Anyway, in this issue Joey refers to Presley as his fiancé. He says his career began when he was 12 when his dad told him about "high level politicians and a sex-ring". Nice going Daddy Dauben, I'm sure mommy will need to come on here and "set the record straight on this".

He thinks his appeal to get back the ECO with the appellate court in Waco is going to succeed. Of course why would it matter since he can't use the internet?

He brags about firing Jay Hoskins, Curtis Butler, and Brandy Owen. Basically says you can't believe anything they say because they are just bitter ex-employees he had to let go for cause.

Joey said a "nerd group of hackers" hacked into personal computers and stole personal information in order to place pornography on their computers. I'm not making this up, he actually said this.

He says that Brandy Owen and John Margetis teamed up with Barbara Farris in order to steal the ECO. "Dauben's last contact with Owen was March 23 phone call that Owen falsely claimed a third arrest had been made in the ennis child porn ring that led to Amber Hagerman's suspect. Owen then falsey claimed that child advocate Marc Klaas was given a public recognition of breaking open the ennis child porn ring. Then in the same call, Owen alleged that Hagerman's father personally knew Bill Fry, the suspect Dauben found and named in the Hagerman death. Fry also attended the Amber Alert launch, Owen said. All claims were found to be untrue, according to Dauben's personal visits to the Ennis Daily News and Ennis PD. Owen and Farris reappeared on an internet radio shot together after several months of being MIA. People all over the country began posting blogs against Farris (they were already out there idiot). Owen, despite her claims to the DA's office and others to the contrary, was the one who contacted Presley Crowe. When Presley was called by Owen, the subject of Farris came up. When Crowe began talking about Farris' refusal to sign an affidavit on her sister's behalf in a custody dispute with Shane Crowe, Owen put farris on the phone. Farris lit into Presley with threats to sue her and that she would never see her sister again due to the corruption that existed in California. Farris at one time alleged that she possessed photos of lawyers, judges, cops and Shane raping the Minor Child. But when it came time to verify that with a written, notarized affidavit more than a year ago, Farris refused. Owen and Farris began pinning blame for minor child's abuse at Presley's feet. It was recently revealed that an article Farris passed as her own was in fact a plagiarized piece taken from the Amador County activist Karen Anderson's website."

Ok, more on this later, but when Joey says he fired someone, think little girls playing dolls and one says "I dont like you anymore, I'm not going to play with you".

Joey Dauben Puts out His ECO Issue #2, Tries to Out Me again In the Issue

It may have taken him over a month to figure out how to use a typewritter, but little Joey has now published his second manifesto I mean "newspaper". Like when Mommy Dauben came on here, it reads as a set the record straight type of product. How does one know that a record needs to be set straight? If a Dauben has not spoken on it yet. How does one know if a record has been set straight? If a Dauben has spoken on the matter.

We will get to all the juicy gossip which includes: he calls Brandy a liar several times, does two hit pieces on Shane Crowe including one by Presley, keeps trying to grasp at straws in his failed cases in Hagerman and Dunn, and goes after Patrick Wilson once again.

But the part we are going to cover first is little ole me. As I am now in control of everything Joey Dauben related when it comes to online content, Joey is desperate to come after me. You see, before he was arrested, I was some girl named Jennifer living in DeSoto and worked as a process server. He knew he must be right about that because, after all he is a Dauben and Daubens are always right (his fellow criminal friend Margetis told him who I was supposedly). Now its: "Gingersnap is actually 43-year old Justin Karl Thompson who's son Dustin Thompson graduated from Midlothian HS with this publisher. The Thompson family has been key players in the Erica Morse-MVZ dram, included by not limited to Alton and Tommy Thompson of 305 Beverly Dr. in Ennis, Britney Hefty, Beverly Thompson, among others".

Ok, well this does show that the poster that kept using names like beverly, dustin thompson was, as I accused them of being, directly tied to if not actually Joey themsleves. Anyway, this is funny, here he goes plastering some poor unsuspecting people that live in Ennis that have the last name of the name I decided to make up in association with the blog. I haven’t got the slightest clue who Erica Morse is. An aside, how can this Karl Thompson be 42 and his son graduated HS with Joey who is now 31, that would make him like the youngest father of all time. *Sigh* 5 years ago I made up a spam email address, you know the one you give out when you think you might get spam emails but you are not sure and you only check it like once a month or so. I made up the name Justin Thompson and put it on the email that is now linked to this website (Justin Thompson was a starting pitcher for the Detroit Tigers and Rangers for a few years and I thought it was a cool name). Now, as I laugh uncontrollably, Joey is slandering and posting more innocent people on his manifesto as this online blog which he isn't even supposed to be reading is driving him up the walls. Joey, mark these words: like a federal tax refund, you will never have the slightest clue who or what I am.

A Look Back at Some of Joey Dauben's History

As we wait for his looming judgement day, a lot of you guys are new on here or at least somewhat new and dont know the whole history of Joey Dauben and some of the crazy things he has done. Lets go all the way back 7 years ago when he decided to challenge Joe Barton, probably the most senior Republican in the House, in a primary. Well back then, Joey had high standards. He didn't just take homeless girls off the street for free (Presley) and sleep with them, no back then he had a sophisticated way to go about it.

And finally... the idea of politicians metaphorically prostituting themselves is not new. But Joey Dauben, a 24-year-old running for Congress in Texas, recently decided to take the GOP in an interesting direction by literally prostituting himself. Dauben came up with the idea of raising campaign dollars by going on dates with local residents - yes, just $25 could buy you a fun-filled evening of dancing, bowling, or miniature golf.

Dauben was forced to drop the plan after a barrage of criticism, but one has to wonder where this might have gone if he'd seen it through. Just think - if a date went well, Dauben could have had an entire menu of further donation options available. $50 for a discreet fumble in the back of a taxi on the way home, $75 for a make-out session on his doorstep, $100 if he invites you in for coffee... I wonder what you'd have to do to get "Pioneer" status?

You know, there could be something to this idea - personally I think Dauben should ignore the critics and press on with his plan. And if I'm not mistaken there's a currently-unemployed conservative out there who would make an absolutely perfect campaign manager:

What Does it Mean to Be a Dauben?

Cheri Dauben has come on here in the comments section to "set the record straight" which in Dauben speak means give you my opinion, because after all, a Dauben opinion must be right.  As she came in to give her opinion and then leave without having to answer any real questions, it got me to thinking, what does it actually mean to be a Dauben?  Lets look at the roster.

 

David Dauben-Daddy would hate that he is being spoken of on a blog as he is averse to publicity.  Nevertheless he is the head of the household and set the tone for this family.  Now, just from what I have seen online and what Joey has said about him (granted thats a small sample size) we have a simple man who loves fast cars and minding his own business.  But we also have a man, who while very simple, also had tons of opinions and loved to give those opinions to others such as Joey.  This is where the conspiracies started.  And through several radio shows with Joey quoting things his father had said to him, Daddy Dauben has an us vs. them mentality.  Us vs. people from the north.  Us vs. people in the government.  Us vs. people of different color.....  Now I'm not saying he is a rabid racist or anything like that, but at least according to Joey he had this type of thinking.

Cheri-she seems to have become a Dauben by default.  She seems to be naturally intelligent.  I get the sense that in some ways she cant believe that she let the game get this far down the road, but at this point its too late to change and you mind as well go all the way.  She has adopted the Dauben standard of telling others how or where they are wrong without even conceding the obvious problems with her son (or at least any more than just saying "I disagree with some of the things he does" without giving specifics).

Shelly-Sister has stuck by Joey's side all the way down, and I wont fault her for that.  However, from the online postings that she has done, she too likes to express her opinion despite her 5th grade grammar skills.  She has kids now and apparently an ex to go along with them.  I don't know the whole story but I will venture a guess that its another case of a bad decision by a Dauben but they wont see it that way.

Presley-the newest memeber of the Dauben family, she is exhibiting all the traits of a Dauben.  Like Joey, she has no time for college or working and being productive.  Instead, she is devoting her entire life to publicly, either online or on any show that will take her, destroying her half-sister's life.  Despite the mountain of evidence to the contrary including the little girl's own testimony, Presley knows she is right in her crusade and someday her half sister will see it that way an be appreciative.  With this level of arrogance and impudence its no wonder that the only other person in the world she could shack up with is kingpin himself...Joey

Joey-We could go on an on with this, but I want to focus on one aspect as it lines up with his last name.  Even though Joey was extremely public with any and everything, he was a coward like Presley when it came to answering to his critics.  Mister "your children are my property if you are an elected official" would often moderate out or even outright ban any and all critics of him on the ECO.  He was the arbiter of what is right and wrong, but of course those same principles which he attacked others on were never applicable to him.  Yes he would say he made mistakes, but he never conceded that his unique brand of justice seemed to not apply to him.

This sure sounds like Joey and its published on one of his quack friends websites (Andrew Griffin).  Anyway its classic conspiracy Joey where everything is somehow related.  Interesting how Joey would even bring up Sandusky's name given what he is facing.

Joey Dauben Made Up Fliers to Distribute at School Against Shane Crowe

Out of all the juvenile and pathetic things Joey has done, in my mind this is one of the worst. As Joey was desperately trying to figure out a way to get into Connie or Presley's pants, he decided that he would be the white knight they were looking for and he came in with a plan only Joey could think up. He would make up a bunch of flairs on Shane Crowe calling him a pedophile and pass them out at the school where his daughter attended. This is from the most recent filing that will most likely ensure that Shane will have full custody and Susan wont have any more rights.

"Several weeks after the restrictions on Susan's professionally supervised visitations were lifted, new articles and websites were created by a person named Joseph “Joey” G. Dauben. Dauben lives in Texas and portrays himself as a “journalist”. Dauben created numerous articles and blogs that included over 50 photographs of Minor Child. A majority of these photographs were taken during Susan's unsupervised visitation since November 2011. Dauben encouraged others to print copies of the flyers and distribute at Minor Child's school. The flyers were distributed at Minor Child's school."

Now posters come on here from time to time and just assume I'm some bitter former target of Joey's who is lashing back at him. I'm not, I have nothing against him personally whatsoever, but this is the type of thing that makes my blood boil at this impudent brat. No matter what you think, or what you are trying to do, YOU DON'T DO THIS!!!!!! Never once did it cross Joey's, Susan, or even Presley "I Suck At Life" Dauben's mind what this might do for the poor child. Simply put they hate her, they will not stop until their unstoppable lust to be right ends up ruining her life, if it hasn't already.

I dont know if Joey molested that boy or not, but if he is convicted its still justice, even if he didn't do it. Simply put, the longer Joey and Connie are not in jail, the longer more innocent lives are ruined. They both deserve life in prison for the crimes against humanity that they have, and in some cases continue to persue. And Presley is right behind them following in their footsteps.

Judge Suspends Susan's Visitation Rights

Thanks to her little kidnapping stunt, in which the local authorities had to take time out of their busy schedules to go hunt down this lunatic mom as she defied the court's direct orders, the court shot back today and suspended her visitation rights effective immediately. And get this, apparently the crux of this ruling was based on the child's testimony. So apparently Presley Dauben knows what's better for her half sister than even she does. Even the child's direct wishes are not that important when you are on a crusade of evil. Presley was there and had to be restrained by 4 officers. Well thats cute, so now what? I know what the recently fired starbucks waitress wont be doing, and thats working and being a productive member of society. So I guess its back in mommy and daddy dauben's subsidized den of iniquity as she and Joey scheme up how many other lives they can try and ruin until they are finally incarcerated.

Connie iBedwell Says Presley's Half Sister Is Reluctant To Shower Naked In Front of Her

Just what kind of sick world is Conne and Presley living in as they torment Presley's half sister even as the poor girl tries to shower? This is iBedwell's letter to Abigal Roseman, Presley's half sister's court appointed attorney. Besides the shower disclosure, the entire statement is ripe with arrogance and condescension that only Joey could rival. Back to the shower thing though, since we know iBedwell records everything, I think its reasonable to assume she might have tried to record this as well. Just how reprobate are these people and how much longer can society afford to let them be free as they destory the lives of children?

I am writing you this letter as a FIRSTHAND witness to Minor Child’s disclosures that occurred while she was in the care of Presley Renae Crowe her older sister and while in my presence. Minor Child has disclosed sexual abuse by her so called father Shane Crowe to Presley multiple times and he has also raped Presley, whom has even been on Dr Phil to expose what you all are doing to Minor Child while knowing he has raped both of them. I have on tape Minor Child disclosing that she wants to commit suicide which she stated a few times, all due to her father's molestation of her. I have firsthand witnessed Minor Child’s Post Traumatic Stress Disorder episodes being afraid to even want to get naked and take a shower because of what he has done to her. I have firsthand witnessed her fear of him, fear of the dark, and many other symptoms and behaviors associated with sexual abuse victims. Any educated person in the sexual abuse field knows molesters threaten their victims in order to keep the sexual abuse a secret, these threats are VERY prevalent in Minor Child’s behavior and disclosures. You, as her GAL, need to be concerned for her safety and protect her from this outrageous abuse perpetrated by Shane Crowe. After these disclosures were made to Presley and I, we went to the Jackson Police Department to report the sexual abuse and suicide disclosures. There should be an open case against Shane at this present time. I also witnessed the evidence that Presley has of Shane placing her information on pornography sites. Shane Crowe does not stop personally harassing me either which I too reported to the police and forwarded his nonstop emails.

In case you are unaware of who I am and what I do in my spare time, I am exposing these types of crimes perpetrated upon children by child molesters that are then further perpetrated by the court systems illegally violating due process and code 3027.5 punishing mothers for trying to protect their children from abuse. I have spoken with two National media outlets, Dateline and Fox 40, and I am sitting down again with a Hollywood Movie Producer this Friday regarding cases such as this one and I am going to further expose the abuse being done to this child by Shane Crowe along with the further perpetrations being allowed by such individuals as yourself who are responsible for protecting children because you absolutely refuse to protect her. You seem to be biased to even listen to witnesses and were so extremely rude to me when I tried to discuss these facts with you today. Just to inform you, The United States Senate and United States House of Representatives out of Washington DC are currently following the networking I do, which I too can provide proof of. A Senator has also sent a demand to the United States Attorney General demanding an investigation into these crimes. I am sure Presley is willing to go on National Television again to state the disclosures of the abuse done to both her and her sister and present the evidence she has in order to save Minor Child from this blatant corruption and child trafficking to pedophile Shane Crowe.

You should actually take the time to talk with witnesses to protect Minor Child, allow Susan to keep her and take her to counselling today and every day. You need to keep her out of the child molesters hands so he is not able to brainwash her and threaten her like all child molesters do. THIS CHILD HAS THREATENED SUICIDE BECAUSE OF HIM! SHE IS TRAUMATIZED BY HIM. YOU NEED TO PROTECT HER.

I would suggest if you are uneducated about child molesters tactics that Shane Crowe time and time displays maybe you should read a few books called "Why Does He Do That?" by Lundy Bancroft and "Understanding Child Molesters" by Eric Leburg. Molesters constantly flip their own behavior on their victims mothers as Shane Crowe constantly does to Susan and uses the system as a tool to further abuse them both.

I would suggest that you protect your client and keep her out of that pedophile Shane Crowe's house today. You are a mandated reporter and I am keeping this email as a record that you have been told again by another firsthand witness to Minor Child’s abuse disclosures and behaviors, as I am completely aware that you repetitively ignore Presley's disclosures of Shane's rape of her and Minor Child.

Last year Presley wrote a blog, more like a personal online diary, about her struggles and issues she is going through. Now, as I have said before I like Presley, especially the one that wrote this blog. This is deeply personal, brutally honest and thoughtful. This is the struggle that I have spoken of before that still simmers inside her. Joey killed his logical side off many years ago, Connie certainly seems to be with no signs of logic or reason, but Presley still has hope. Presley can see her problems and identify them after the fact but she clearly seems incapable of learning from those mistakes and correcting future course outcomes as a result. This is a passage that struck me the most in this diary:
"Like I said before…my head was in the right place…and I knew right from wrong…but I didn’t REALLY understand why, and my heart was not in what I KNEW to be true. I was far too caught up in what felt right and what I wanted when I wanted it. My head was telling me that James wasn’t right for me. He didn’t meet all the criteria I had to date someone, but my heart wanted him. My heart wanted him so bad that I was willing to give everything to him. It makes me wonder…in that moment when I decided I wasn’t going home…and I decided I would go and spend the night with James…what made me THINK that was OK? What made me justify what I was doing? Why was I (besides the obvious) so scared? I knew when I left with him that something would happen, I never thought I would lose my virginity, but I knew something would happen…and I was OK with that. I figured it was my fate, it was what was supposed to happen…almost as if God was giving the go-ahead because I would grow stronger from whatever happened…HOW TWISTED ISTHAT?!?! What could possibly make me think that is what I deserved, or that that was the right thing for me to do? One recurring thing kept coming up throughout my soul search…my past."

Presley, this brilliantly written piece is still valid in your current situation, both in you being with Joey, and in your misguided fight for your half-sister. You have directly and defiantly ignored your God-given reason and logic and instead chosen to follow your heart which has proven to lead you off the right patch as you admit it did in the past with "James". If you continue to ignore your reason and logic, one day you are going to wake up and realize you no longer have it and you are the same as Joey, Connie, Susan and whoever else you are surrounding yourself with.

Respondent, Susan Hulsebus, formerly Crowe, is present in pro per. Abigail Roseman, is present representing the Minor Child, who is not present. Court admonishes the parties and any members sitting in the audience observing these proceedings that there shall be no videos shot, pictures taken or recordings of any kind, as it is not allowed. Respondent addresses the court indicating she did not receive proper notice and objects to this hearing. Discussion ensues regarding timely notice or not, as to this hearing. Argument ensues. Court is satisfied that Respondent was properly noticed of today’s ex parte hearing. Respondent’s objections are so noted. Matter proceeds. Respondent submits a document for filing indicating all parties have been served with a copy. Ms. Roseman and Petitioner acknowledge receipt of same. It is the court’s understanding that Mother/Respondent believes the order to mean she has all of summer break with no visitation to Father until school resumes in August 2012. Argument ensues. Petitioner addresses the court requesting custody of the minor with supervised visits as to Respondent. Respondent addresses the court. Argument ensues. Respondent requests to peremptory challenge the court. Respondent’s request to disqualify the Judge is declined, as all of Respondent’s peremptory challenges have been used up. Matter proceeds. Discussion ensues regarding the November 9, 2011 ruling that there are to be no pictures or postings on the internet. Court clarifies same. Discussion ensues regarding court’s interpretation of the current custody/visitation order. Court finds the visitation order shall continue as if school is still in session. Court finds the order never addressed or contemplated summer vacation. Court finds the current visitation order is ambiguous, meaning that the order contemplated a year-round school. The court never contemplated that either party interpret that order as one to deprive the other parent of visitation for the entire summer. Court’s interpretation of the order is that the court anticipated year-round school and therefore, the Mother’s visitation will be every other weekend throughout the remainder of the summer. Court finds Mother shall have visitation every other weekend and Father has the child the rest of the time. Court clarifies that the appointment of counsel for the minor child is for the interest of the child and that counsel is to be given full access to this child. The parties are admonished that if any parent deprives that access, that will be taken into consideration as to whether or not that parent is acting in the best interest of the child. Court clarifies there is a counselor for the child. Court orders that the child immediately be taken to her counselor, because an independent person needs to intervene with this child to make sure the child is not suicidal as alleged. Court confirms that Mother/Respondent shall continue to have visitation with the Minor Child, every other weekend as previously ordered throughout summer vacation. The rest of the time the Minor Child will be with Father/Petitioner. Court orders that Abigail Roseman, counsel for Minor, shall have full access to the minor child and be given access upon demand by both Petitioner and Respondent. Court orders the Minor to immediately be taken to her counselor, Denise Combs, and that her counselor be allowed to see the minor upon demand, meaning the counselor is to make an evaluation as to what the child’s need is in terms of counseling. The child is to be taken to the counselor at the counselor’s request, without exception by either parent. All other orders previously made in existence remain in effect. Court confirms the next hearing date of August 17, 2012 at 1:30pm. Court orders Respondent/Mother is to return the minor child to Petitioner/Father today, July 2, 2012, at the Jackson Police Department at 6:00pm. On the record, Respondent/Mother states she will not comply with the courts orders and she will not return the Minor Child to Petitioner/Father. Ok so here is my problem with Susan Huslebus, Joey Dabuen, Connie IBedwell, and Presley Crowe.  They all think they are above the law.  They think that their reprobate mind's worldview is right, therefore whatever actions I take are the correct ones even if it means breaking the established laws of the land.  We are a Nation of laws, its what separates us for the animals or Afghanistan.  Yes you may disagree with them, yes you may not like the rulings, but at the end of the day we must abide by our rule of law.  Joey, Susan, Connie, and Presley will say we dont have to because they are corrupt and part of a conspiracy.  They think it gives them free reign to do whatever they please including kidnapping Presley's half sister.  Yes, Presley, Susan and Connie did openly conspire to keep the child from her father in direct defiance of the courts.  They will say they are justified because he abuses her, of course proving that abuse is never accomplished by Team Presley.  The court's ruling was that Susan was to have the child every other weekend and bring her back before school starts.  Well Susan and Team Presley came up with an idea, school is out so that means she is mine all summer.  The court commented on that yesterday saying "The court never contemplated that either party interpret that order as one to deprive the other parent of visitation for the entire summer".  Translation:  these people have a reprobate mind.  They should be institutionalized as they no longer can function as a rational human being.

 

We have certainly seen that at this point Joey is completely insane, we know Connie is as well, and from this transcript it appears Susan is as well.  These are the people that are still in Presley's life.  She has run and hid from anyone not directly inside her new cult.  But there is still struggle and hope for Presley as she isn't yet a full fledged member.  Deep down, where ever she has her conscience hidden, she knows all of what she is doing is a mistake.  But she lets her heart guide her.  Her path at this point is clear, unless she changes direction she will wake up one day and realize she is no longer just sleeping with Joey Dauben, she is Joey.  She is willingly sleeping with a, most likely, soon to be registered sex offender of a child, all that which she vowed to fight is slowly becoming who she is.

Some will ask, why do I care?  Its not my business so why do I care?  Well it is my business, its all of our business.  These anarchist spend every single day of their lives attacking the pillars of our society.  They abuse and leech off of the system at the expense of us taxpayers.  They tie up our courts with drop dead stupid legal maneuvers and when those fail they take to the street to once again and attack the backbone of our society simply because they refuse to abide by the rules.  This is no different than those 3 year olds that act out and are forced to be taken in the back room.  They know they are crossing the lines but they dont care, their defiance has engulfed them and they are determined to be the center of attention as long as they control the means of communication (aka crying).  These people are one of the major problems that continues to drag on our society and Presley is quickly on her way to becoming one of them.
