Joey and Brandy are both Working on a Book

Well it seems like both sides have gone back into hiding.  Brannon has shut down his 30 minute comedy radio show, probably due to either a court order or a Joey order.  Brandy and Barbara are staying quiet behind a cease and desist letter Barbara composed on her new Barbie Fun-time Legal set.  Maybe someone can get a hold of Joey's other paper editions for us to play with, but until then it looks like we are going to have to miss our regularly schedule Springer show times.  Maybe I can spark the old rally cry, I'm not good at this but lets try:  "Guys come on, its called FREEDOM OF THE PRESS LLC for a reason, that means you can say whatever the hell you want and get away with it remember?  Dont let court orders and legal proceedings scare you out of your 1st amendment right, get back out here and do what you were meant to do, spread dirt on anything you can think of."

 

Anyway, as we learned on Farris' show and through Joey's manifesto, both Joey and Brandy claim they are currently working on a book.  Brandy's book is about a little kid who doesn't know he is one, or something along those lines and she says is "fictional".  Joey's book is going to be about betrayal.  All I can say is they better be putting an extra quarter in the piggy bank each day because both of those books are going to need a heavy dose of a ghost writer as most of us can't understand them.

Ok class, read through that and see if you can tell me what was wrong with that, besides the spelling and grammar?  Ahhh yes, thats it the very first sentence "Barbara Farris and Brandy Owen have obtained legal representation".  After you read through you see that its actually just Barbara using the Dora The Explorer playtime legal set to draft this cute little letter.  The only thing that it was missing was her trademark saying "that being said".  Of course anyone who thinks Joey or Special Ed are going to shut up from a cease and desist letter know very little about those two.  I guess you can tune in to Barbara's rant radio show tonight to hear more, or maybe we wont since they obtained Casper the Ghost as their legal representation.

A Little Election Day Education

I dont usually like to deviate this blog from its topic.  But since its election day I thought I would give some of those out there some free advice that I'm sure wont be heeded.  You see out of all our characters (Joey, Brandy, Special Ed, Presley, Connie, Barbara, Drive by shooter) whether they currently play for team Edward or team Jacob, they all come together and play tea party at the end of the day.  They all say their prayers to their lord and savior Ron Paul and they carry that out by parading around with TJ "I come from the water" Fabby signs and Rodney Ramsey signs everywhere.  It doesn't matter who is mad at who right now, they all share this common thread.

I just voted this morning, and like them I walked to the Republican side to fill out my sheet.  But thats where the similarities end.  You see I filled out my bracket for a bunch of people who are going to be celebrating victory tonight, as I do almost every single election cycle.  And I did more than that, I actually volunteered my time to help in their election efforts.  You see, life is a series of wins and losses.  Whether it be business, politics, or even legal proceedings there is always winners and losers.  The idea of sending a message or having a moral victory is a myth and is the circular reasoning of the chronic losers.  Make no mistake about it, today will reveal a set of winners and losers.  Whatever slogan they decide on running with is irrelevant to the most important issue of who is going to win. 

Jim Pitts is the most powerful legislator in the State of Texas.  You dont get that by playing tea party, you get that by making deals and working through budgets that are nothing close to black and white.  He is going to win re-election today and continue in his seat as the most important figure in the Texas House.  And I am proud to be on his team and to have worked for him.

Patrick Wilson is another genuinely good guy.  He has earned his stripes worked his way up the DA latter and is going to win tonight and keep his position as the Ellis county DA.  I am happy to have worked for him.

In the past I have worked for Joe Grubbs, Gene Knize, Chad Adams, and Bob Carroll, and I will again when they are up for reelection.  Now you can call me and them anything you want, I dont really care but I must once again highlight the most important thing about all of them...THEY ARE WINNERS and this is a winner take all system.

Now, there is another similar thread to all our favorite characters on here besides playing tea party, they also have this idea that this is all part of a conspiracy.  Their conspiracies will be strengthened in their minds tonight as they swallow another bitter pill of defeat.  They will say see, the unforeseen forces once again give the "good ole boys" another victory.  And like a washington general player who thinks he is somehow in some kind of NBA minor league, things just wont make sense to them.  But here is a little clue as to why these things always turn out the same way....while the tea partiers keep meeting together and putting out puke yellow signs with a rattlesnake on it, Pitts is putting out 10's of thousands of American flag based signs all over the county.  He is doing almost 50,000 phone calls, many more than that mail outs, has Perry coming to do campaign rallies for him, and has a full time staff of fulltime dedicated professionals working on his behalf.  Its like your local high school football team taking on the New England Patriots.  They both play by the same rules and they start the game at 0-0 but since one side is so infinitely better at the game than the other, there is no doubt about the outcome at any point in the game.

So I say all this to all my favorite characters in Peyton's Place, as you read the results tonight and as you say "dammit" while I'm saying "yes" just know what I am trying to tell you here.  Or at the very least think about the old tried and true saying of if you cant beat them (and you certainly cant) join them.  I mean after all, wouldn't you want all our elected officials to know you personally as that nice person that helped get me elected instead of that quack that keeps trying to slander me?

The Truth According to Joey

As we continue to delve deeper into Joey Dauben's manifesto, the truly pathological nature of his current form of insanity is disturbing.  Joey could always take the insanity plea and I dont think there is any certified physiologist in this country that would deny that claim.  Anyway, lets take a walk on the insane side shall we?

 

John Margetis.  For those that dont know, Margetis is a career fruadster and a convicted felon.  He found a home on the ECO and did almost nightly radio shows with Joey where he slandered and accused just about every official that has ever had dealings whatsoever with him.  I dont think that in the hours upon hours that he was on Joey's show did he ever say even one thing that was in fact truthful other than his name.  But according to Joey, he was using all that time and going to all those rally's with John in an effort to investigate if Margetis is for real or not.  Once Joey was put in jail, Margetis asked Joey for editorial control of the ECO, it was at that moment that Joey finally figured out that Margetis was in fact a fraud.  He then goes on to scold both Curtis Butler and Brandy Owen for allowing John Margetis a venue to parrot his lies, yes he Joey Dauben said those actual words.

Joey, as seen in the previous post, accuses Brandy of sexual advances toward him, as well as a lesbian affair with a former reporter (the really humorous part is the implication that we are supposed to believe that Joey put down those advances because she was a married woman).  A couple of pages later Joey goes on to say that he resists the urge that "average people" posses to get even with Brandy.  And in fact quite the opposite as he has given her great mercy and patience.  Note, Joey is right when he speaks of himself as not an average person, he is so far below average I'm not even sure he knows how far up they actually are.

Joey goes on to explain that he gave Curtis and Brandy the Donald Trump while he was in prison.  You see, somewhere in mid January he got some info on those two and told them both that their (unpaid) services were terminated with the ECO, and therefore all their actions afterwards are just that of disgruntled terminated employees.  You know, when you run such a massive media empire which covers the globe you are bound to have a few bad apples here and there.

Anyway, the entire thing is a treasure chest of juicy tidbits.  Joey slams Curts Butler, John Margetis, Barbara Farris but what he does to Brandy is just ghetto.

In the article entitled "Things are Getting Nasty" (and I can second that) Joey goes on to say that Brandy "neglects to tell people the three years of 'I'm in love with you' and 'I want to give you oral sex so bad' text messages while she is a mother of six kids, while her husband was cheating on her with a stripper, cant forget the lesbian tryst with an ex-reporter.  I just didn't see Brandy like that"

 

Ok, now this is really bad, Joey is hitting an all-time low with this one.  And Presley, I hope you are taking notes on what your current BFF does to his former BFF, anything you say, or even don't say, can and will be used against you in the court of Joey.  I think we are going to need Springer's security guards to clean this one up, but obviously I open this up to Brandy to respond to what Joey is printing and distributing against her.  Obviously me and Brandy disagree on most things, but I think this is really bad to personally attack her in a direct shot at her family like this.

More Updates and Speculation

Ok, so Presley was all excited and ready to come on here and do a real fair and objective interview until some of her "trusted" friends scared her out of it.  This is someone who just now figured out that Barbara Farris is a fraud.  I mean most of us understood that clearly after just two sentences out of her mouth.  Unfortunately for Presley, she has several more Barbara Farris' still in her life she just hasn't figured it out yet.  So once again I will say for the record, I really do like and respect Presley, I think she really is a good girl with a bright future but she is allowing people to bring her down in life.  She said her dad used and abused her, but what she can't seem to grasp is that others are now doing that very same thing to her, just in different forms.  Her true potential in life will be possible once she can break the chronic cycle of abuse she is in.  And she is always still welcome to come on here and talk with me.

 

Brandy teamed up with a newly scorned Barbara Farris as they lashed out at Joey's crew.  They came out, threw quite a few heavy rocks and now Brandy has run back into her house in the woods and went back into her shell under the plea of I just want to get on with my life.  The problem is, until this trial is concluded, there is no getting back to a normal life for Brandy, she is stuck in the middle of this as a key witness for the prosecution.  And that brings up another interesting point.  Clearly Brandy and Presley (who is living with Joey) had some kind of correspondence and neither side liked it.  Could the Judge view this as a form of witness tampering on the part of Joey?

 

Now, speaking of Joey, he seems to be living up to the title of this blog.  First of all, how is he making money?  Is Presley footing the bill for everything, or is someone else doing it?  I seriously doubt any company is going to hire someone facing the charges he is.  So the Judge lets him out on bail but they give him a ton of rules and restrictions, and like a little kid getting orders from daddy, Joey is trying to find loopholes around it to exploit the rules.  Case in point, look at what "Special Ed" Bridge posted on his youtube:

Isn't that cute?  As Special Ed reiterates over and over, it was not done using the internet.  Ha dad, you didn't say I couldn't do that did you?  Smart Joey, real smart.  Now lets talk about whats apparently in the 20 page manifesto that Joey made.  He takes a direct stab at Patrick Wilson, the DA who is prosecuting him in the Ellis county case.  He does this under the idea as if there is some question as to how the people are going to vote tomorrow in the DA's race.  Read my lips Joey, you have a better chance at buying a lotto ticket, winning it, using all the money to bring back a posthumous Johnnie Cochran who will then defend you in your case and get you off than you do at trying to get Rodney Ramsey elected as DA in Ellis county.  But the only thing you are doing is searing the resolve of both DA's who are currently in the process of prosecuting you.  Stupid is as Joey does.

 

Then, there is the whole section in his manifesto about exposing his ole buddy John Margetis.  Ha, and again I say Ha.  This needs to be its own topic of discussion in that its just too juicy in irony to ignore.  If someone can get a copy of his manifesto let us get a look at that article so we can analyze it.

 

So there you have it, yes we are back to speculating and back seat driving.  I offered to move up to the front seat, but they like driving up there so I will stick back in the back where I'm more comfortable anyway.  Stock up on you popcorn, "As The Joey's World Burns" will be back after these messages.

Update on Our Little Payton's Place

So while most of us have been busy getting on with our real lives, our favorite cast of characters on the island of misfit mascots continue with their drama.

Bob Carroll (how ironic) ruled that the ECO is legally dead

MVZ is involved in like 700 lawsuits

Presley Crowe, according to BO, has come up to ellis county and is Joey's mysterious girlfriend

BO has decided to team up with Barbara Farris, joey's female alter ego.  I guess she will never learn anything

A hatfield and McCoy fight has started and it pits BO and Farris vs. Joey, "Special Ed" Bridge, and Barbara's former advocates Connie and Presley.....that being said
