Now in between that opening statement and then corresponding comments was an unsourced (I guess daddy doesnt know how to link something) story about sexual abuse among boys inside the Texas Youth Commission including a facility in Corsicana.
Two points, well maybe 3. The first is simply more evidence of my original theory that Daddy Dauben is a major cause to the current state Joey is in. One of Joey's biggest mistakes in his life was ever listening to his father at all. The second point is that Daddy is clearly taunting and most likely violating the bond restrictions of the Navarro charges. Can't you just see Joey saying "You didn't say my dad couldn't comment on the case in the ECO facebook page did you?". In fact, he is violating both of his bond restrictions with that one single post. The third point is the one he is trying to raise. David is saying that the accuser can't remember where the abuse occured. Now I take that to mean specifically on that church camp site where it was, not was it in ellis county or navarro county. There is no way in hell the Tesas Rangers go forward with this along with a grand jury if the kid can't remember where and when. All I can say is Joey better be thankful he has a public defender on this because the defenses I have heard for team joey are all losers.
I am a little puzzled, and have been for some time, about how David Dauben can be restrained by any bond condition placed on Joey. I assume that you have read the actual order and so would understand it better than I can (since I haven't see it). But it seems a little strange to restrict the father of an adult (well, chronologically). What am I missing?

What I would say is that this is clearly a circumventing of the bond restrictions on Joey. David, who never posted on the ECO, is now posting with information directly out of the court papers and is saying word for word what Joey wants the public to hear. But yes you are right, it isn't actually Joey that hit the enter button and that technicality may be enough to keep him out of jail. But this is not in keeping with the intent of the bond restrictions.
ReplyDeleteI will never comprehend how these dumbass Dauben's seem to have the uncontrollable desire and need to go to the internet to somehow expose the "corruption" involved in Jokey's case. I wouldn't doubt it that JoBlow was warned about having others posting information for him. Pretty simple to see the DA connect the dots. As someone else said earlier, the DA more than likely has an abundant pile of proof that little boy blew is violating his bond. Maybe daddio suffers from "Internet Tourette's Syndrome" and can't help himself? Or maybe the Dauben's think the rules don't apply to them. I would say that DD should stick to blazer wheelies but he does make it more likely his sonnyboy is going to face the wrath of someone, the DA(s), a jury and more likely some big, lonely guy looking for a good time.

Lacking legal restraint, I think a GOOD father would honor the spirit and intent of Joey's bond restriction and restrain himself. It was immediately noticeable when other people started posting what Joey wanted publicized, most of which was in response to current events or recent comments. I think I first noticed Joey coming through the internet on Brandy's blog. I've slept a night or two since then, but If I recall correctly, I made mention of it and questioned whether Joey's access to the internet by proxy met the conditions of his bond. I recall others making similar comments.
ReplyDeleteThere was a post somewhere that indicated Mr. Wilson threatened Joey with bail revocation if he violated internet restrictions. I don't doubt that happened, Mr. Wilson seems to pretty darn serious about taking the internet away from Joey. No matter what Joey et al may think of Mr. Wilson, he's certainly not stupid. I'm thinking Mr. Wilson has decided Joey by proxy is violation of conditions.
If that's true for Mr. Wilson, it should be true for Navarro County. If Joey's bond is revoked for violating the orders of 2 Judges, then David Dauben helped his son right back into the jail.
According to David Webb's article last spring, Dauben meets with Navarro County probation on Monday's and Ellis County on Friday's. I wonder if daddio caught wind of his sonny boys meeting on Friday and then decided he had to "take it to the streets" with his bullshit? Can't wait for the trial to take place. Daddio will crawl back under his blazer after it's over.

Ok, the video took place at the gingerbread. Then he goes on about Michael Meissner and says that he told Dauben via text "they found something and will pin it on you". Then he tries to say that Joey had hired Hoskins. For what? An unpaid blog that was a "media empire"..... then that Hoskins accused Meissner of molesting a 15 year old boy (that was not any charge- and the kid wasnt 15, either, according to the records I saw online tonight). Ok, its all a conspiracy. I am convinced. Joey didn't use his position in the church to do this. Its all a plot. I mean, doesnt Daddy articulate a case for a reasonable person to believe this? Tell you what. On the day of the trial, lets gather picket signs supporting the prosecution in both counties and have an anti-Joey picket!! David doesn't get that Navarro and Ellis did NOT investigate and take it all to a grand jury. The very respectable Texas Rangers DID! There never was any investigation as Dauben claimed regarding his meeting with the FBI as was referred to in a June 18, 2011 post on the Ellis County Observer. He purported meeting with the FBI regarding an on-going investigation into the Combine cops. Funny, the letter here requesting FBI files and master index results reflects NO records. Dauben never met with the FBI. Just another figment of his imagination. No investigation. The letter dated May 31, 2011 I have in my hand confirms that!! I will need to see if I can locate Hoskins to get his permission (I live in Corsicana), or I may just redact the address for his privacy, but it proves the Daubens and Meissner were all LIARS.

And, why was Joey's case dismissed? Joey's settlement with Combine appears to have nuisance value only, which indicates to me that the City thought they were right but settled to avoid the cost of a suit. What happened???

You realize I am not defending Hoskins- I am just merely stating a fact- Dauben and Meissner lied, according to the letter from the FBI. Dauben being gay- thats old news too. Remember when he talked about his druggie days and things he had done in the past on his blog. As I recall in about 2004/2005ish, there was talk about his homosexual experiences, as well as drug use. Dont know Hoskins personally, but have extensively researched the 2009 cases and have found that most of what Dauben posted online and his claims were FALSE. Even so much as "meeting with the FBI", which never took place.
