The New Dauben Narrative Begins

Joey Dauben Sentenced to 5 Years Probation, Sent to Navarro Jail
Wow, it turns out that the Ellis County conviction does have some major teeth to them. Joey can not use the net except for online banking, employment or bill pay. He can only have one email, he can't post anything anywhere. He must use tracking devices on all his electronics. He must delete all his blogs and social networking sites. He has to pass a polygraph each year. Basically his entire lifes "work" will be erased and only sites like mine and news stories like the Daily Light will be all people can ever read or see of Joey. His probation will kick in after any sentence he gets in Navarro, and speaking of that, Presley can put the strap-on back inside the drawer because he is not out of jail but being transferred to Navarro and will sit there with a $100,000 bond.
What this all means is we will never hear or see of Joey Dauben again. In a personal way, I'm kinda sad about that because he provided me with endless hours of laughs I couldn't possible find on TV. But on the bright side, he has slandered his last soul as he now becomes an internet ghost.

So Where Do We Stand Now?
Joey Dauben will have his sentence finalized today and most likely be released after that. Everyone in Waxahachie is waking up to their morning papers and will read a devastating article about Joey on the front page. Patrick Wilson's public bare bottom spanking of little Joey is going to be front and center for everyone to read, meanwhile the Joey camp must remain silent due to his restrictions. I know Joey is probably so furious right now he can barely see straight, his instincts are to lash out at Wilson and his conviction. Joey will feel like the world must hear his version of the story, because after all, if you haven't heard the Dauben version of the story, you haven't heard it correctly yet. But how is he going to pull this off with his restrictions?

Joey Dauben's Ellis County Trail Starts Tommorow
According to my sources and verified by Brannon, jury selection gets under way for Joey's Ellis County charges tomorrow. I guess not being able to get a qualified jury pool has set the Navarro county trial back till possibly the first of the year. This makes things complicated both for Patrick Wilson and Joey because now this show goes on first and will be in the full spotlight. Will Joey take a plea deal as he could be out of jail instantly if he did? Will he stick to his guns and go all the way in this trial risking his freedom? Has jail changed Joey's outlook on this at all?
Joey is certainly guilty in the Ellis County charges, but is it severe enough to warrant a prison sentence? After all, it was just Joey being Joey, but then again maybe that will be the main point Wilson will try and drive home to the jury. How will Shane and Presley's presence effect the trail? Joey Dauben's Trial is Delayed Once again
I'm hearing, as Brandy first mentioned, that the Navarro trial is being delayed once again. This may only be a weeks delay as they didn't have a big enough jury pool and apparently there were not enough potential jurors that would consider probation as part of his sentence if convicted of the crimes he is charged. If this is true then obviously these objections are coming from the defence as it sounds like these jurors are going to nail Joey to the wall.
Its funny how none of his cheerleaders including his dad are saying anything about this. I mean here we have Joey's life on the line and all Daddy seems to care about is popping wheelies in his lawless blazer. Its kinda ironic, just as Joey never really had a media empire of any kind, turns out he never really had any actual supporters in the end.

He claims he is indigent because he has a bank account of negative 11 cents, no stocks, bonds or savings. He claims he owes $20,000 in student loans, $5,000 in medical bills, and $2,000 to the ford motor company but in true Dauben style he can't provide one shred of documentation to back that up. He also says that none of the creditors have tried to collect on those debts. He fails to disclose the current car that he is driving as his. Anyway, bottom line is the stupid kid can't even get up there and prove he is indigent, so he has to pay the court costs and that's why he dropped the case.
Some on here wonder why we keep going after his parents, and the evidence from this shows exactly why. David and Cheri Dauben both are actively subsiding Joey and his lifestyle. They admit they are paying for everything for Joey even though they also admit he is more than capable of seeking employment. This isn't just "we are supporting and standing behind our son", this is we are going to continue to financially enable Joey so that he doesn't have to get a real job or enter the real world. They are both terrible parents in just about every category and still to this day they are repeating and doubling down on their mistakes. Daddy Dauben, Whoring Himself out Now that Joey Can't
Its been hard work, its been costly and its taken a lot of his time, but there it is. And it certainly was worth it. His first-born is about a week and a half away from being sent to prison for at least a decade and instead of reading up on different legal defenses as well as spending his time working on Joey's defense, Daddy has decided that the most effective thing he can do is to paint his POS blazer for lawless america. He is now pimping out 24/7 for a scam artist out in California. Poor Joey, sitting in jail today wondering who and how he is going to be rescued while his dad and fiancée are out prostituting themselves to their new lord and savoir Bill Windsor.

Daddy Dauben, A Simple Man Who is Simply a Failure
Its now two and a half weeks until the trial of Joey's life, and the original inspiration for his life, his dad, is off chasing new fairy tales and unicorns. Without a doubt the biggest mistake in Cheri Dauben's life was saying yes to a deeply confused and poorly educated red-neck named David Dauben. Her mistake is about to be culminated in the sentencing of her first-born son Joey.
Many poorly educated people have gone on to great things, but they all understood their limitations and adjusted accordingly. David, on the other hand, continues to double down on his stupid. His facebook page is now a constant update for his new messiah a huckster by the name Bill Windsor. David says that we could be cured from cancer from a certain fruit but the "corporations" don't want that out there so they can make money on people dying from chemo and radiation treatments which they already know don't work. Slush funds are set up so that judges can make money by letting their buddies and other pedophiles go free. David had to poison children's minds with his venom and it has led to disastrous results. It is rare to say this, but I can confidently say that all of the Dauben children would have had drasticly better lives had they grown up with only their mother as the parent in the house.

Jerry Sandusky Makes Statement, Decides to Employ the Joey DaubenDefense
I really can't make this stuff up any more. Tonight, Jerry Sandusky leaked part of his statement that he plans on making at his sentencing tomorrow. Someone tell me if you have heard this before:
"First, I looked at myself," Sandusky continued. "Over and over, I asked, why? Why didn't we have a fair opportunity to prepare for trial? Why have so many people suffered as a result of false allegations? What's the purpose? Maybe it will help others; some vulnerable children who could be abused, might not be because of all the publicity.
"That would be nice, but I'm not sure about it. I would cherish the opportunity to become a candle for others, as they have been a light for me. They could take away my life, they could make me out as a monster, they could treat me as a monster, but they can't take away my heart. In my heart, I know I did not do these alleged disgusting acts."
"A young man who was dramatic, a veteran accuser, and always sought attention, started everything," Sandusky said. "He was joined by a well-orchestrated effort of the media, investigators, the system, Penn State, psychologists, civil attorneys and other accusers.
"They won. I've wondered what they really won: Attention, financial gain, prestige … will all be temporary. Before you blame me, as others have, look at everything and everybody. Look at the preparation for the trial and the trial. Compare it to others. Think about what happened. Why, and who made it happen?"
Evaluate the accusers and their families," he said. "Realize they didn't come out of isolation. The accusers were products of many more people and experiences than me. Look at their confidants and their honesty.
"Think about how easy it was for them to turn on me given the information, attention and potential perks. I never labeled or put down them or their families. I tried and I cared, then asked for the same. Please realize all came to the Second Mile because of issues. Some of those may remain."
"It will take more than our effort," he said. "Justice will have to be more than just a word; fairness more than just a dream. It will take others: somebody apolitical with the courage to listen, to think about the unfairness, to have the guts to stand up and take the road less traveled. I ask for the strength to handle everything and willingness to surrender only to God, regardless of the outcome."
So while Presley is hanging with her "Scissor Sister" Connie while Bill Windsor is explaining to them how doing a lesbian adult film is the best way to fight judicial injustice, I think the best last name for her is to skip the Tuma and Dauben names and just go straight to her ultimate idol. Lets just call her Presley Sandusky the ultimate example of the falsely accused.

Joey Dauben's Best Friend While in Prison was:......John Margetis
According to Curtis Butler, oh wait I mean some mystery editor at the balch springs beacon who somehow isn't actually Curtis, Joey's most frequent visitor while hanging out in the Navarro slammer was Margetis. This would be the same John Margetis that Joey revealed in his book that he was only following him around to get dirt on Margetis so he could rat him out to the authorities. It would seem that part of Joey's "story" doesn't pass the smell test. Truth of the matter is both John and Joey are frauds and closet homosexuals. Are Presley and Connie Lesbian Lovers?
Word on the street is that Presley Dauben-Tuma is now freeloading with her BFF and maybe more Connie IBedwell-Tuma. They share the same pedophile last name, now they share the same roof and since no male in their right mind is going to mess with these walking disasters, its only a matter of time till they turn to each other.
