Joey Dauben goes Jerry Springer on Brandy Owen

Anyway, the entire thing is a treasure chest of juicy tidbits.  Joey slams Curts Butler, John Margetis, Barbara Farris but what he does to Brandy is just ghetto.

In the article entitled "Things are Getting Nasty" (and I can second that) Joey goes on to say that Brandy "neglects to tell people the three years of 'I'm in love with you' and 'I want to give you oral sex so bad' text messages while she is a mother of six kids, while her husband was cheating on her with a stripper, cant forget the lesbian tryst with an ex-reporter.  I just didn't see Brandy like that"

 

Ok, now this is really bad, Joey is hitting an all-time low with this one.  And Presley, I hope you are taking notes on what your current BFF does to his former BFF, anything you say, or even don't say, can and will be used against you in the court of Joey.  I think we are going to need Springer's security guards to clean this one up, but obviously I open this up to Brandy to respond to what Joey is printing and distributing against her.  Obviously me and Brandy disagree on most things, but I think this is really bad to personally attack her in a direct shot at her family like this.

More Updates and Speculation

Ok, so Presley was all excited and ready to come on here and do a real fair and objective interview until some of her "trusted" friends scared her out of it.  This is someone who just now figured out that Barbara Farris is a fraud.  I mean most of us understood that clearly after just two sentences out of her mouth.  Unfortunately for Presley, she has several more Barbara Farris' still in her life she just hasn't figured it out yet.  So once again I will say for the record, I really do like and respect Presley, I think she really is a good girl with a bright future but she is allowing people to bring her down in life.  She said her dad used and abused her, but what she can't seem to grasp is that others are now doing that very same thing to her, just in different forms.  Her true potential in life will be possible once she can break the chronic cycle of abuse she is in.  And she is always still welcome to come on here and talk with me.

 

Brandy teamed up with a newly scorned Barbara Farris as they lashed out at Joey's crew.  They came out, threw quite a few heavy rocks and now Brandy has run back into her house in the woods and went back into her shell under the plea of I just want to get on with my life.  The problem is, until this trial is concluded, there is no getting back to a normal life for Brandy, she is stuck in the middle of this as a key witness for the prosecution.  And that brings up another interesting point.  Clearly Brandy and Presley (who is living with Joey) had some kind of correspondence and neither side liked it.  Could the Judge view this as a form of witness tampering on the part of Joey?

 

Now, speaking of Joey, he seems to be living up to the title of this blog.  First of all, how is he making money?  Is Presley footing the bill for everything, or is someone else doing it?  I seriously doubt any company is going to hire someone facing the charges he is.  So the Judge lets him out on bail but they give him a ton of rules and restrictions, and like a little kid getting orders from daddy, Joey is trying to find loopholes around it to exploit the rules.  Case in point, look at what "Special Ed" Bridge posted on his youtube:

Isn't that cute?  As Special Ed reiterates over and over, it was not done using the internet.  Ha dad, you didn't say I couldn't do that did you?  Smart Joey, real smart.  Now lets talk about whats apparently in the 20 page manifesto that Joey made.  He takes a direct stab at Patrick Wilson, the DA who is prosecuting him in the Ellis county case.  He does this under the idea as if there is some question as to how the people are going to vote tomorrow in the DA's race.  Read my lips Joey, you have a better chance at buying a lotto ticket, winning it, using all the money to bring back a posthumous Johnnie Cochran who will then defend you in your case and get you off than you do at trying to get Rodney Ramsey elected as DA in Ellis county.  But the only thing you are doing is searing the resolve of both DA's who are currently in the process of prosecuting you.  Stupid is as Joey does.

 

Then, there is the whole section in his manifesto about exposing his ole buddy John Margetis.  Ha, and again I say Ha.  This needs to be its own topic of discussion in that its just too juicy in irony to ignore.  If someone can get a copy of his manifesto let us get a look at that article so we can analyze it.

 

So there you have it, yes we are back to speculating and back seat driving.  I offered to move up to the front seat, but they like driving up there so I will stick back in the back where I'm more comfortable anyway.  Stock up on you popcorn, "As The Joey's World Burns" will be back after these messages.

Update on Our Little Payton's Place

So while most of us have been busy getting on with our real lives, our favorite cast of characters on the island of misfit mascots continue with their drama.

Here is a quick update:

Bob Carroll (how ironic) ruled that the ECO is legally dead

MVZ is involved in like 700 lawsuits

Presley Crowe, according to BO, has come up to ellis county and is Joey's mysterious girlfriend

BO has decided to team up with Barbara Farris, joey's female alter ego.  I guess she will never learn anything

A hatfield and McCoy fight has started and it pits BO and Farris vs. Joey, "Special Ed" Bridge, and Barbara's former advocates Connie and Presley.....that being said

I need to go get my popcorn again

 

Brandy Responds

Over at her new site, Brandy Owen responded to the charges raised by Joey in the Dallas Voice article.

Anyway, the article is of BrandySpeak, that being it makes perfect sense to her but we tend to have no clue what she is talking about, so I will attempt to paraphrase it:

In response to Joey's claim that she took down the website without his permission, she claims nuh uh, I just didn't renew the yearly fee.

On the suicide watch story, she says she needed verficiation and said that in the article, (I cant remember it) and that she also mentioned that she knew Joey would never committ suicide. (ok but you said that with the inferrence being that they were setting him up for something that would look like a suicide).

She claims that her saying anything about admitting that he sexually assulted that boy is untrue. I can back her up on this to a degree, I think the part someone is feeding to Joey had to do with a post or a comment she said about the possiblity of "if" he did it, not that he in fact did it. But clearly from this we can see that someone is feeding Joey information and twisting it so that Brandy is in a negative light.

Then she goes on to explain the passwordgate. She changed some, some were stolen, some were taken by the DA's office and she shut out Brannon because he was trying to be a CUNTinuious source of inspiration to Joey on the ECO. Brannon and Brandy were going to go in together and try and restore the ECO when they find out that everything was changed and that the DA had seized it. Wouldn't there be some kind of court order somewhere to back that up?

The Dallas Voice, a LGBT affiliate, has an interesting article up on Joey Dauben with lots of new parts to pick out.

First, apparently Joey has only now been appointed an attorney and that attorney is refusing the case. Joey did confirm, as was reported here, that he is facing charges in Ellis County but they are not true because he is a journalist (too bad they are going to prove he is just a blogger in granny's basement).

Then, there is this paragraph:
"Since his arrest, the Ellis County Observer website has gone down, and Dauben said in the letter that former associates had turned on him, lied about him and taken down the website without his permission. He said legal action would be forthcoming in connection with the alleged misappropriation of his website. Dauben said claims by former associates that he was on suicide watch and that he had admitted to sexually assaulting the teenager are “lies.”"

Ohhh Brandy, you better hope King Joey never gets out of jail because it sounds like this is aimed at you. You lied and said he was on suicide watch, and you let his website go down in flames. His whole life's work crashed into nothing in less than a month. Poor Joey, sitting there in jail alone, with no friends and no trial set because no one wants to take on his case. So Brandy, care to clear up your name, Joey just called you a liar?

Joey Dauben Backed Ovilla Mayor Resigns Today in Disgrace

After being found quilty of several ethics violations by a unanamous City Council, including his allies, Ovilla Mayor Bill Vansycle had to resign today in shame. Joey was a stuanch supporter of Vanscycle and called all those that opposed him "malcontents". As usual, being supported by Joey is always the kiss of death. If Joey supports you, something must be seriously wrong with you, and in this case it was. Well, from judging by what Joey considers ethics, I guess he would still say this Mayor was innocent.
