Joey Dauben Puts out His ECO Issue #2, Tries to Out Me again In the Issue

It may have taken him over a month to figure out how to use a typewritter, but little Joey has now published his second manifesto I mean "newspaper". Like when Mommy Dauben came on here, it reads as a set the record straight type of product. How does one know that a record needs to be set straight? If a Dauben has not spoken on it yet. How does one know if a record has been set straight? If a Dauben has spoken on the matter.

We will get to all the juicy gossip which includes: he calls Brandy a liar several times, does two hit pieces on Shane Crowe including one by Presley, keeps trying to grasp at straws in his failed cases in Hagerman and Dunn, and goes after Patrick Wilson once again.

But the part we are going to cover first is little ole me. As I am now in control of everything Joey Dauben related when it comes to online content, Joey is desperate to come after me. You see, before he was arrested, I was some girl named Jennifer living in DeSoto and worked as a process server. He knew he must be right about that because, after all he is a Dauben and Daubens are always right (his fellow criminal friend Margetis told him who I was supposedly). Now its: "Gingersnap is actually 43-year old Justin Karl Thompson who's son Dustin Thompson graduated from Midlothian HS with this publisher. The Thompson family has been key players in the Erica Morse-MVZ dram, included by not limited to Alton and Tommy Thompson of 305 Beverly Dr. in Ennis, Britney Hefty, Beverly Thompson, among others".

Ok, well this does show that the poster that kept using names like beverly, dustin thompson was, as I accused them of being, directly tied to if not actually Joey themsleves. Anyway, this is funny, here he goes plastering some poor unsuspecting people that live in Ennis that have the last name of the name I decided to make up in association with the blog. I haven’t got the slightest clue who Erica Morse is. An aside, how can this Karl Thompson be 42 and his son graduated HS with Joey who is now 31, that would make him like the youngest father of all time. *Sigh* 5 years ago I made up a spam email address, you know the one you give out when you think you might get spam emails but you are not sure and you only check it like once a month or so. I made up the name Justin Thompson and put it on the email that is now linked to this website (Justin Thompson was a starting pitcher for the Detroit Tigers and Rangers for a few years and I thought it was a cool name). Now, as I laugh uncontrollably, Joey is slandering and posting more innocent people on his manifesto as this online blog which he isn't even supposed to be reading is driving him up the walls. Joey, mark these words: like a federal tax refund, you will never have the slightest clue who or what I am.

  1. You don't understand! Its all a spiritual warfare Ginger. You see, Connie's ex is also named Dustin Thompson therefore its a grand conspiracy that all adds up. Justin, Dustin. Joey, Blowey. Same-diff.

I believe Erica is the lady he made fun of about finding Dunn's bones or a skull or something. Which was a fabrication of Joey's as well. I think she was a part of a search party taking photos and Joey attacked her, God only knows! Err I mean Yahweh.

    Hail to our leader!

What does he say about December 21? because its my grandmothers birthday and I'd rather not waste the money to fly to see her if the world is really going to end mid-flight. It would be easier and quicker meeting up in Heaven.

  2. well he also has an insatiable desire to out his critics. In his little mind he thinks if he can out them it will therefore discredit them. I bet he kicks poor little Dog-dog (he came up with that name all by himself imagine if he had a kid) a little harder each night thinking about me and the fact that my blog is the only source for current Joey info on he internet and that he doesn't have any idea who I am, much less how to discredit me.

  3. So if you end up being James St James of St James Antigua Bay, that will somehow discredit you because your name is James or you're a Saint or ??

I don't buy this guys logic. All he wants to do is start rumors in hopes of destroying reputations because he's a moronic little scumbag. That's the only way Joey feels power, is to belittle and bully. What a sick way to live Joey. Sick and pathetic.

I guess you should feel honored in one sense Ginger, he must be delighted that someone somewhere online is still speaking about the Great One! Otherwise he may just implode if we all shut up.

All being about 4 of us out o 7 billion people. Think about it Joey little boy, no one cares but your mama and a couple of strangers. You sure made your mark on the world.

  4. you wouldnt believe how many times this grand jury indicted, texas ranger charged child rapist used the phrase "widely discredited" in reference to his targets in this latest paper. He also bragged about "firing" Brandy, Curtis, and Jay Hoskins in his paper. I will elaborate a little more on what that actually means in my next segment, as well as a shout out to his dad that completly verifies what I was saying about Daddy Dauben and we get to hear what he refers to Presely as.

  5. Before you go get your little shorts all wedged up Joey and call me a hypocrite, yes I'm belittling you. I can't stand what you've done to so many people via online. If you did and said these things in person, you would have been jailed long ago. Its too bad society's laws have not caught up to internet crimes. Maybe by the time you're paroled in 2022 they will have shortened the leash and it will choke you.

Can't wait to hear about this edition. Wish Ginger would scan and post. If I get my hands on one, I will be doing that myself.

Firing Brandy & Curtis? That must have been quite the accomplishment given he could not have a phone, paper, pencils or anything. Whiny little freak. Prison is going to be a very rough ride for you little boy.

  6. I'm gonna try and post it, but its going to be difficult. It lays out like a serial killer's bedroom wall mural of his victims. The only difference is he forgot to cut the eyes out of the photos he published.

Its kinda funny, he was an infinitely more talented journalist at 20 years old fresh out of HS (yes he was fresh out of HS at 20) than he is at 31

  7. "You see, before he was arrested, I was some girl named Jennifer living in DeSoto and worked as a process server." Before that didn't have you marked as a clerk/secretary/or something similar that worked for a municipality in the area? Or is my old memory getting worse? I chuckled as you explained how the e-mail name came about. I once had one named after a revival preacher I heard as a child. I just liked the name. :)

  8. yeah he has been playing pin the tail on the donkey with me for years now. Everytime he is certian he is right despite how wrong he was all the previous times (thats part of being a Dauben). And yeah as Yappy says he is loving all the attention I give him here but what really drives him nuts is no one else is covering him. No WFAA, no Waxahachie Daily Light, not even the Ellis County Press or even David Webb. The simple fact is no one cares anymore, he is irrelavent.

  9. it's hard to argue when the subpoenas are sitting in the collin county district court's files as showing who those people are, ginger.

  10. Here is a free lesson in life. What was subpoenaed from me was the IP addresses of posters who posted 4 specific comments (all were MVZ) along with my email address (the one I made up) and my Ip address from where I created this blog. So they have that, just like I have your IP address and the email address you made up to post on here. I can even trace your IP address but its only going to give me the server you use for your internet. In order to get the actual name you must also subpeona that server and in order to do that you must show evidence of a crime (which of course I didn't do). So they have my IP address and my made up email address, just like I have of you, but thats all they have, everything else is a guess.

  11. I was just going to reply to Joey, I mean Bev about the exact same thing. You need a warrant issued by a judge requested by law enforcement. The host has to notify the IP owner of the legal issue and allow them to respond.

Anyone can use any email addy they want. To think for a second there's Ginger's real identity because someone files a court document is hilarious and shows how little Bev truly knows about the law and how IP's work.

Love the sick little intimidation tactics. Bev is hilarious.

  12. Further to that Bev, there was a model in NY who spent 5 years and $250,000 fighting in court to determine who wrote a negative malicious blog about her. Judge eventually granted her request but not before Google's lawyers sided with protecting the blogger due to privacy policies and the blogger herself fought to keep her identity private. In the end, the model won, got the bloggers name but lost financially. The judge refused to make the blogger pay court costs nor did the model win in a defamation. Google it, maybe you'll learn a thing or two.

People are funny when they try to use the "I've traced your IP" therefore I know who you are BS. It just doesn't work that way hon.

    Funny funny Bev.

  13. Here ya go silly know-it-all Bev. The article explains the many time-consuming, costly legal steps it takes to seek out and retrieve the real identity of who is connected to a particular IP addy.

"Cohen encountered one of the biggest problems in online reputation: she was smeared by an attacker hiding behind a cloak of anonymity. She took the right first step by contacting Google (which manages the blogspot.com address where the blog was hosted). But even Google might not know the name of the blogger.

After all, the blogger might have signed up with a false name, or used a fake email address to create the blog. If so, then Google will know only the fake name and fake email address. That won’t necessarily allow Cohen to identify a real-life human being to sue.

Instead, Cohen might have to file another lawsuit to try and identify the blogger. Google almost certainly kept logs of the “IP address” of the person who created the blog. An IP address is just a number, like “127.0.0.1″, that is used to route information around the Internet. If Cohen knows what IP address was used to create the blog, she might be able to find the Internet Service Provider (“ISP”–like Time Warner Cable, or Comcast, or RoadRunner, or AOL) who manages that address. And then–with another court order–the ISP might reveal what real-life person was using that IP address at the time.

All of this requires even more court orders and more activity from the lawyers. The technology of the Internet makes it tough to get redress for online wrongs."

  14. Its always fun to watch the legal eagles tell everyone how the system works.
An Attorney can issue a subpoena in a Civil case or a party can have one issued for 20 dollars no Judge required
Per ginger's comment he or she was served with a subpoena "What was subpoenaed from me "
The subpoena has the name of the person from whom information is sought thus identifying the person.
yes it is a little more difficult to get the type of info discussed but Google and yahoo have agree to provide this info for the most part due to the number of idiots that run stupid blogs

IP addresses are fairly traceable and the actual service provider ATT etc will have the info on who pays which is just another subpoena away

So if someone really wants to know who you are its not that hard. Apparently all the Thompsons were connected to gingersnap on the ECO

Not saying who you are or aren't ," I'm just sayin"

    ReplyDelete
  15. I went ahead and read the skank article. This is the problem with the internet anyone with two fingers can posit on any subject and generally that is their sum total of expertise, The article mentions that each attempt would require a new lawsuit...not true maybe a hearing for the judge to decide what gets obtained but its still the same lawsuit.

And although Google did not just comply with the subpoena they didn't fight. In effect they objected and said we will do whatever the Judge says we have to do it was the blogger who fought the subpoena...probably doesnt matter but be careful what you rely upon on the internet Just like anyone who read the ECO be careful what you believe or this too

  16. I gave them exactly what they asked for in the subpeana as I said, I gave them the email address for this site, my Ip address and the IP and emaill addresses of the selected comments they asked for, and since I'm not the one who did the alleged crime I have no obligation to turn it over my identity. And if after that they think I'm some Thompson, well then it didn't work

    ReplyDelete
  17. And no they did not have my name on the subpeana, I'm John Doe 1-10 as well as probably other posters on here. Here is the case http://apps.collincountytx.gov/cccasesearch/Search.aspx The subpeona was emailed to my listed account by the worldpress guys. they named John Doe 1-10 because at the time they were not sure who it was that actually posted the comments of which the suit was brought, once they traced those comments they narrowed down who the case was about.

  18. Assumptions assumptions. Funny stuff. You still need a judge to sign off and go through google, then proceed to the host. 99% of the time, the ISP will refuse to give without warrant just cause. Do you understand how hard it is for law enforcement to retrieve an address when someone threatens their life online? Some meaningless case like this would have to go through many rounds and a LOT of money prior to obtaining the persons identity. That and your time frame doesn't add up. It takes a lot longer than you make it appear. I think your intimidation tactics are failing miserably but kudo's for the attempts. Thanks for the laughs

  19. So what's the beef? Plaintiff isn't doing what's required. Request to drop the case, date for August.

  20. You would think if the identities were discovered, it would no longer say John Does 1-10. Keep grasping babababarcus

    ReplyDelete
  21. Not sure what intimidation tactics you are talking about Quite frankly you all are harmless idiots who fixate on another of your ilk ohhhh damm you are infectious....

Subpoenas require no "probable cause" in civil cases. It is the right of the ISP to contest it "move to quash" but they do that merely to discourage the practice and really have no dog in the fight as its not their identity that is being sought nor their "information"

I never said it was quick it would take about 3 to 6 months.

Actually law enforcement has to get a judge to sign off on it and have probable cause so it actually is harder for them because they are only supposed to do it for interests of "Justice" In a civil case you have two private individuals with a bone to pick with each other and it really has less of a hurdle because its really not private info. Think about it you are "publishing" online. If it was private you would keep it private.

So adjust your tin foil hat and realize I do not give a shit who the idiot that is gingersnaptornoftruth is but If someone wants to find out they can it does cost money, which you should save yours...damm you guys are infectious

    ReplyDelete
  22. what case are you talking about MVZ which you guys said was a default judgment or Skank?

    ReplyDelete
  23. so you were a doe okay. And you weren't asked for your info just some posters from here? Apparently some of the comments that were posted under gingersnap on ECO were by the thompson twins family end of mystery.

If the IP is there then if someone wanted to spend the money it would be relatively easy as in time consuming and cost money to hunt you down as you apparently pay for your internet connection.
I'm just saying. I would not waste a penny on figuring out who you are

    ReplyDelete
  24. Why am I an idiot now? and I never said it wasn't possible to find out my identity, I just said that they have not found it out if they think I"m a thompson.

    ReplyDelete
  25. And I wouldn't waste a penny trying to find out who you or anyone else is on here, I dont care. The point came up because Joey tried to "out" me in his latest paper and once again he is wrong.

    ReplyDelete
  26. If you read earlier, I stated that law enforcement would require a judge to sign off a warrant. Someone here attempting to post as if Ginger is in fact some Thompson because of a simple filing in Collin County. They are wrong and its funny to see the intimidation going on towards GInger.

    ReplyDelete
  27. The real funny part is I'm more than happy with them thinking I'm this Thompson family, I dont care, I just kinda feel sorry for them having to deal with Joey and they wont have the slightest clue why.
