Thanks to her little kidnapping stunt, in which the local authorities had to take time out of their busy schedules to go hunt down this lunatic mom as she defied the court's direct orders, the court shot back today and suspended her visitation rights effective immediately. And get this, apparently the crux of this ruling was based on the child's testimony. So apparently Presley Dauben knows what's better for her half sister than even she does. Even the child's direct wishes are not that important when you are on a crusade of evil. Presley was there and had to be restrained by 4 officers. Well thats cute, so now what? I know what the recently fired starbucks waitress wont be doing, and thats working and being a productive member of society. So I guess its back in mommy and daddy dauben's subsidized den of iniquity as she and Joey scheme up how many other lives they can try and ruin until they are finally incarcerated.
The real loser in this scenario is the minor child. The attitude and actions of these people nearly mirror a Collin County case from about a year and one-half ago, or so. Father accused, falsely as far as evidence shows. Mother sounds just like these folks in California. Judge awards custody to Father and orders mother to turn over child. Father goes to the home, with local police, to pick-up child. They go to the door and hear two gun shots from the back yard. Minor child and mother are dead. Like most murder/suicides the murderer shots the wrong person first (should be straight suicides leaving the innocent to live, IMHO). No respect for law, no respect for others, no respect for life, no respect for YAHWEH. And these folks, at least the Presleys/Joeys of this world, often hide themselves in the cloak of religion. I try, and often fail, to live by the tenets of Jesus Christ but that does not allow me to violate the laws of the land unless they are in direct contradiction with each other. I believe that is what the apostle Paul wrote in Romans thirteen.
ReplyDeleteI gotta say, the child has shown some amazing resiliency so far. Growing up with parents split is hard enough, but for her to have to witness these court outbursts and the horrible things they are saying about her dad would usually devastate a child. Its pathetic how the reprobate Presley Dauben starts whining about how her neck is bruised after her outburst and the officers physically removing her. How about the emotional wounds that causes on the poor child? Every time Presley speaks out or gets involved like this she is directly saying "I HATE YOU" to her half-sister. I think the saying "get a life" would truly apply to her as she needs to completely shut down and start over at life.

ReplyDeleteI cannot fathom who in their right minds would stick up for that woman who killed her son. Murdering a child is the worst type of abuse. (re: story above) There are never any excuses that would justify it. It is scary sometimes to read about some of these moms and how they incite others online to take the violent route. I've seen Shane's life threatened online several times.
ReplyDeleteThe man has been investigated and cleared. Passed an FBI test. There is no evidence, even SART exams came back no abuse. All doctors stated no abuse. Even the child continually has told the experts no abuse. All you have is a emotionally disturbed mother who raised a teenager to believe she too was abused. But those claims never came up from Presley until there were custodial issues with Susan. (how convenient). Then you have some idiots online based only on Presley's rage who are willing to kill the guy. How sick can all these players be?
