details are going to remain on what is to happen next. I know there will be a lot of frantic people out there because once he’s out, we are going to go full time into investigating this situation to help clear his name. There are very few people who know about his release at this point but I just wanted to let everyone know Joey will be back soon!

I highly doubt they will let Joey out even if he does post bail. They definitely won't let him touch a computer, so I'm not sure how he would do any investigating unless he's hoof door to door and to the library.

ReplyDeleteIf he gets out, he will probably have a hard time reporting. Even if he wrote stories and gave them to others to publish, he wouldn't be able to talk about his case. And, I would think they would frown on related stories.
ReplyDeleteAs a side note, regarding the first quote, I don't understand why people must be so casual that they cannot use punctuation. It really makes it difficult to read and it makes the writer look unintelligent, uneducated, or at very least lazy. Every computer has a word processing software that will fix those issues with nearly no effort. Run it through Word and copy/paste if you don't spell or punctuate well. It isn't hard! !
Ellis County and Henderson County have warrants waiting. as faras who is and is not byt his side I know who it is. But it is not just one person its two.
