Actually I am up to speed but thank you I won’t debate whether posting a child medical records is a crime. As it is not the crime he is charged with. Yes it’s not he is charged with posting the ” personal” info of the father. No one else no child. Thank you fore the “education”. I’ve known Jim Pitts 20 years very nice guy not that there’s anything wrong with being Gay but it’s definitely an oddity in Ellis County. Now of cousre Jim doesn’t live in Ellis county. His main residence is in Highland
D park. Again a little odd. But Jim is a nice guy and seems to do a good job he definitely is powerful but his personal issues have hindered him in coming to the forefront. All in all as well cast vote. I’m not sure having a well financed machine is a powerful reason to vote for him or to not oppose him. And all though I am not up on the whole tea party thing. I welcome dissent it eventually gets rid of the boss hogs and Cronus
Wilson I’ve known for 15 years. He is troubling in many ways first he thinks everyone that comes into court is sub human. Yes he actually says this. His temperament has a history of exposing him. But that just opinion with some fact. Take a deep breath and put aside Joey the person a. Nd look into the Ellis county charges. The charges are bizarre there is no other DA that would bring them. They are non sensual basically. He posted info on his blog. That’s it. Now u are doing the same. Someone is giving you copies of things to post. About other people. Have u cleared it thru a lawyer? I’m not saying u are doing anything wrong. And hitching your wagon to the powers that are in power is a good thing. But contrary to your thought they won’t always be in power and they aren’t hitching their wagons to you.

Take a deep breath the statute is worded “under five items” it distinguishes a State Jail Felony from a Third degree so that only sets the degree and is statutory not fact specific to this case. Okay the DL pictures are from the case with Meisener and Hoskins the “gypsy Cops” That’s the one where Joey got arrested in Conn. That case was dismissed. I am an attorney and I was present in the courtroom when Our great DA announced the basis for his case No medical records just the info of the father published one count of a state jail fraudulent use of info. I mean none of this as disrespectful or that I’m so smart its just what I know personally

The Waxahachie high school principal that had a fake degree is now out of a job. The Ellis County Observer was the only outlet that reported that story.

I’m happy that the “fake degree” principal has been replaced. If you do not have a degree, then you should not be teaching or be in an administrative position in a school. This sets a bad example… I do not support anyone who has a fake degree, and their lack of knowledge will eventually catch up with them.
My husband and I are both degreed professionals and business owners, and I have a terminal degree. I expect the same for my children, so there is no place in our lives with anyone who condones fake degrees.

Texas ranger Bobo said in court filings that he interviewed the alleged victim at the Gingerbread House trouble with that is Navarro DA doesn’t have it and Gingerbread house doesn’t have it and Boo boo doesn’t have it. It’s mandatory to disclose these in pretrial and they couldn’t. Interesting stuff

I like that he lectured on how easy it is to obtain information behind IPs. He said it was easier in civil than criminal. I guess he'll probably see just how easy it is in criminal even with a number of posting locations. If he's borrowing friends computers, phones, and internet connections, they may turn a blind eye for that moment. But, when the Texas Rangers come a'knocking, I bet they'll save their own asses before his.
Yeah, his screw up here is probably just a fraction of what he has been doing elsewhere. I think he is using several different wifi spots, maybe throw in a public access terminal and a few rantings via his mobile. The poor kid just couldn't keep up with which fake name and email address he was using where, especially when he got mad.

ReplyDeleteYAF does some high school programs, but it is more directed at college age students. At 29 or 30 when the article was written, he'd need to be a a doctoral program and sponsored by a university. Most YAF programs involve people under 25. So it wasn't any comment about underage kids being around Joey. The comment was making fun of his terminology. Nobody is "tapped" to go to YAF events. You sign up, they invite everybody. However, to actually go, you have to meet requirements like actually being enrolled in a university. But you prefer to read what is in your head rather that what is on the screen.

To clarify for Mr. Angry, potty mouth, smarty pants, who is not Joey: all of these postings are commentary. Gingersnap offers an opinion on a blog about gossip and topics that anybody can find on the internet. As it is an opinion that is offered, there is little or no motivation for Gingersnap to lie about anything. If an error in fact is made and brought to Gingersnap's attention, Gingersnap takes ownership of the error and correction of the error. The point is, it's not a matter of believing or disbelieving Gingersnap. It is completely a matter of whether you agree or disagree with Gingersnap's opinion. And I'm sure I can speak for some others, nobody really cares if you agree or disagree with Gingersnap or anybody else.
One more point: if the discussion is too deep and the words are too big for you to keep up, don't forget your computer has an off button.

Please do not fight the urge, if you have it, to raise yourself to the level of most of the players on this blog. Self improvement is never a bad thing.
3. Without bringing up the print vs publishing issue again, please point out the misstatements, lies and fabrications you've found in Gingersnap's comments. Please include only the inconsistencies with regard to fact, that have not been corrected. Opinions do not count as they are neither right or wrong.
4. Please point out where Gingersnap and I have "obfuscates around the bush".
5. With regard to your concern with our "fixation" on Joey, Gingersnap addressed the issue with this statement "he would grow up to give us hours and hours of hilarious entertainment for little to no money at all".
6. You may want to look up the meaning of the word "insipid" before you use it again in reference to my comments and/or this blog in general. I will concede that some posts are insipid, but I challenge you to find one comment of mine that meets the definition of insipid.
As regards this blog in general, if it is insipid you wouldn't be reading it.
7. Of course we don't know what Mr. Wilson may or may not use to prove his case that bail should be revoked. My bet is Mr. Wilson has a whole lot more evidence than what can be found and verified using data from this blog. But, it's fairly clear that there is nothing on this blog that will actually help in Joey's defense. You should really hope that Gingersnap is not called to testify. See #1 above: if Gingersnap is called, there may be a lot more than 5 people willing and able to take a day off from work to go see the show on 9/18.
8. Somewhere recently (I don't feel like looking for it right now), you mentioned our disgust and hatred of Joey. Disgusted, yes and we've turned that disgust into entertainment, see #5 above. As regards hatred, I have noticed some posts in which hatred of Joey was clearly expressed. I believe those players have been personally harmed by Joey and the hate may be justifiable, or at least rational. As for the rest of us, Joey is entertainment value only - he's not important enough to expend the energy it takes to hate him.
I eagerly await your response and challenges to this post.
I will echo, or ditto, everything nothingbettertodo said and I want to reiterate the last point. I have said it several times on here, I know you wont believe this, but I actually like Joey. I know him in real life and have known him for quite a while now. He has never come after me and I have absolutely ZERO personal reasons or some kinda of vendetta against him. I do however, take offense to those he has slandered in his cavalier way. Joey has gotten much worse and I dont even think I know him anymore. At this point he is flat out insane and a danger to the good repuations of our leaders here in Ellis County. Does that mean I support them no matter what? No, but if you are going to go after them you better have solid factual evidence to support your case, and Joey never has that.

As I recall, the Texas Rangers have charged Joey in person with raping a child in person on four occasions.
