Anyway, this clown Kimberly Harrington seems to be picking up the slack and doing a lot of Joey's dirty and bond violating work on his facebook pages. OMG thats great. You can just see Brandy back there thinking "when is he going to let me talk", and the pic of Brannon is priceless. You know that gets me to thinking, maybe the only reason Brannon keeps Joey around is the same reason I keep covering him. Its probably a good time for Cheri to start thinking about a divorce. She can drop the Dauben name and just make a clean break from it all. ReplyDeleteThere is an video clip posted on Connie's FB page that appears to be an except from Lawless America. The ex wife is complaining that the husband is physically abusive but was given custody of the kids. The wife alleges the husband broke her back, so now she can't work and can't pay court ordered child support. One of the kids apparently committed suicide. It's a heart breaker. But, as with other accusations made by this group, I'm left wondering about the rest of the story. How did she get from A to Z? If the husband really did break the wife's back, why is he not in jail? If he did hurt her and she chose not to press charges, then I see that as HER failure to protect herself and her children.
The other issue I have with the ex wife is her claim of disability. I have no sympathy - my back was broken in 3 places 11 years ago, 3/4 of my spine is fused with rods. It hasn't been easy, some days are more painful than others and sometimes it hurts too bad to move or sit down. But other than time spent in the hospital and in a body cast, I have not missed one day of work due to my injury. You do what you have to do to take care of your kids! Sorry for that rant, but I think I have squatter's rights to say it makes me sick when people find excuses not to work, especially if it's a back problem.
If there was any legitimacy to their stories, they wouldn't be doing what they are doing. I have a real hard time taking their "word" as fact. None of them ever provide any court documents, they just ramble on about "injustice" and "corruption" being the culprit to their problem. The internet allows these people with suspect stories to contact each other and take each other further and further down the abyss of being unstable. This Connie sounds like the cream of the crop of the crazies. Her father is being extradited to Alaska to face all these counts? A few more and she will have a "who's who" of future convicts.

The author appears to have been under the influence of too much something and the post alleges the ECO was seized because "Wilson knowinging that Dauben or his associates would publish Wilson's State Bar of Texas ethical indictment".

I think the answer is yes and yes. Joey has an attorney but its a normal one not a whack job that would understand Joey's defense. I sure hope they get this Decramp guy, that would be like getting Barbara Farris here. He makes a living selling crap to stupid people (its a booming business just ask Alex Jones). Only a fellow whackjob could even understand what Joey is trying to lay out as his defense strategy. Again though, they are going crazy over the Ellis County charges and their personal vendetta against Wilson, but what about the big hammer out there in Navarro? Isn't that where they should really be spending their time, effort and focus?

So court appoints a legitimate lawyer, you know the kind that uses facts and procedures and rule of law and such. He meets with Joey and Joey starts giving him all this franklin coverup and how Wilson is a shape shiffer and actually is part of Satan's mafia. Mr. Normal attorney says I can't stand in front of a court with this stuff and Joey says you have to, you represent me. Mr. Normal attorny tells wilson about what he is faced with and how he fears for his client's sanity and then Wilson orders the evaluation. Meanwhile Joey starts looking for another attorney (he still must be free though).

ReplyDeleteWell just think of it from this poor court appointed lawyer's point of view. What can he do? Joey is saying he has to go forward with all this nonsensical conspiracy crap. Not only that, but Joey goes online against the bond restrictions (and most likely against his own orders) and starts laying out his conspiracy defense online and in detail. So this court appointed attorney hasn't even fired a shot yet and his client has already put him in a corner and compromised the case. I'm sure he is requesting to leave the case but if he can show that Joey really was insane it probably exonerates any of his involment. This was orginally a pretty simple case I think, now it may be about to go down in flames in a way someone could get disbarred and he wants to make sure he doesnt get blamed for it.

ReplyDeleteJust like Joey, DeCamp appears to be a legend in his own mind. One of his clients went to prison for perjury in the Franklin case. Another client won a default judgement in a civil suit. DeCamp claimed victory based on his thinking, the accused didn't respond to the suit he must be guilty. But, if DeCamp is so convinced the White House was involved with child trafficking, abuse and a cover up, Joey's tales would seem easier for him to believe. These two seem to be made for each other, I hope DeCamp comes to Ellis County to save the day.
Who needs a real attorney when he's got the legal dream team that is going to save the day. Harrington, Keller & Bridge going to save Jokey from going to the pokey. Moe, Curly and Shemp were unavailable.
