Joey Dauben Banned From Contact with His Nieces and Nephews

A commenter raised the issue of if Joey broke one of conditions to bail, that being contact with children ie his sister Shelly's kids.  Cheri Dauben chimed in to state for the record their contention on this claim, and it is as follows:

I read all of the blogs almost nightly and there is just so much that people comment about that  they do not know and understand.   I usually do not comment, but when people try to involve my mother and Joeys sisters and her kids, I will have my say.  We have gone to great lengths to ensure that Joey and his nephews and nieces do not come in contact..  That is probably the hardest thing about this whole situation.  The boys wonder why Presley comes and Joey does not.  They love their uncle and he loves them and that is all we can do is reassure them that he wants to be around, but can’t.   Presley comes over to do their laundry and she comes to the boy’s baseball games, while Joey goes to a restaurant to wait for the game to be over.  I babysit for the kids and come to her house at 5 in the morning and usually do not leave until the kids are in bed after their ballgames.  As much as we all would like to be together, we can’t right now.  He has missed birthday parties and family get together because of his bond restrictions.  Joey has not had contact with his nephews and nieces. PERIOD.

I will say mommy Dauben has always been pretty straight up and right on the point, so I see no reason to not believe her in this contention.  I will also say that I think this is a restriction that should be amended.  We all have issues with Joey, the State of Texas has issues with Joey.  But even if you throw all those issues together, you still wouldn't be able to say that Joey is any kind of threat to his nieces and nephews.  Jerry Sandusky was raping anything that still moved under the age of 16 INCLUDING his own kids yet they still let his kids visit him.  And jerry is an evil monster we all knew was guilty before it even started.  Joey, if his charges are true, would be guilty of having one single encounter 5 years ago between two young boys (one happened to have a drivers license that said he was an adult) experimenting.  There is no evidence whatsoever that he is a repeat offender and there certainly is a long enough widow there to judge that by.  So this goes out to judge in his case, don't be cruel, amend his restrictions so that Joey can still be Uncle Joey.  I have been as hard as anyone on Joey but that's just over the top and uncalled for.

Special Ed Bridge Summons the Boom Boom Snake

Looks like Joey Dauben called an emergency meeting of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to discuss how they are going to deal with the problems I have caused on this website by showing people a few of the court orders and testimony in the cases they have worked so hard to only show one side of.  Anyway, after calling the meeting to order and then praying to gaia, they discussed how they are going to answer this threat to their world.  Joey said he would get to work on printing up a new "newspaper" that would shake the world.  Presley said she would close her facebook page, crawl up in her little shell and summon lightning strikes.  Connie Ibedwell said she would continue doing her work by recruiting guys to their cause by sleeping with them.  But the most powerful work came from special ed once again as he summoned the great boom boom snake to cause an earthquake and shake up the family court system in California.  These people sure know how to respond to factual evidence, no wonder they have never met a court case they could win.

Presley Gets Daubinated

First of all, check out our cute couple. Arent they something. Can you pick out the 30+ year old man in those shots? I'm not really into lesbian couples personally, but if thats your thing well there ya go.

Anyway, Presley Dauben got a good taste of life with Joey the other day as she was fired/let go from her job. Turns out that calling the county DA a Pedo Nazi is frowned upon at most establishments around here and Presley's employer was no exception. Once confronted, Presley did the Joey thing to do and quit, while blaming the all powerful alien forces of evil for her situation. After all, why toil and work as a waiter for a little money when you can play journalist on the internet and post newspapers for nothing? Once again this news is going to hit mommy and daddy dauben hard as they were already counting beans to figure out how to pay for them through the summer and now they have to pay for Presley's living expenses. Ahhh the summer of love is proving costly indeed.

For Presley Dauben, the Beat Goes on

First of all, welcome to all the new readers coming to this site now. Ok, so lets give a quick flow chart in Presley's case so we know what’s going on here. Presley's mom Brita divorced Shane Crowe. Shane then married Susan Huslebus and they had a daughter together, obviously this is Presley's half-sister she is referring to. Shane and Susan divorce, and obviously Susan and Brita are joined in their sisterhood against Shane so they push out this long drawn out court custody case. Susan is banned by the court from posting negative info about Shane, so she uses Presley to do that for her (kinda like joey using special ed to show his "newspaper" stories online in a youtube video).

So anyway, we see one of the court orders below, but even more interesting is a lawsuit filed by Susan against her attorney in the case. She blames him for losing the case, but his testimony before the court is the one that is really a killer. Here are a few selected quotes from him:

"That her underlying case had no factual evidence or proper evidence, and that if she continued to push forward with a long cause hearing, the court could take custody away from her."

"Plaintiff, throughout the entire underlying case, was unable to see past her own emotional/anger hang ups, and listen to logical legal advice being given by the defendant."

"Her continued conduct of unsupported allegations of molest is the reason she lost custody of her daughter."

"She simply had her own hatred, emotions, and opinions regarding her ex-husband conduct and attempted to make a legal case out of it."

So there you have it, at career day Presley decided to sign up for the career choice of "Being a Pawn For Others" as her path. Backing up Shane Crowe's claims are the judges (yes several, FBI, Medical professionals, PD, CPS and even Susan's own attorneys (yes there are even more than this one). Backing up Susan's claims they call to the stand a mister Jack Squat. Obviously, at this point you really have no other choice but to say the aliens made them do it, there isn’t any other excuse left.

Court Order in the Case of Presley Crowe's Sister

Presley continues to make wild accusations along with cherry-picked documents involving her sister's long running custody case with her father and mother. Most of us who reside here on planet earth know there is more to the story based on the actions taken, namely that custody was awarded to Shane Crowe. The child's name has been redacted along with other names not directly related to the two parties involved. I got this from a records search at www.amadorcourt.org. As you can see, this is pretty powerful language from the Judge in this case, and it shows what we have speculated all along: Presley Crowe, who lives with The Joey Dauben, resides in a fantasy world completely detached from planet earth. Most specificlly, Presley's allegations against Shane Crowe were investigated by several agencies and those agencies stated that she was coached into saying that. When faced with that, you can either swallow the bitter pill of reality, or take the blue pill Joey always takes and that being lets go conspiratorial on them and say they are all connected in the evil circle of life, that's why they said that.

Note that the allegations were investigated by the local PD, Sheriff Department, CPS, the medical authority, and the FBI. Maybe Presley is waiting for the Royal Canadian Mounty's to chime in.

Barbara Farris is going to offer $20,000 Live on Her Broadcast Monday

Barbara Farris, think Joey Dauben if he had been allowed to continue for 10 more years, is still looking for that ever elusive publicity and her new stunt she hopes will give her some attention.  She will do her blogtalkshow live with a link to her going to her bank and taking out $20,000 and I'm assuming taking a money bath in it or something as she claims to be offering it as a reward to fighting cyber bullying.  You see, according to Barbie, cyber bullying is probably the most important issue facing the country.  Obama and Romney need to make this the central part of their campaigns.  Barbie didn't start out this way, but over the years after you spend your day slandering people over and over, they are bound to start making blogs about you.  Well Barbie has developed quite a following and she is now determined to put it down.  She keeps broadcasting different shows with titles that would suggest that she is fighting for some national cause.  But she cant stop ranting on about all her bloggers and people like Presley and Joey who have turned on her.  She even gets Brandy to chime in every 20 minutes or so only to talk over her once Brandy says something.  No doubt this will be what the stunt Monday is all about.  The only question is who's money is it going to be?

Joey Duaben Trial Pushed back Till August

I'm hearing from multiple sources that Joey had his pretrial hearing Friday and they moved his trial date from the 18th of June back till August.  This will be rough news on mommy and daddy Dauben's pocketbook as they will have to subsidize Joey for a couple of more months at the least.  Also, a poster said that the exculpatory evidence included the witness not remember if he was in fact molested by Joey.  Anyone have better info post it.

Special Ed Bridge Uses His Time Wisely

Besides his family, there has been only one true stalwart to Joey Dauben's side and that's his BFF Brannon Bridge.  Well Brannon must have been shut up by court order as he stopped and took down his radio show and stopped doing you tube videos on the subject.  So with his BFF facing the trial of his life in about 10 days, Special Ed gets ready the only way he knows how.  On a positive note it is good to see that he finally got his own place (kind of a fixer upper).

Brandy Says Joey Dauben is Retarded

As Brandy comes back on her blog with her points, a back and forth with her and mommy dauben has ensued.  Most of this is over things like "I told you X on the phone, not Y" and then "no you said Y on the phone to me not X" of which I really dont care.  But one part of Brandy's post does interest me, and its this part:

I think, according to things Joey has told me, he was molested as a child, more than once, and he is retarded in a child-like state.  So there it is, Joey is a retarded kid, in the most technical sense.

“Were you ever molested or raped as a kid?” “I think maybe, I think my ______________ molested me but I don’t exactly remember.”

 

Ok, I know what she is saying and I agree with her point, but using "retarded" is incorrect at least in the terms of how we use the word today.  I'm not being the PC police as I have no problem with that word but its not correctly applied here.  A mentally or physically retarded person is someone that has a mental or physical deficiency that causes their condition, they can't help it.  Joey, over time, intentionally choose to be in the "retarded" state that he is.  That is why I make fun of him, its his fault.  I wouldn't ever make fun of someone who is deformed because of conditions that are not due to their own causes, thats not funny at all.  Joey Dauben is mentally deformed now by choice, not an act of God.

I dont know if Joey was abused or not as a child, but I will say his journey to the dark side started by abuse by his father.  I'm not talking about physical or sexual abuse, I'm talking about mental abuse.  That being that daddy took the stupid that was in his head and put it into young joey's head.  This was the basis for Joey's warped worldview.  But so what, kids go through this all the time everywhere and when they become of age they throw away that part of them.  Happens every single day.  In Joey's case, not only did he not expunge his mind from this he used it as his basis for his life's crusade.  Joey could have been a very bright and productive member of society, he had the capacity.  He then used religion as the means to verify whatever it is that he does, as he is incapable of doing that by facts or reason.  "God has called me to do X" is how Joey would start of each mission, it gives him free reign to say and do whatever he wants, he was never accountable for the very actions he held everyone else to.

So now lets talk about what Brandy was saying, and I have said this before on here and I will say it again.  If the charges in Navarro County are true, I think that what really happened then is a consensual sexual relationship between two young boys.  Joey is not an adult male, not physically, mentally, or emotionally.  Yes his driver's license says one thing but he is not what it says by any measuring factor other than time.  So far it looks like Joey's defense is "I didn't do it and they are just trying to set me up because I tried to expose corruption".  This may fly among his fellow koolaid drinkers, but once the gavel comes down and they are in a court room, this is going to be blown out of the water.  I think the only truthful defense he may have is to show that this was nothing more than consensual sex between two young curious boys.  Anyone who knows joey, and his entire life for that matter, can back that claim up 100%, hell I bet even the accuser would even agree to that.

Joey's mommy made a long post over at Brandy's blog in response to Brandy and Barbara's show Friday night.  So here is her entire post with my comments in bold:

 

 

I have kept up with all the blogs since the beginning of this ordeal and listened in on some of Barbara Farris/Brandy Owen’s recent radio shows.  I wonder who told you to be listening to their recent radio shows?  I have reserved comment all along, not knowing who “out there” to trust or believe.  That’s easy, trust me, I'm the only one covering this without any blinders on, I see it the way it really is, if you like that sort of thing.  However, after listening to comments on the show, I decided to make a one-time statement.  Very long in fact.

 

Brandy stated that my mother (Joey’s grandmother) told her that Joey had “ruined her credit.”  After the show, I spoke with my mother and she stated that she never had this conversation with Brandy or anyone else for that matter.  To this day, she has perfect credit. 10-4

 

I found out on Facebook that Joey had been arrested.  Welcome to the year 2012.  (not by Brandy and not that it is a big issue, but it was mentioned on the radio show.)  Actually brandy said she told brannon to tell you the news on Facebook, so this doesn't really contradict her story.  After hearing the news, our family’s immediate concern was to get in touch with my mother, who had just come out of the hospital after hip surgery.  She was NEVER left without food or water as stated on the radio show. Ok, but was she able to get to said food and water after having hip surgery? 

 

The most recent BF/Brandy radio show mentioned how Joey should be charged with “elder abuse” for letting his grandmother lie on the floor after her fall.  Joey immediately informed his uncles and me of her fall.  My mother told us she was fine.  We pleaded with her to get checked out, but she refused.  After Joey’s persistence that she was not okay, it was a family decision to call an ambulance for her.  When the paramedics arrived, my mother refused to let them take her to the hospital.   My brother drove up from Houston and my daughter and I made two trips to her house before convincing this independent, yet stubborn, 81-year-old woman to get to the doctor.  Ok, this gives us a good update on Grannygate, but I'm not sure where it directly contradicts what Brandy said.  Brandy said granny was at her house somewhat or completely incapacitated for two days.  It sounds like that may be true although it isn’t really Joey's fault.  Joey’s first concern in jail was not concerning his arrest, but of his grandmother.  You don’t know your son as well as we do, his first concern was his little "media empire" and how he would be able to continue to operate it.  Granny was second at best.  He even asked the arresting officers to please check on her and they complied by sending a Henderson County officer to her home.

 

My mother told me that she had two phone conversations with Brandy since Joey’s arrest. My mother called Brandy late the night after the arrest asking her if she knew where Joey was, as she was not informed he was arrested…only that he was going to talk with the officers. When he did not return home, she became concerned. 10-4

 

Another time, Brandy called wanting to pick up Joey’s computer from my mother’s home. My mother informed her that she would only release his property to his parents. Brandy’s response was that she would get in touch with Joey’s sister. My mother told her that there was no reason to do that because she would only release it to his parents and it would be up to us to decide what to do with it. Ok now Brandy's version is that she contacted Joey and got permission from him to get the computers and such so that she could continue on with his mission.  Sounds like both versions are right it’s just that granny never got word from king joey that she was to release it to brandy.

 

Keep in mind that this was after Brandy herself discussed online that she would be in control of The Ellis County Observer if something were to ever happen to Joey. She also admitted to accessing all of his archived e-mails, etc. Too, I was told by people that she was contacting them on his Facebook friend’s list seeking information, while she ran her own “mini investigation.”  And I would say that was one of the smarter things she has done during her tenure as co-editor of the ECO.  It’s usually a good idea to find out if that bomb is armed before you go jumping on top of it.  Comments on his Facebook were also being “liked” from someone other than family members by someone who had access to his passwords while he was in jail.  I sure hope the FBI was contacted about this.  I have tried to be fair to Brandy, as there were a lot of “rumors” out there about her.  Ok now who is talking here, mommy or joey?  What door are you trying to open with the "rumors" comment?  (example: Joey accusing Brandy of stealing $8,000 from his bank accounts. Joey did not believe that nor did any of his family because Joey didn’t have $8, much less $8,000 in the bank.)  Ok, so you just proved that Joey was a liar, and more importantly you proved what I have been saying all along, Joey not only doesn’t have a media empire, nor is he a journalist, but he doesn’t even have a dime to his name, that’s why he is hiding in granny's basement.  I do know that Joey asked Brandy numerous times to return to his parents and family property (Netbook; Adobe InDesign software; flash drive with original newspaper files; T-Mobile BlackBerry with charger) and passwords. To date, Brandy has refused to return the property.  I thought granny didn't give her anything of his, and what good are passwords to a site that has legally been seized by the State?

 

This was also well before the hosting package on The Ellis County Observer expired. The family wanted the passwords to pay for the renewal of the packaging; Brandy refused to comply with those requests, and subsequently, two weeks later, on Jan. 19, a grand jury indicted Joey and on Jan. 25, the State seized EllisCountyObserver.com, as well as AmberHagerman.org, HaileyDunn.org and The Odessa Observer (TheOdessaO.com.) By renewing the packaging, we could have salvaged all of the articles and content. Next time use carbonite.com to back up everything if you think it’s that important.

The issues concerning my mother are “little issues” in the midst of much bigger ones. However, if Barbara Farris and Brandy are going to “distort” the facts on them, chances are they will on the bigger issues as well. Ok

 

I do not know Barbara Farris, never talked to her and never will. I personally have no issues with her except for the fact that she offered to help Joey and instead of getting in touch with the family in a professional manner, we all read her reasoning for discontinuing his case on Facebook, along with Brandy’s commentary.  The only ones who are anything close to being called professionals are the ones who are bringing the charges against Joey.

 

That was a good enough reason for me to steer clear of them! (For the record, I am sure I could find pictures of Joey dying his hair black after high school) It was not to cover up for “his crime,” as stated on Barbara Farris’ Facebook profile and the June 1st radio show.  Yeah but didn't he do it again later in his so called adult life?

 

In closing, I do not believe Joey is guilty of the Navarro County charges.  awwwee mommy.  I have seen nothing in his past that would indicate he was capable of committing this crime.  Something tells me he would have kept that type of behavior a secret from you.  I know he has written things that have ticked people off, but he believes what he writes.  This is a classic dauben mantra, but they are "ticked off" because they are not true.  I don’t always agree with him and I tell him so. I do believe he is being set up, but remain hopeful that he can get a fair trial.  That’s a lot of Kool-Aid to swallow.  I believe Presley Crowe has her own issues with Barbara Farris and Brandy, and from what I know of her, she is very much her own person.  I don’t think "belief" is necessary on this one, it’s pretty much an open book on that.  I think Brannon’s videos are stupid and tasteless and have told him so, but there are other qualities that Brannon possesses that I like.  What are those qualities?  Blind ignorant loyalty?  I believe Patrick Wilson and others have reasons to want to shut Joey up. I, too, wanted him to do so at times. I do not know Patrick Wilson. All I know of him is the way his office has managed Joey’s case and what I have read on the Ellis County Tea Party Facebook page and Topix message forums concerning not needing to debate Rodney Ramsey because he has the support of the “political machine” in Ellis County. When Patrick Wilson did not deny that he said had the “political machine” supporting him, this indicates to me an “establishment” in Ellis County exists. Ok, here is the other problem with team joey, they keep focusing on Patrick Wilson and the Ellis county charges, but it looks like that is going to be a minor asterisk when Navarro county is done with him, his life is literally hanging in the balance and it’s not with Wilson or ellis county.

 

I know Patrick Wilson is fighting his claim for indigency for the appeal in the EllisCountyObserver.com seizure case. By taking The Ellis County Observer, he denied Joey his usual means of financial support.  ummm you just said earlier that he didn't have $8 to his name, and since he is hiding out in granny's basement I'm assuming rent free, what was his "usual means of financial support" from the ECO?  The kid has been a jobless bum his entire life (except for his stint working at the ellis county press), let’s call a spade a spade.

 

He cannot live at home due to the restrictions on his bond, as we live across from a church. It is difficult to find a job with these pending charges, therefore, his dad and I pay for his housing, groceries, fuel and other necessities. We will continue to do so until after the trial and would not help him to this extent if we did not believe in his innocence. Ha, I knew it, joey is still being a little kid and using mommy and daddy to fight for his real life problems.

 

There are days  our family jokes about changing our last names in this county. But for now, we are united in our strength as the Dauben family, relying on our faith and support of family and friends. As long as daddy duaben is around, I'm sure your family will still be on the receiving end of people's jokes.

Mommy Dauben Explains Joey and Presley's Source of Income

Cheri Dauben has responded over at Brandy's blog, its mainly aimed at Brandy and Barbara's radio show from the other night but the ending is the most interesting to me:

"It is difficult to find a job with these pending charges, therefore, his dad and I pay for his housing, groceries, fuel and other necessities."

So mommy and daddy are funding both Presley and Joey as the peruse the internet in an effort to sway people to their cause. I knew Joey wasn't actually going to put on his big boy pants and go to work everyday and try and make a living. I don't blame mommy for sticking by her kid's side, especially when its a kid that always refused to grow up, I mean why start now?

Barbara and Brandy Blow Joey Out of the Water on Her Radio Show

Brandy did a show with Barbara tonight and dont let titles fool you, it was an hour and a half of blasting Joey, Presley and Special Ed.  Its got a lot of Barbara ranting and talking over Brandy, but even still its worth your hour and a half of time if you like following our little Peyton Place.  Be warned, there is bad language on this:

Now, I will open this up to anyone to post on whatever  they want, but here are some interesting points from the show:

*all of this is from their show, nothing that I say here am I stating as fact on my own, for those scoring at home*

-Brandy explains the bj reference that Joey made in his manifesto, and its exactly like I figured it was made in jest and oddly enough, according to BO, it was made in reference to Joey lamenting to Brandy that he was about to get pinched.

-Apparently Presley has accused Brandy of wanting her man, or just be jealous that she has him now, or something along those lines.

-Brandy claims to have always thought Joey was in fact gay as he even shaves his armpits.  She said its ironic that right after this event took place with the minor, Joey dyed his hair black (I remember that) and moved from his address.  The very same behavior that he went after Bill Fry for in the amber hagerman case.

-Brandy finally see's how Joey was using her all those years as he knew he was going to get hit with those charges but he was depending on her to go to bat for him when it all went down.  When Brandy wised up and saw she and her family were being used, she backed away and thats when Joey turned on her.

-Joey's Grandma, who's basement he hid out in all the time, was lying helpless in her house for two days after Joey was arrested as no one was there to help her.

-Barbara spends most of the time threatening RICO lawsuits against team Jacob (joey, presley, and special ed) as if they will be spooked by that.  Also, someone from team Jacob must be making blogs and videos even as we speak. (anyone know where these are).

-Joey claimed to Brandy to have taken a dna test and passed, but when the charges came down and Brandy looked into that she could not find any evidence that this occurred and Joey didn't want to bring up the subject anymore.  Joey admitted to brandy from prison that he still had email contact with the accuser after the incident.
