In his closing remarks, Wilson said that Dauben was not a newspaper publisher reporting a news article, but a vigilante holding a diatribe against the victim on the Ellis County Observer blog.
“This is a guy in Mabank, Texas hiding behind a computer in grandma’s house calling for a ‘public execution […] only amplified by my own comments,’” Wilson said, quoting Dauben. “If you type (the victim’s) name and city into a search engine this is what you will find. Dauben intended to harm his reputation, standing in the community and cause physical harm.”
Wilson encouraged the jury to give Dauben probation, but assess a maximum punishment of five years and a fine of $5,000 to “force him to be a productive member of society.”
“Give him the maximum hammer to hang over his head, so if he violates his supervision the court has the flexibility to give him up to the maximum five years. If you give him the minimum sentence of 180 days, no matter how he breaks his supervision, even if he commits another crime, the court can only give him 180 days jail time. And I suggest a hefty fine, at least $5,000 to obligate him to get out of grandmother’s house and work and be a productive member of society.”

Joey Dauben Found Guilty
According to Brannon, it only took one day for Patrick Wilson and a jury to bring down the hammer on Joey in the Ellis County case. Brannon said its 2 years community supervision, up to a year in jail, and $2,400 fine which will take the Dauben's at least 5 years to come up with that kind of money.
Joey made a fundamental mistake in underestimating Patrick Wilson. The Daubenistas took Patrick as a dolt and figured he wouldn’t never pull this thing off. Joey could have taken a plea that would have kept him out of jail, but his arrogance costs him dearly once again. Now Joey gets to join the infamous group of people who are called convicted felons. Next up we have the list of those called registered sex offenders.

Dauben's Clan Can't Understand Why Shane Crowe is Here to Testify: ItsCalled Cyberbullying
Daddy "I don't understand" Dauben and Presley "I love pedophiles" Tunafish are outraged that Shane is coming down here to testify in Joey's Ellis county case. Since both operate at a kindergarten level, we will try and hash this out for you.

Joey Dauben is a cyber bully, and thats not a debatable point. He was one when he went after this guy in Red Oak, and he continued that well after when he went after Shane. The Daubenistas won't understand what I'm talking about since they are sure that Shane is guilty of what Joey accused him of. But for the rest of us on planet earth, Shane has not been convicted of and therefore is to be presumed innocent of those crimes.....PERIOD. It doesn't matter what you believe, it only matters what you can prove. And so, when Joey went after Shane in the exact same fashion that he did against this guy in Red Oak, he established a pattern. Shane is here to not only show the jury members that Joey didn't learn his lesson, but that he has only become more violent and offensive in his cyber bullying.

Joey Dauben's Ellis County Trail Starts Tommorow
According to my sources and verified by Brannon, jury selection gets under way for Joey's Ellis County charges tomorrow. I guess not being able to get a qualified jury pool has set the Navarro county trial back till possibly the first of the year. This makes things complicated both for Patrick Wilson and Joey because now this show goes on first and will be in the full spotlight. Will Joey take a plea deal as he could be out of jail instantly if he did? Will he stick to his guns and go all the way in this trial risking his freedom? Has jail changed Joey's outlook on this at all?
Joey is certainly guilty in the Ellis County charges, but is it severe enough to warrant a prison sentence? After all, it was just Joey being Joey, but then again maybe that will be the main point Wilson will try and drive home to the jury. How will Shane and Presley's presence effect the trail? Will they be able to find a jury that has not heard of and therefore formulated an opinion on Joey in Ellis County? Will Joey's attorney ask for a change in venue? Will he ask for Carroll to recuse himself? Lots of questions coming up, hopefully Brannon can give us a play by play.

Presley The Pedophile Defender Calls Bill Windsor her Daddy
Ok, so in addition to being a fraud, Bill Windsor is fat and lazy. He is starting to figure out that he needs a new excuse to a. go home for the hollidays, and b. explain why his little "movie" isn't going to be in any theaters. So his idea is to make up this lie about needing to go into hiding for his own protection. His idiot followers are buying it completly but lets see what our little pedophile lover Presley thinks about it. First is Bill's little white lie post, then Presley's follow up:
